Where we stay is important to us and this cozy cottage made our hearts sing! From the well stocked kitchen to the private backyard, we found the rest and relaxation we needed to recharge from our daily stressors. A warm and charming home well worth visiting.

Beautifully outfitted, well-appointed, extensively and meticulously but unobtrusively labeled — we instantly felt at home from the moment we walked in the door. Looking out over the lake while enjoying our breakfast was such a delight, and warming ourselves by the fire while catching up with family was so cozy. Lisa was also responsive and helpful, ensuring a smooth and relaxing stay. Can’t wait to return!

The cottage is so cute and cozy, I loved all of the decorations, especially the Christmas-time additions! We stayed here with another couple and our two dogs and felt like we had the perfect amount of space. It’s easy to find and has everything you need. Having the basement as an option was nice as well. I loved that it was dog friendly without being hairy, dirty, or smelly. It’s nice to be in a place that feels like you and your dog can both feel at home. Thank you!

Jennifer is an amazing host!! She was extremely responsive and friendly. She went above and beyond in multiple ways. She stocked the fridge with all kinds of goodies, made sure there were breakfast items available, and even left sleds for us in case we wanted to go sledding! Although we didn't have time to do any of those things due to getting in late from a tournament, the fact that she set it up like that made it feel like home! Excellent place to stay with a great host! Will be back to stay in the future! 10/10!

Wow, what a fantastic stay! We had an absolutely sensational time at Fox Ridge cabin! From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. The communication with Mark was smooth and prompt throughout the entire stay. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted with nature....deer grazing in the woods, squirrels nibbling on acorns, and the tall, majestic, century old towering trees were quite an impressive site! The space was clean and beautifully decorated. Amenities were top-notch, ensuring that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. My favorite memory of the cabin was relaxing on the leather recliner next to the wood burning stove, crackling and popping sounds of burning wood, the smell of burning wood, very relaxing, peaceful, warm and cozy. The ambiance reminded me of simpler times. We enjoyed hiking the trails in the woods, shooting pool in the garage, the game room in the basement, and the hot tub was a great place to unwind and star gaze. We will be back soon!!!

The home was absolutely gorgeous and everything we needed. Even though it was just my spouse and I, the fenced in yard allowed us to bring our dogs and not worry about their happiness during the trip. We will definitely book with Dan again the next time we visit family.

Laurie’s place was so cute and nicely set up. Everything was pristine. She has pretty much everything you need. The place is extremely dog friendly and our dog felt very comfortable. The fenced in back yard was perfect!Even though we only stayed a night for a 1/2 way point on our travels I would definitely stay again! The house is very convenient to the interstate. I would highly recommend staying here.

Our family met in Cleveland from three different areas. We relaxed in the spacious kitchen, lounged on the two sofas in the living room, played cards in dining room. We all had rooms for ourselves and enough bathrooms. We loved walking the blocks to restaurants and coffee spots. The backyard was wonderful. There was a grocery store and the market in walking distance also. In short, it was a great spot to enjoy our family, our home for the holidays.

This was a great place for our family to get together. My daughter and family live here in Kirtland but she has a small house - she was able to come over and work from "home" while we got to play with the grand baby (who napped in the pack-n-play I found in the closet - nice). We've been able to cook all the meals in the well-stocked kitchen and hang out around the island to visit. There's plenty of space for everyone and everything. Enjoyed the pond, patio area, and grill. I did make some suggestions to the host regarding accessibility for those with mobility issues (typical need of an older home). I would definitely come here again.
