House vacation rentals in Maratea

We had the pleasure of staying at the Magical Horizon in Casalsottano and we could not be more satisfied with our experience. The property is well made, with spacious and comfortable apartments that offer a breathtaking view of the sea and the Cilento countryside. The welcome from Elena and Maurizio, the owners, was extremely warm and friendly. We highly recommend it to anyone who wants to visit Cilento and enjoy the beautiful sea staying in a family environment. Luciano, Antonella, Dante, Emanuela, Fabrizio, Nadia.

Franco is a really exceptional host, he and his wife welcomed us very well and provided us with all the details of the house in a meticulous way. We spent a very pleasant week of relaxation, and their home is a small corner of paradise for those looking for peace and tranquility. We're already in the process of reorganizing another weekend with them.

A beautiful home in the middle of Cilento Park. A very nice welcome despite our late arrival and a splendid setting. Everything was perfect. I would recommend this place, perfect for a large family. And the pool this August was delicious.

We had a great stay! The apartment was spacious and very well equipped with everything you might need. We also really loved the private garden, kids playground and guide! We will go put of our way to stay here again if we are ever close again!

Michele's villa is truly a little slice of paradise. New, clean, and tastefully furnished. The views and colors of the surroundings are spectacular. My friends and I were looking for some tranquility and relaxation and here, thanks to the beautiful pool, we found them. Michele and his wife Eva are super cute and helpful. Super great experience! ❤️

Lovely place to stay, very spacious with lovely gardens and stunning views over the sea. The property manager Angela was extremely helpful and looked after us. The bedding and sheets were all clean and soft and the pool looked very nice although we didn't use it as there were big storms when we were there so we couldn't. It's an easy walk into town though very steep so not ideal for anyone with mobility issues unless you're happy to drive in and out which would be fine and quick. It's very near to some supermarkets/shops and restaurants plus the beach isn't too far away. The linens, towels, electricity & tourist tax is payable in cash upon check out.

It was a great stay. We were the first of the season. There were a few snafus but the host was quick to respond and handle them.

We loved Cetara, the location of Gennaro's airbnb was perfect, about a 5 minute walk from the centre where there were great restaurants plus it had a lovely local feel. ferries were easy to get to the surrounding villages on the Amalfi Coast. The bedroom had a very comfy bed and all the amenities we needed including a fridge, the patio and kitchen area, although across the alley, worked well and there was a good cooking area and a second fridge. It was all very quiet and private

This was our first time visiting the Amalfi Coast and we really enjoyed this spot in Minori. This apartment was a very short walk to the beach, restaurants, and bars. While we stayed here we did the stairs to Ravello which start right around the corner from the apartment. Also just around the corner was CDA Rentals where we rented a scooter to ride the Amalfi Coast for the day (best experience of our trip so far). Just 2 things to be mindful of, the apartment has a pretty small shower. I’m a big guy (6’ tall and over 230 lbs) and made it work, but for anyone much bigger it would be tough. Also the apartment is next to a road and you tend to hear a lot of traffic, etc. We are heavy sleepers so it didn’t bother us, just something to be mindful of if you are a light sleeper. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again!

We stayed at this property for a weekend in September, professional and very kind hospitality. Well-maintained property with attention to detail, very close to many places of interest in the area. Great value for money. Recommended

Beautiful place, with a balcony that thanks to the only view is worth the whole price of the place. A peace of mind, a great place to feel at home, a great note of merit is also to be presented to Mrs. Anna her husband and their fantastic dogs, who made the whole stay great and always available. We'll definitely be back.

The place was beautiful and comfortable with a great view and terrace. Marco and his family were very helpful and accommodating and all the information you would need, was clearly provided. They even bought us some essentials when our arrival was late. We would definitely stay there again.

Antonio's place is very well located very close to Vietri Sul Mare and the national road allowing to reach the main sites of the region. Very close also to the Amalfi coast. The place is spacious and can accommodate 6 people. Thanks to Antonio for his responsiveness and kindness

The LOCAL host was great and responsive, even though communication was through text and google translate. Novasol was fairly useless however. The place is unique, in the middle of an olive grove, with orange trees. In some areas perhaps a bit worn, but overall we got great value for money, our 2 families staying there a week in the fall. Both the in-door and ourdoor pool areas were great for relaxation. The local caretaker Gianluca was a warm and loving person and even took us by the local olive press (it was harvest time).

