We had a great stay at Tam's apartment! Very clean and beds were comfy.

A friendly and helpful host with a wonderful place to stay. A very peaceful location, you wouldn't know there were others living in the accommodation above. Great for access downtown without all the hustle and bustle of staying in the city. Only a 10 minute walk to the station. The train to Grand Central is $25 single at peak time. The only thing I will point out on that note is MaryLee's place is at the top of a rather steep hill. Fine for heading out in the morning but after a long day walking around can be a less exciting prospect to walk back up!

Claudia was very accommodating and understanding, always responding promptly to every query. The amenities in her apartment met our requirements, especially the kitchen which was very thoughtfully stocked. Our family had a great stay and are happy to recommend this property.

Wilson’s home was very clean and helped my family and I make plenty of memories in his home.

Sal place was perfect & relaxing … wish our stay was longer .. we will definitely be booking with Sal again !

Every now and again you find a place on Airbnb that is better than the photos and more beautiful than the description. John's place is one of these absolute rarities and worth every penny. If you are thinking about staying here don't hesitate! The location is great. Bed Stuy is steeped in history and there are some excellent places to get food nearby and a killer breakfast and coffee spot (best coffee we had in NY) next to the park called Little Roy. The subway is an easy 10 minute walk. Honestly the biggest problem we had was that John's place was so nice, the bed's so comfortable, the amenities so superb we didn't want to leave.

My family and I were back up north for the holidays and Suzanne's place was exactly what we were looking for. Great location - her residence is quiet and peaceful area, but very close walk to Washington St and all the restaurants and amenities that Hoboken has to offer. Also, very spacious apartment. More than enough room for my wife and I and our two young children. Suzanne was an accommodating host and quite responsive. Very lovely home and we would gladly stay there again.

The house was great. Loved the location and everything was as represented. I especially enjoyed the large rooms. The house has park like grounds and I'd love to stay there in the warm months.

The place was more than I expected. Was super clean and had everything you need. Super quiet and beautiful neighborhood. Great location. Close to different places, restaurants, grocery store, etc. My family and I spent a great time and we have a lot of memories. Suhas was a great host and very responsive. We will definitely stay again in the future.

Place was excellent for our family. Check in was easy as we were lucky enough to be able to drop off our bags in a little early. Cleaning crew was there when we dropped the bags off and she was super nice, very helpful and just made the overall experience easy and comforting. House was everything we needed. Train to Grand Central was an easy 3-5 walk and ran every 30 minutes.

Had a great stay with a group of friends! Large common areas and lots of games provided. Yariv was a proactive communicator and was very interested in ensuring we had a great stay. Recommend for a larger group or family!

Needed a place for 6-8 folks attending a family event. Roland was very proactive in his communications, instructions and recommendations - providing updates and concern for our pets while we were there. The house is perfect, very comfortable, and well provisioned (for people and pets!!) - and Roland's instructions, handbook and labeling are excellent and clear. Very much appreciated his quick responses and offers for guidance before and throughout our stay. Thanks Roland!

Our group of 6 adults enjoyed a great weekend in Dev and Jackie’s home! It is a beautifully appointed, clean space and just as described. A quick Uber ride gets you to the PATH train in nearby Hoboken, if you’re interested in heading into NYC. Dev and Jackie were helpful and responsive; we definitely recommend this home and next time we’ll try to book in warm weather so we can take advantage of that awesome rooftop area and its view!

Ken was a great host. Very friendly and made himself available whenever. The location was perfect. Tons of restaurants, bars and shops within minutes away. Subway station was 3 blocks away for easy access to the city. The apartment was exactly as shown and had plenty of accent pieces decorated throughout that made it super interesting, and quaint/cozy. I've booked airbnbs over 10 years now and I would definitely recommend Ken's listing.

We spent Christmas 2024 here in the Airbnb. 6 people (5adults and 1 teenager). Plenty of room for everyone The description of these Airbnb is exactly like it is described. A very Safe and quiet location, walking distance to Walgreens and other stores also close to the bus line. Sylvia and Chris responds to your text messages at a timely manner. We got to the Airbnb later than usual due to airport delay, but Chris met us and assisted us with our luggage…That was amazing (5 stars just for that Chris) Trust, This is a amazing and SAFE place, (coming from a 5 women group and 1 teenager). Great location! Very responsive.

This is an ideal neighborhood for those who want to stay a few more days in NY. You constantly have the city in mind and it is also quickly accessible(bus, waterways), but if you need a breather, the neighborhood is also very nice.

The apartment has a homely feel and luxury. Only a 25-minute ride from the NYC bus terminal, Victor's place is ideally suited for tourists and those traveling for work but wishing to avoid the trouble of staying in a hotel. Victor kindly extended our checkout time by two hours upon our request. I'd stay here again whenever visiting the Big Apple.

Jamal's place was just like the pictures, very nice stay. Easy to get into the city! Jamal communicated check in and out instructions very clearly so the check in and out process was a breeze. Would recommend!
