From Reservation to our final days of this stay Ilkin has been extremely communicative and proactive. He even found a solution for us for transportation. The accommodations were very comfortable and clean, anytime we needed anything Ilkin was available to hear our request and made it happen right away. The location was great and walking distance to a lot of great sights as well as about three blocks from the metro station.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Orxan's villa in Baku, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience. From the moment we arrived, Orxan was an incredibly gracious and welcoming host, ensuring that every aspect of our stay was perfect. The amenities provided were top-notch, including a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, and a lovely outdoor area where we enjoyed many relaxing evenings. A scented and spacious apartment. The area is quiet, 10 minutes walk to Heydar Aliyev Park, Füzuli Park, 28 Mall.. It is a building with security on the ground parking floor, it has 2 Lifts. There is a small grocery store, on the ground floor, in front of the building., and the Rahat supermarket, 100 meters away., also, across the avenue to your left is the Bolmart Bazaar supermarket, 5 minutes walk. A scented and spacious apartment with two bedrooms, one with a balcony. a bathroom with a shower and a washbasin, and another with its toilet and a washbasin. large living room with TV and fast Internet service. kitchen is also very spacious, gas stove with an electric burner., a large, tall refrigerator, a built-in washing machine as well, heating and hot water. Elxan was excellent. always available! He helped us with our immigration registration and getting to the airport. Recommended.

Great location. A really beautiful space, modern and minimalist with en-suite and very comfortable bed. Close to the sea and other tourist places then nearby shop. We would recommend the palace.

There was nothing missing at home, I felt like I was at home. Everything was perfect.
