The stay was very good. The house has a very beautiful outdoor area, very good pool and full barbecue space. My family and I loved the days we spent. The house is very close to the beach and a few minutes from the village of Cumbuco.

The house of Mr. Valdemar is beautiful, spacious and super comfortable! It was neatly clean, large suites, fresh and smelling bedding and towels, wonderful pool, kitchen with lots of utensils, good mto air conditioners too! Sr Valdemar always mto kind and solicitous. Miinha família and I loved everything and we certainly intend to return soon!

Great value for money, we really like it! Good for kids. We're a small family so it suited us well. Good structure, close to the beach, but you have to walk about 300 meters. Everything was clean and organized. Freezer freezes a lot, good fridge and great stove.

Excellent service and super cordiality, I highly recommend a very good house and pleasant atmosphere, excellent for spending time with the family.

The service was wonderful, starting with the hostess who is very friendly gave great tips of nearby places. the house is very beautiful and since all the rooms are suites makes it easy and provides privacy, our trip had children and the staircase has a protective grille was very important! Camas are comfortable and all the bedding was really good!! We made use of the condominium pool and it was all like the ad!! I highly recommend this accommodation!!

Our stay was just perfect! The house is exactly as described in the ad: clean, organized, cozy we feel good. The host Renata is very attentive and responsive. And having your José who is the housekeeper nearby makes a big difference,he is fine people. It was a great stay! Cozy atmosphere, and extremely clean. Mr. Everardo welcomed us with kindness and was very helpful. The place has no garage but has 24-hour security on the street. The house is close to shopping, markets, restaurants and the beach. Great location. My family and I loved it and will be back as soon as possible.

It was a very pleasant stay. The house was higher than expected. We found everything very clean, tidy, all the necessary kitchenware and appliances. Leandro and his wife were highly attentive, solicitous, kind, (we have already rented several other spaces and have not had as much kindness at the reception as in this location, and this makes a lot of difference). They welcomed us very well and provided us with all the necessary information and made us feel at ease. My family felt safe on site, a cozy and beautiful atmosphere. The adult integrated children's picina was a differential,because we have a young daughter and she had fun with extra safety. The neighborhood is very calm and quiet. The landscaping of the house is very beautiful. The beach is very close, market and places to eat. It was days that were worth the investment and we plan to get the space back soon. We would recommend it!

The person who rents the house is a company and they are very quick in their responses and requests, giving comfort to those who will rent the house. The house is as comfortable as the listing.
