Vacation rentals with a pool in Mar Chiquita

Great place to stay. The house was very clean, it has a beautiful pool and spa, the rooms were very spacious and comfortable. Nelida was always in touch with my wife asking her if everything was ok, very very kind and attentive host. Any questions we had she was always willing to help us. I strongly recommend this house to any family that wants to enjoy their stay in P.R. Thank you Mrs. Nelida

Had an amazing stay at Terrence home! He was very responsive and helped with anything we needed. The place is as described and looks even better in person. Loved it especially for the price! It can be hard to navigate Puerto Rico but as long as you follow his instructions which are very clear you will find the home with no problem. Everything was clean and the house smelled amazing. The washer and dryer although small came in handy when needed! It was a quiet neighborhood. You might hear some dogs and the coqui frogs or birds but at night the air conditioners help to drown out any noise. I loved staying here and would definitely book again and recommend!

I had a great stay at Rafaels place everything was nearby shopping areas/restaurants/all within walking distance and 2 minutes away from the beach, nice size pool on the property awesome place for vacation and relaxing! Definitely a awesome time at this location.

I almost (almost!) didn't want to say how excellent this property (or Mariano) is as we'd like to keep it to ourselves -- but the place is pretty booked anyway, so fair is fair. Our unit (1BR) was part of the main house. Sort of a studio (kitchen/sitting area then bedroom alcove), with a separate desk area and bathroom -- but it shouldn't be called a "studio" as it was more than sufficient for two people. Mariano texted before arrival, and actually before we left. He had an excellent blog/itinerary/things to do, which was a useful tool. Ocean Park is an awesome spot and the beach is excellent. We rented a car for SJ excursions (as well as Rincon, Ponce & Fajardo). Finding food spots is part of the fun, and Mariano had suggestions. Very nice time and on the list to come back and enjoy again. Many thanks.

My group of 7 couldn’t have found a better house to stay at! Looked exactly like the pictures, lots of space and amenities, and a beautiful backyard with a spacious pool. Eduardo and Carolina are amazing hosts, they respond quickly and are always there to help. The location of the house is perfect, very close to popular spots and there’s lots to do around the area. There were more than enough towels and toiletries for my group, and lots of space to store clothes. Zero complaints from me or my group, we will be coming back!!!!!

We arrived after sunset so we had gotten lost but we contacted Jorge and he helped us right away! I Celebrated my 10 year wedding anniversary here and this casita is THE Perfect romantic getaway. Jorge even helped set up roses and wine for a surprise when we walked in. Quick communication, clean living spaces and breathtaking outside greenery/ lounging.
