I spent the new year at this lovely residence! It is very well located with easy access to the main points of Bertioga. I especially highlight the friendliness and readiness of Pedro who called the day before to pass on the main information about the house and to Mr. Manoel, who welcomed us on the day of Check in with great sympathy and promptness. Super recommend the house for a trip with family or friends as the space is very welcoming.

It was an amazing experience, it exceeded our expectations. The house is very spacious with great environments for leisure. The fact that the 3 bedrooms are all bathroom and have air conditioning is perfect, we were in 3 couples and this allowed for a very nice privacy for everyone. The barbecue and pool area is a delight, that open background for nature is very beautiful, we have breakfast there and the feeling of peace to the sound of the birds was a thousand note. The house was very clean and the kitchen is VERY well-equipped, it has everything. The location is secure and easy access to several beaches. Marco was very attentive from the beginning, solved all the doubts and provided support during the stay always very quickly. With ctz we will be back!

What to say about Sonia? What a perfect host! Starting with the checkin made us available to enter earlier and enjoy the beach. He greeted us with coffee and cake. City gave us tips and it was super wanted with my puppies. We had a problem with a light bulb at the same time changing even saying that you could leave it. I don't have the words to thank you As for the house. The photos do not bring the dimension of the plot of it. It's quite spacious. And it had everything we needed. Even Towel had, iron, linen. In my previous experiences I did not come across these things. It was an extra bonus. I found the beds comfortable and the air of the double room freeze a lot. We have nothing to complain about. It was a very good experience.

We loved the stay. Wonderful house, new installation, quietly behaved my family, we were in 9 people. All by listing, large pool, spacious, air-conditioned rooms and everything working. There were several kitchen utensils, blender, grill, pudding shape, thermos bottle and filter, all very useful. All very clean and daily came to clean the pool, host I request. Super recommend🩷. We will definitely come back more often.

Beautiful house in the nicest neighborhood in Guaruja. Very spacious layout with plenty of beds and bedrooms for a large group. The neighborhood is very secure as well. The host was responsive and they have a repair team for the property for any issues. Check in was very easy as well. The house is stunning but there are a few minor things which didn't work for us like the jacuzzi. Nonetheless, the house was a great value!

What an amazing experience we had at Regina's accommodation! It was our first time using Airbnb, and after our stay with Regina, we are looking forward to always choosing this type of hosting from now to the front. The apartment was spotless, with a very tasteful decoration, full of pampering. It had everything we needed, including utensils to prepare any meal we wanted. On the corner, there was a very accessible supermarket, where we found everything, chopped fruits, breads, dishes and prepared meats. The location allowed us to explore all the neighboring cities we wanted to know. We leave with renewed energy to work harder and enjoy this experience again in the future. In addition, the condominium offered excellent amenities such as sauna, gym and indoor pool and outdoors, all very well cared for and clean. Even on raining days, we were able to make the most of it. The property of Patrícia is a wonderful house, very spacious, well built and well located. Patrícia was extremely solicitous and the homemade Kleber gave us all the support we need during the stay.
