extremely comfy bed! we loved the place! in an area already short on hotels this is a welcome stay! felt right at home. place was spotless and very quiet and peaceful 10/10 would stay here again.

Would like to take the time to thank our host. We loved the space so much. We felt right at home all the time. She made us treats each week which we loved so much. It was a wonderful addition that she did. Definitely our favorite part :) we felt safe the entire time, very peaceful. Thank you so much!!!

Perfect spot for our small family in town for Thanksgiving. Plenty of space, great kitchen area, and great location right on Main Street above a fantastic coffee shop and across the street from a great restaurant. Comfortable bedrooms and lots of extra bedding and sleeping options (pack n play, cot with foam mattress both provided in unit). Just a block away from Twin Parks, and close drive to everything we needed during our stay. We will definitely book again in the future when we visit!

Excellent cottage to spend a celebratory weekend for my daughter’s graduation from Truman State. The accommodations were fantastic and Tim & Jennifer were terrific hosts. I will always look to this property over any hotel in the Kirksville area moving forward.

Worked out great for our family (2 adults, one young child). Bathroom and shower were very nice. Bathroom and Kitchen were well stocked with any items you may need. We have family right down the road so may definitely stay there again in the future!
