We stayed at Brandon and Katharina's for our spring break with friends and had a great time. There was plenty of space for our group (5 kids, ages ranging 11-16, and 4 adults) could be together in the large kitchen area or family room/game room or split up in separate areas. Our weather wasn't great so we made good use of the sauna, hot tub, and variety of games available to us. Communication with Brandon and Katharina was fantastic from the time we booked until we lest. We would definitely go back!

We really enjoyed our stay with Kim and Floyd. This is an ideal location for quiet relaxation. We stayed busy everyday exploring the area but could easily have spent more time on the property just taking in the scenery. The accommodations were excellent and we hope to return again next summer.

This place is cute as a button with the layout and decorations! Not overly big or too small - just right! During the summer, it would be even more awesome being on the lake as this place and has kayaks and paddle boards! I really wish it had been warmer so I could have used them. Nice fire pit too. Books! Lots to choose from! My mom and I really enjoyed it! I look forward to coming back for each of the seasons!

Stunning Downtown Condo: Capri 106

Lovely little condo and it is the first door closest to the parking garage. Then only up half a flight of stairs and you were there. Only downfall was parking - the lot out back has less than 20 spaces, some of them handicapped. So we had to pay the $20/day to park overnight in the garage next door. The back parking lot was also not plowed well at all so walking thru on your way to places was a bit treacherous in December. But, all things out of the owner's control. Everything inside was pristine and beautiful. p Plenty of extra blankets and pillows too!

What a great place to stay! Everything was clearly labeled, which made our stay even that much better. Extra blankets for chilly evenings, a heated mattress pad with dual controls.. for when the hubby wanted it at 10 and I wanted it off, lol. We cooked some of our meals, and with the great kitchen that was so easy! We put the parking pass in our vehicle and it never moved all weekend…we walked everywhere, and there are some great food spots close by! My husband has stayed in many Airbnbs for work and he said this was by far the cleanest he has stayed in. We only wish we had warm enough weather to enjoy the great patio! The washer and dryer, which was really nice, was handy for making sure we left without dirty clothes, and that we kept the towels up. We are already looking at when we can stay here again. Thanks so much!!

Loved our weekend at the farmhouse! We reunited with 12 friends and the dogs to ski at Crystal Mountain. The house was the perfect size, plenty of beds, bathrooms, and space for everyone without feeling crowded. The dogs felt right at home too! The bike path across the street made for great dog walks along the river, and only about a mile and a half from the Frankfort beach. Hope to make it back again someday!

An absolutely beautiful space and amazing hosts. I had the perfect stay with Monica and Gary, they were so friendly and helpful. The apartment is the cleanest rental I have ever stayed in by far, the view from the balcony is beautiful and the lake access is beautiful with a large sandy beach. I will definitely be staying here again when I visit lake city. Also, very comfy beds and a quiet peaceful neighborhood. Highly recommend.

We have family in this neighborhood, so this was a perfect place to stay when visiting. Easy parking and easy to walk to everything we needed. Small but compact. The kitchen was well equipped for us to cook a meal and carry over to my in-laws. We were not clear that there were stairs when we booked so my mother-in-law could not come to visit us. It was perfect for the two of us. The location couldn't be beat. Great spot for 2. More might be a bit tight. Appreciated the baskets of throws in the living room and the very comfy bed. Mostly very quiet but you could hear others in the building. The little sound soother machine was perfect and we fell asleep with no issue. Great value and a short walk to all we wanted to do and see.

We had 5 adult couples stay for 2 nights. Three couples had their own rooms and 2 shared the basement. We've all known each other over 20 years so sharing the room in the basement was not an issue. With that said, Dana made it a point to ask and ensure that we knew the details of the rooms, which stood out to me as thoughtful. Check-in/check-out was smooth and easy and driving up the driveway, you got the feeling of immediate privacy. One of the most stunning moments of our trip was to walk into the house and catch the view of the lake! The kitchen was probably one of the most well-appointed ones we've seen on Airbnb or VRBO. We had advance plans for a few places during the trip, so did not spend a great deal of time at the house, but all couples agreed that you could make a get-away at this house and not even have to leave the property. All in, a wonderful stay, and a very communicative and flexible host. Great experience...including seeing the bald eagle on our way out.

10/10 would recommend to friends and family looking for a cozy stay in Traverse City! We chose this lovely spot for our honeymoon because it’s conveniently placed by so many shops and amazing restaurants! We also LOVE history and the fact that we didn’t even have to leave the building for the Asylum Tour was AMAZING!! We will definitely be back soon for another vacation.

Tracey was very responsive and helpful. The suite was very nicely furnished and EXTREMELY spacious. Every room was gigantic and comfortable. Our family of 5 could brush our teeth in huge bathroom at the same time. Tracey has thought of everything, from wireless chargers to noise machines in each room. I also loved that we had our own parking spot. We only wished we could've played with the dog more! 10/10!

What can I say about Tranquil Oasis? Only that it was truly one of our favorite places ever to stay! It's above a clothing shop right in downtown Glen Arbor, so you truly can't get a better location. It's walkable to everything in Glen Arbor, and right near the Cherry Republic, where, let's be honest, you will want to be almost every day! The place is newly renovated and the taste is superb. There's a huge balcony, peaceful surroundings, beach chairs provided for guests. It's got a great flow, a great feel and was spotless. Everything was perfect here and we would book again in a heartbeat should we venture to Glen Arbor again. You can't go wrong booking this place!

Melanie was a fantastic host with a beautiful home. She was so very helpful in a really difficult situation. She was proactive with a lot of helpful information, responsive when we had questions, and was understanding when we had to leave early. This place would be wonderful to visit in the summer when we're on an actual vacation. Great access to the park and lake, the yard was great for our kids and dogs. Definitely would recommend to anyone looking for a nice small town getaway.

You will instantly fall in love with the quiet lakefront beauty and the breath-taking and welcoming home just 60 or so feet from the water. The main floor of the house is close to lake level making the drama of nature around you compelling and inspiring. The waterfront and waves lapping the stone and sand shore are visible from almost all the rooms of the house, and it's a short walk to River Street in Elk Rapids. Traverse Magazine readers voted River Street "in the top 10 of ‘Sweet Small-Town Main Streets in Northern Michigan.'” The pace of life is calming in this lovely town and in this beautiful home. Owner Bernadette and property manager Sam make you feel perfectly at home. Response time to messages is instant, polite, and friendly. There's so much enjoyment to be had for all ages here.

We enjoyed our stay so much! The house is private and beautiful, surrounded by woods. We loved exploring the area with so many things to see and do. Our favorite thing was the shared private beach just minutes away and the perfect spot to watch the amazing sunsets. The house is so nice and comfortable and the cozy beds were a hit!