Anita was very helpful and responsive in her communications. The rooms are located near the seafront and close to all necessary amenities (shops, bars, supermarkets, etc.). There is also a convenient parking lot a few hundred meters away near the house, really very convenient. We will stay with you again if we return to Salerno :)

the area is great, the beaches are nice and clean, lively but not too many people. Never a problem parking at the beach. Francesco's apartment is beyond any description... the view from the terrace is fabulous, the terrace is perfectly thought out and furnished, the apartment is ideal for a family of 4, it is clean, air-conditioned, well thought out... no problem to park and perfect supermarket 2 minutes' walk away. Need anything, a message to Francesco and everything is settled! in short, it was a fabulous week spent at Francesco's! Thank you!

We visited Palinuro for a wedding and Francesca’s property was perfect for our short weekend stay. It had all required kitchen amenities, was a 5-10 minute walk to central Palinuro, and had a playground at the entry to the estate which was great for our kids. Check in and out process was very easy and flexible too.

First of all, the house, which is not visible in the photos, is beautifully situated. On every side there is a wonderful landscape, and in the evenings you can admire the sunsets over the sea from a deckchair. We were welcomed very warmly by the host. We stayed there for over a month and needed to order a few things for our animals and Luca helped us pick up the packages. We felt at home there and would gladly stay forever 😉❤️ We highly recommend this place!

These hosts go above and beyond; truly traditional Italians who value hospitality and make you feel like family. Luigi and Cristina were very proactive and warned us about traffic and parking in the area as well how to get to their residence. Luigi greeted us himself and walked us up to the BnB and walked us through everything with Cristina. They dont speak alot of english but are handy with google translate's conversation feature. The scenery from the terrace is breath-taking and the space is so comfortable and clean and safe. We wish we could have stayed longer. We had a rental car but there is not alot of available parking in Maiori, nor near this BnB so keep that in mind. Luigi was able to arrange parking for a daily fee so there is that option. We stayed at many BnB's during our vacation (6) and this was our favorite in location and host experience. We want to go back. Please take of this place if you choose to stay.

The house is very nice, equipped with everything you need to spend a few days in peace. It is very close to the beach and has a large outdoor space so it is really comfortable even for those with small children. Both Alessandro and Fabio were very kind and always very helpful. It was a very pleasant stay.

The place is beautiful!!! We stayed in this villa for a part of our wedding trip) The house is entire, it's not an apartment. The terrace with a great view was all for us. So, it's very quiet, high up and nearby there are restaurants where you can eat from God! At home there is everything, the housekeeper Mr. Pino is very kind, anything you can solve with him. He also found us the dentist for my husband, who in the first days as the married man had problems with his tooth))) There's also the garden where I found some lemons and they're great! The sea is beautiful! Sometimes it changes the color and becomes phosphorescent, it is beautiful to see it and even from above you can see it perfectly and you can hear the noise of the sea! Seeing the sunsets from home is very romantic! Place is to come back and recommend!!!!!!!!!

Antonio and his family were very responsive and helpful start to finish. We were looking for an authentic Italy stay while in Maiori, my husband felt like he was at his Nonna’s. The location was very private and safe. Lovely terrace to enjoy an espresso with lemon tree’s above you. I would highly suggest asking to buy some of their homemade wine, olive oil and limoncello!!! Delicious and reasonable. To be transparent if you are a light sleeper, I would suggest bringing earplugs as there is no noise from the city, but when the power goes out in the area, a loud alarm goes off. Also in the morning around 8am there are a few loud bangs, possibly water cannons to scare away birds in the field? Not sure but definitely caught off guard lol We didn’t mind the church bells or the rooster, as it added to our authentic stay 😊 The walk to the shops or sea is only 15 minutes. We appreciated the walk after eating delicious meals! Very friendly area and locals. Thank you Antonio
