Beautiful home. Great vibes with cool art and decorations. Nearby the Fishill Farm, and the Beacon metro north. Highly recommended to stay here.

We had the most delightful four days at this wonderful farm. The house was cozy, beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. The grounds were magnificent. Greeting the farm animals each day was an extra treat.

Perfect spot for a family reunion with relatives ranging from 2 yrs to 62 yrs old. If it's available-book it! The interior is quite roomy including the master bedroom & one of the singles bedrooms (pix don't do them justice). The multiple rooms on the 1st floor allow for everyone to spread out which was much appreciated on a day when it was storming. And of course the foosball & ping pong tables had everyone entertained. The backyard is quite spacious. Definitely carve out time to hang around the fire pit. The pool was closed already, but the house is already on our summer list. The kitchen has all the amenities to cook multi-course meals & the coffee station had various options to brew your favorite cup. The bathroom amenities were a nice bonus. The house is just off the main road, so easy access to get around including to get across the river. Amtrak Hudson is only 15 mins away in case you need public transportation. Joey's a very responsive & accommodating host. Book w/o hesitation!

We had a blast at Faisal’s place! He was extremely accommodating for our large group and there was plenty of space for us all to sleep comfortably. The game room and pool were so much fun, exactly as pictured, and everything was clean and in great condition when we arrived. Faisal was a communicative, friendly, reliable host— we’d stay here again!

Our stay at Amanda’s House was absolutely perfect! The property exceeded all expectations—beautiful, peaceful, and incredibly serene. The views were breathtaking and even better than the photos. The living room/kitchen were my absolute favorite!Amanda was a fantastic host, responding swiftly to every message and providing excellent recommendations for places to eat and things to do. It’s the ideal spot for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommend—don’t hesitate to book!

This was the perfect Thanksgiving setting for our family. We plan on coming back in the warmer months to take advantage of all of the activities on the property and in the area. Thank you Isaac!

We had a great weekend celebrating our parents anniversary. The house was plenty big for all of us and the grounds are beautiful. Nathan was quick to respond when we had trouble navigating the AC and made sure we enjoyed our stay!

This house was fantastic! I loved the firepit and hottub. And the views of the trees and foliage from the patio were beautiful!

Emilia’s place was super clean and Emilia’s response time was quick. We really enjoyed hanging out by the fireplace and even through the beds were low and the mattresses were not thick they were comfortable. We enjoyed our stay

Came up for a weekend of snowboarding, 15 minutes to Hunter Mountain. Perfect apartment, really enjoyed my stay!!

Clean and comfortable- this was the perfect landing pad for two couples to stay. Svetlana was super communicative before our trip so that we had all of the information we needed for a smooth stay. Would stay here again.

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay. We hiked the devils path trail and Dimitry’s place was perfectly close to the trail and the restaurants around it. His place was great to go back to with a great shower and bath, a beautiful view and very cozy place, with coffee and a coffee maker. Very clean and Dimitry was responsive the whole way through and checkin and out was very easy. Would highly recommend and would stay again.

Cullen’s place was perfect for what we needed. We were in town for 2 nights, and we enjoyed our stay. The place was very clean, and the kitchen had everything you would need to use for meals. We would definitely book again!

LOVED staying in this condo. The condo is beautiful and so much room for our group to stay in. We were two families and a grandpa (total was 5 adults, 5 children). Location was incredible. The condo was filled with all the amenities you could need during the stay. Plenty of towels and even toothbrushes if you forget yours. Will definitely stay again.

Fit our needs for attending a weekend wedding in the area. Appreciated the 3 full bathrooms. Hosts were very responsive when entry code didn’t work and in providing 2 missing items right away. Wish it was warm enough outside to enjoy the large deck but it was November. Enjoyed our stay.

Hands down, our favorite place we've been in a long time. Beautifully decorated, perfect pool, great kitchen, super fast internet - not something you always find in the mountains - and a perfect location close to shops, to hikes, to restaurants. Great, great place. Can't wait to return.

Our family spent a week at this lovely home and couldn't have been happier. The house was well-equipped, especially the kitchen which had all the cookware necessary for easy meal prep, as well as plenty o kitchen staples like oils, spices, etc. We also enjoyed making s'mores over the fire pit with the skewers provided in the kitchen. All of the beds were very comfortable, had plenty of pillows, etc. There were also plenty of towels for the pool/hot tub. The pool, deck, and hot tub were perfect for spending relaxing summer days, and the yard was private and quiet. The house is a short drive into Rhinebeck village, and there were several trails nearby for afternoon hikes. Beto and Scott were extremely easy to communicate with and were generous, warm, and welcoming in all of our communications. They made the stay perfect for our family, and we definitely look forward to coming out again in a future summer! I highly recommend this property!

Gayle's home was absolutely stunning--the photos do not do it justice, and even they're beautiful. The grounds were just...incredible. The pool area was perfect, as was the garden, which she generously let us pick fresh vegetables from. We saw animals at all times of day, which was a treat for our 5yo. It's a less than 10 min drive to Woodstock and just a few mins to the restaurants in Bearsville. The house is spacious and decor was chic and artsy. Comfortable beds, private spaces for family members + a well-equipped kitchen. We come at the end of every summer to enjoy this area and it's the first house we would return to!!

We had a lovely time at Healing Waters Farm. Great location close to Belleayre Mountain. The place itself has everything you need, well stocked kitchen, and lovely clean bathrooms. The property has a calming stream, large swimming hot tub and sauna which we our family enjoyed. Recommend highly for a peaceful getaway.

there were 8 in our group ranging from teenagers to seniors, and we all enjoyed the home. There was plenty of room to spread out, and lots of options to all be together as well. we loved the well-stocked kitchen, the comfy living room, the cozy library and the huge dining room table. the bedrooms were spacious and the beds and linens were comfy. the bathroom in the primary bedroom was especially nice. we loved the character of the old farm house... lots of interesting nooks and crannies, gorgeous floor boards and moldings, beautiful antiques mixed with modern touches. the grounds were beautiful and fun to walk around. we would definitely stay again!
