We had a very nice stay. The cottage was beautiful and completely in order. Nice area: walks start at the door's nearby nice cities. We'll be back!

We had a lovely two-night stay in this beautiful cottage! The house was well equipped and incredibly spacious, so we had more than enough space with two families (8 people) and lacked nothing. Anna was always easily accessible and very helpful, which made our stay even more pleasant. Definitely recommended!

The house is located in the middle of a peaceful, tranquil village, 5 min from Givet. It’s huge, has a garden and all amenities needed for a calm stay. Vincent is very communicative, replies immediately to all questions and really takes care of his guests. We spent a perfect weekend there! Highly recommend.

Beautiful, modern home with plenty of space for a large group. Home was stylish with a fully equipped, high end kitchen. Lots of beautiful details and cosy communal space. We can't wait to return in the Spring to take full advantage of the garden and pool.

Wonderful stay with the family. Everything has been thought of. Very neat and well equipped kitchen. Countless hiking maps for hours of hiking fun! When we arrived (early December), even a Christmas tree was waiting for us:-) Thank you Wim, we will definitely come back!

Amandine's place is well equipped, generously, in the sense that many utensils are present, as well as the essentials needed in the kitchen or for dishes, towels, etc. One of the rooms in this cocoon containing accommodation is without vis-à-vis and allows the contemplation of a living nature painting (the other overlooks the street and there is not really any opposite either) . The location near Bouillon and Rochehaut was appreciated for the expected excusions. He didn't do enough to light the stove: it will be for another time. The small extra heater in the bathroom played its part well and it was enough for the season. Amandine was very responsive, also for adaptations (for example, sending the lockbox code via SMS rather than on the interface).

With a couple of friends with whom we have stayed here for more than 30 years to Houffalize and Achouffe. Cozy apartment with private entrance and equipped with every comfort you need for such a weekend. Very friendly host Céline who proactively makes it as easy as possible. Good base for Bastogne museums and Achouffe La Chouffe beer brewery, shop and brasserie. We'll be happy to come back next year.

very comfortable place/house, . Kelvin gave me a ride to the bus station, " this was beyond my imagination ". very nice., on time response. Celine gave me very useful information, as I'm soon completing my move to Belgium from USA,. Communication was very easy and assuring. I can stay at this place for the whole year.

this is my second time staying with François Xavier and I am not disappointed. I was lucky enough to see him in person this time. he is very welcoming and attentive to his clients...I can only recommend him. I no longer see myself coming to Charlerois and stay elsewhere.

He is a very friendly and helpful host.The room was spacious and clean, and had everything we needed.In addition, the Christmas tree was decorated, and the firewood was prepared, so I was able to relax and spend my holiday warmly.

Beautiful and cozy studio in a quiet village, an ideal place if you like hiking, trail running, MTB, or just sitting and chilling close to the woodstove. The studio is nicely decorated, it has everything you need. Great place!

We had an amazing stay at Andreea's place! The house was lovely, cozy, and exactly as described, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The sauna was an absolute highlight—a real treat after a day of exploring the area. The location is fantastic, surrounded by beautiful nature and offering plenty of opportunities for scenic hikes nearby. Andreea was a wonderful host—communication was always friendly, timely, and very clear. She ensured our stay was smooth from start to finish. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing getaway!

A beautiful location with incredible views from the hot tub. The pool at the front of the house is also amazing, as is the electronic pergola for dining outside. A really special and unique place in an amazing part of Belgium.
