Listing as described. Clean, well decorated with lots of amenities. Easy communication with owner, flexible hours. Top-notch weekend! Just a shame the sauna wasn't working.

Cathy made such an effort to make sure we had everything we needed and was so generous and kind that it made you feel so welcome and like you were staying with a family friend. Her warmth really did make a difference and the place was totally delightful

Serge is a responsive, proactive, attentive and available host whose recommendations are wise and accurate. The cottage "Écureuil" is in excellent condition, perfectly equipped and tastefully furnished. The grounds are large, shaded, very well maintained, each of the cottages having its independence and the opposite are not at all inconvenient. The outdoor furniture is fine, as well as outdoor games for children. The pool is warm, very well maintained, as well as the hot tub. A great place to (re)pose with the family.

Great stay with Nathalie. The space is large, there are plenty of rooms. The garden is huge, even if with the temperature we didn't take advantage of it much. Communication went very well, the arrival and rental of bicycles is done via a very nice concierge. The pool and hammam are top notch, the only downside, the pool was a little cooler (24°) than advertised.

We had a lovely weekend with friends at this spacious, very well equipped and very clean cottage. The big plus, the Spa for zen moments to share in a friendly atmosphere Thanks also to Louis for his warm welcome

What to say... quiet moment in this little setting of greenery, water and calm. The place is beautiful. a weekend of rest. we loved it. Svitlana is very welcoming and very warm and this fold in 4 for her hosts. You can go there without a second thought. and we'll be back for sure. A real charming house hidden in a quiet street. Close to market shops and a 10 min walk to the beach. Elsa and Gregoire are very friendly and have decorated their home with taste. We enjoyed the books in every room, the piano and the chimney and had a pleasant winter time.

We spent 5 nights in this beautiful house very clean and very well maintained, with all the comforts on site and all the amenities nearby . i highly recommend Tracy's place.

We had a lovely week at Patricia and Joël's place. The cottage is superb with its garden and pool. Patricia and Joël are charming and very welcoming. An address to keep precious.

Nice little apartment- very nice covered terrace. Everything relatively remot - shopping, restaurant etc rather by car or bike! Cosy places can be reached in 10-20 minutes! Beaches rather further and low tide depending. The lighthouse shines into the bedroom when the shops are open - very nice but also need to get used to... All in all very nice and very good amenities…

We had a lovely stay at Brigitte’s place. The apartment was great - very clean and well-equipped. The bikes and pool were an added bonus. La Flotte is a lovely village and the beautiful port area is only a few minutes walk away. Highly recommend.

Great place to stay for a stay with friends at 9! All bedrooms have their bathroom, the accommodation is nice and bright. The outdoor areas with the pool are a real plus! The accommodation is well located because the city center is within walking distance (about 20-30min). I recommend it without hesitating!

very nice stay. Very nice typical Rethaise house, tastefully decorated. The house is anything but cold and impersonal; it feels like home. This is a house that has a soul and is perfectly equipped. Hélène has always been very responsive and accommodating with the check-in and check-out time. Allison who welcomed us, was perfectly attentive throughout the stay. I would recommend this place and hope to be back soon!

We had a fantastic holiday here in Toby's house in October. The location is fantastic and we were at the beach every day. The shops and market in the village are also close and have everything you need. The house was great for our group, it is just like the photos and a cozy beachside house four our autumn holiday. The house was spotless, the beds really comfortable and the living areas great for relaxing after our time in the water. Thanks so much for hosting us, we'll be back for sure!

We have just spent a week, July 2024, a family of 12 plus a baby, at this very beautiful house. There is everything and more you could ever need. It is quiet. It is a beautiful area and the village has a beautiful bakery and supermarket. The beach is approx 15 mins by car. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left we loved it. The kids played tirelessly in the beautiful big pool. The house has cots, high chair and even toys for the children. It was my 60th birthday and my family organised a local private chef (Manu chef a domicile) to cook for us, recommended by Will and it was amazing. We picked up hire cars at the train station also recommended by Will. The whole process was more than easy. We had the best time and would highly recommend to a large family. We hope that this is not the last time we stay at this stunning house and hopefully not our last time in La Rochelle. Holiday blues are real when you’ve visited such a beautiful place 😊
