Michael's place was perfect for our spring break getaway. I really liked the laid back beach vibe and how kid friendly the house was. The kids were able to walk to beach themselves and had a great time on the trampoline! We loved seeing who could find the most shark teeth.

Christy's house had everything needed for a two night stay or even a month long stay. The house is in a quiet residential neighborhood about a 1/2 mile walk to downtown, but just down the street from the water. The house has a really cozy and screened outside space which is perfect during summer. Overall, the house is small but lives large.

This is our 4th or 5th time staying at April+Andy's place. It never disappoints...always clean, well stocked and very good communication with friendly host. Great location and beautiful view. This is the first time we've been in the Spring and we were able to use the back dock area more and it was wonderful to just sit out there with a few drinks, watching the boats go by while enjoying the sun and some fishing. We can't wait to go back and hope to continue for this to be our Airbnb go to place when visiting OC.

The four of us were very comfortable in the home. The kitchen is very well stocked. The beds are comfortable, and there were plenty of blankets. I have no reservations, recommending it to anyone. Except possibly, the stairs could be problematic for some. But Sherry makes that quite clear in her description
