Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Manziana

We spent 5 days in Fabio's villa. Beautiful garden for our 2 year old daughter and our dog, all fenced and safe. The house is very close to many other villas, but privacy was absolutely not lacking. The railway is across the street, many trains pass, but the villa has spectacular fixtures that make for loud noises. At a 5-minute walk there are amenities and the sea a little further away, you need a car to reach Santa Marinella and the beaches. The house inside is small but there is everything you need, tidy and simple. Fabio was a helpful and kind host in all our requests and needs. Thank you very much, we hope to be back soon.

Clean and very well located accommodation, in a beautiful environment, quiet. The center of Rome is easily and quickly accessible with a vehicle (about 25 minutes, large car parks near the Cornelia metro station). Francesco is very friendly and was responsive and available when we arrived. We really enjoyed the pool after the hot days spent walking in Rome.

Everything is really nice and comfortable. We had a great time, the house has been finely renovated recently and you can see all the dedication put into doing it, nothing was missing, the house is warm and the fireplace created the right atmosphere to spend a Christmas weekend with the family a stone's throw from the viterbo christmas Village. We'll definitely be back in the summer, too.

Perfect stay! The house and garden outside are very well cared for and equipped with everything you need, a stay also suitable for those with a four-legged friend! Just 20 minutes from the source of the magnificent place to visit ! Absolutely recommend this place ! It was a wonderful stay!

Our stay was absolutely amazing! No negative comment about anything! Veronica was wonderful and so thoughtful! Checkin and checkout was perfect! Veronica greeted us with DELICIOUS croissants , water , wine and beer in the fridge! We had everything we needed, coffee machine , plates, glasses,etc. The airbnb is in proximity to bakeries, markets, bars and the metro is a 5 mins walk from the apartment and 20 mins metro from all the historic attractions! It is a perfect, CLEAN place with an AMAZING host! Thank you again Veronica you are a sweetheart! Can’t wait to be back! ❤️

A very homey and calm place. It's within walking distance to most of the major tourist attractions and conveniently located between many public transportation stops. Excellent restaurants and shops nearby as well as a vibrant night life.

Alessandra's property exceeded our expectations and Monti is amazing! The apartment is gloriously quiet. It was perfect for my friend and I - the living room was comfortable and cozy, and having two bedrooms/bathrooms was great. The small design touches like the book selections and the artwork were outstanding and made the apartment feel like a home. The kitchen is well-equipped, and with several supermarkets nearby, it was great to be able to fix a quick meal when we were too tired to go out. Alessandra is a wonderful host, allowing us to check in when we arrived despite it being early, and offering great recommendations about the neighborhood and written instructions about everything in the apartment. She responded promptly to our questions and was extremely helpful with an issue that arose. The heating system keeps the apartment warm, but the floors can be cold. If you plan to do laundry, either bring or be prepared to buy detergent. We LOVED this apartment and would stay again!

Extremely happy with the apartment! You are a 1/2 mile from the Colosseum, Spanish steps and Trevi Fountain (10- 15 min walk). There are 2 mini marts located right beneath the building and they are open until 2am. There is also a pharmacy across the street. The neighborhood seems to be safe. My fiancé and I would walk the streets late at night and there were always many people around. Just down the street there are many restaurant's. Staying in this apartment gave us the authentic Italian vibe, much better than staying in a hotel. Some reviews on here may say the apartment is not luxurious, but if you are a fan of antiques, then it is quite luxurious! The balcony is huge! There is a washer which came in handy as we stayed for 10 days. We had to hang our clothes to dry which was a nice experience. Paolo was very communicative and professional. This is definitely one of the best air bnb's you'll find.

A great apartment: spotless, spacious, very modern, everything feels new (except the brick walls which must be centuries old :) Caring, accommodating, responsive hosts. We tried all the recommended restaurants (except Hamasei (Japanese) and La Prosciutteria Navona, which is closed) and they were all very good. Our favorite was definitely Tavernetta 48. Santa Lucia was exceptional but pricey.

the hosting family is the friendliest and most helpful you can imagine. We loved the hospitality. The view from the terrace and the garden is stunning. the kitchen is well equipped for cooking for a family stay. three bedrooms and three bathrooms. the terrace is a nice extraroom for a large family. the promenad by the lake is beautiful. we visited Cerveteri, Tarquinia and Civitiavecchia, not far to drive. we loved the wine testing at Cantina Capitani.

Staying at Riccardo's was a real pleasure. The place is stately, clean and well furnished, with lots of light and plenty of space. Riccardo was an attentive, present and caring host. When we arrived, he had already lit the fireplace, a gesture that we really appreciated and that made the atmosphere even more welcoming. We will definitely be back to enjoy the wonderful porch in the hot season!

My family and I stayed at Claudia’s place for our 8 day vacation. The house and grounds are beautiful, with ample space for all 8 of us. It allowed us to all be together & enjoy meals together. Claudia was attentive and provided recommendations for restaurants and traveling tips which was so helpful. We did rent cars as the villa is quite a drive from the airport and in order to get into Rome we had to drive to the train station or hire a car service. Overall, our stay was incredible & would recommend Claudia’s beautiful villa for anyone looking for a peaceful & quiet place to stay. Thanks for having us!

We loved Sabrina's place! The house was beautiful and property was so peaceful. Everything was like the pictures, plenty of space for 6 of us (4 adults + 2 children). Sabrina gave us great recommendations for local restaurants and things to do that were a short drive into town, and she was extremely responsive via whats app for our other questions throughout our stay. We did a day trip into Montepulciano - 1.5 hr drive away so very conveniently located. Would love to be able to stay here again if we make it back to Italy!

Couldn’t fault host nor house! Perfect place and perfect host! Had full family of six (14, 17, 19, 24 years old) and plenty to do and see. Highly recommend Bracciano Castle, eating in Travignano, walking up to the national park behind the house, swimming in the lake…and more. We intended to go to Rome, but we were glad to not to have to drive….and left it to do on our last day. It wasn’t long enough, but we had a good day in Rome and the train is very easy from the airport. Giorgia and Bechara were great. Very clear with everything and very warm and welcoming. Would love to go back.

We had a wonderful stay at Simonetta’s villa. It is in the perfect location just a short drive from the airport and shorter drive to the train station. The villa is very cozy and has lots of room. Simonetta is the best host I have had with Airbnb. She met us upon our arrival with pastries and a fire in the fireplace. Her hospitality sets a high standard for other Airbnb hosts.
