Location was excellent. Nice walk to the beach each day for a swim and shops were just 50 metres away. All the required amenities were available in the house. Very well equiped.

Emily's home was such a perfect getaway for my family and fur baby. The property is fenced off, so it was perfect for our pup to run around safely. The close of proximity to Manyana beach, cozy home and friendly host experience was just perfect :)

Absolutely amazing air bnb. The location was perfect for a relaxing few days at the south coast. The back yard and view is incredible. Our dog loved the yard, we did not see her for most of the trip ! The yard is secure for pet owners. The inside of the house is amazing, the photos do not do it justice ! Susan is an amazing host and provided so much information prior to check in such as what to do near by, food etc . She went above and beyond ! We will defiantly be back :)

This lovely beach house has everything your could want in a two-bedroom place! Big well stocked kitchen, huge dining room table, seating for many people in the living room! Two lovely bedrooms with lots of drawer space and cupboard space! Really nice bathroom! Laundry and second bathroom downstairs! Backyard! Front yard! Gated! Steps to the beach! The grocery store is just down the road! We found everything we needed for our week stay! Highly recommended! Would definitely return!

This place was absolutely awesome! If you love a holiday by the beach, I would absolutely recommend. So easy with a big a group!

Beautiful house, well maintained and perfect location for peaceful beach getaway

My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our five day schoolies getaway. It was the perfect little accomodation for us to celebrate finishing 13 years school. Ry communicated very quickly and was an accommodating host. We had a great time overall and I would recommend this Airbnb to others.

We went over the Australia Day long weekend, a family of 5 with 2 dogs. The house was exactly as described and we were welcomed with a house warming treat which the kids loved! The house is central to a variety of Jervis Bay's beautiful beaches, a couple within walking distance and Vincentia shops also in walking distance. The house had a lovely yard for the dogs to entertain themselves, internet for the kids on the gloomy day and a space for the adults to have some quiet time. Paul was so lovely to deal with and very responsive, he was an absolutely great host! We would recommend this house and would love the opportunity to come back when we visit the area again. Thank you again Paul!

My mates and I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb. The house was clean and well-maintained, with fresh, comfortable beds. The washing machine and dryer were a bonus, and laundry detergent was thoughtfully provided. Pool was clean and barbecue was provided with full gas. The TV worked perfectly, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend!

Absolutely beautiful accomodation in a fantastic location. The instructions were very clear and provided a lot of useful information on the accommodation itself and the lpcal area. Would definitely recommend this place!

We walked down the lush garden path in through the front door and immediately felt calm, at ease and energised. We opened all the doors and windows, looked over the river from the deck. Didn’t feel like leaving. We mainly cooked instead of eating out, all doing’s bought locally with the kitchen well stocked with crockery, cookware, utensils and appliances. With all seasons experienced in our 3 day stay - from humid 37C to cool and raining, but hardly used the air-con. We used the huge bath and river below for regular cooling off, and the fireplace was there should it have been needed. The cicada’s were incredible - waves of sound like rain squalls, new bird noises every day and visits from possums. Though close to neighbours - we couldn’t have felt more private. Can’t wait to come back in winter….

This is our second time staying at Denise’s home. We have already booked for our next stay. It’s a great place to relax & unwind. There’s just so much I could say about Denise’s home except we love it & it’s perfection.

This was a 2.5 week work trip for me. My partner and I stayed at George and Maree’s cottage together with our dog Ruby. It was an amazing stay and for us, the location was very special – by the river, on a farm. There were cows in the paddocks, roos and wombats. Their dogs visited Ruby regularly and so did the peacocks! We went for regular walks on the property and up the road. The cottage itself was very comfortable and nicely decorated. It was well equipped and there wasn’t anything more we would have wanted. George and Maree were very friendly and generous hosts. We had regular supplies of delicious eggs, tomatoes and herbs from their garden. On the last day we asked for a couple of cuttings from their beautiful frangipani trees and were presented with a huge tree in addition to the cuttings! This is one of the most tranquil stays we have had in an Airbnb. All three of us enjoyed our time here. Thanks George and Maree! We’d def come back again!

This property is great, it has everything you could want for a short stay. The property was spotless, beautifully decorated, and has so much to do. As a host, Hannah is a delight to deal with she is friendly, thoughtful and detailed in her communication. The location is perfect—quiet yet close to everything. This is our second time back at this property so safe to say we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Berry!

Very lovely stay for our family in the Summer holidays. The separate sleep out was perfect for my parents to have some private space. The backyard was excellent for our Labrador, with lots of space to run around and was fully fenced. The swimming pool was very refreshing and a great size for all 6 of us to enjoy together. The beds were all very comfortable with lots of pillows to choose from. The kitchen had everything we needed, bathrooms were clean, tidy and modern and there was also a full laundry. Property is also fully air-conditioned, and a single unit AC in the sleep out. The neighbourhood was very peaceful and quiet. It’s easy to walk to the beach within a few minutes, a well-equipped children’s playground nearby for the kids to ride their bikes to, and a supermarket just 5 mins drive away. We had a wonderful family holiday and would recommend this property to families.

We had a fantastic stay at milkwood barn. The kids made good use of the pool and we got to use the fireplace/furnace in the house. We cooked and the kitchen had most of what we needed and we felt right at home. The bedroom setup was great for the kids and there was a beautiful dollhouse and plenty of books for the kids (and adults) to peruse. A lovely bonus was getting coffees everyday from Milkwood Bakery and we also got to try many of their pastries and bread. The barn was perfectly situated and was close enough to Berry but far enough away to be secluded and peaceful. We are already looking at our calendar to organise another visit back just to stay here. We absolutely loved our stay at Hakuna Matata. Its location was so close to the beach and inlet where we swam everyday. The living space was relaxing, the bed was really comfortable and the extra blankets were a nice touch. Adam and Johanna have thought of everything, from the delicious cookies next to the coffee maker to the laundry sheets to use in the washing machine. We will definitely be coming back.

Very homely and spacious and lots of extras in the house. I loooved how many Power point's and power boards there were. The kitchen was awesome and had everything you need plus some. The downside for us is that the bedrooms did not have block out blinds so the rooms were extremely bright until sun went down 9pm. With 3 small kids and 2 that are still taking day naps this was almost impossible. From now on ill need to confirm with future accommodation that they have block out blinds or start travelling with portable block out blinds.

Our stay at The Nest was just what we needed and more! Annie has gone over and above with practical additions but still striking the perfect balance between being cosy but not at all uncluttered. It's evident that guest are genuinely cared for through the excellent communication and attention to detail The Nest is an easy walk into the gorgeous township and I wish we had spent more than two nights there to try everything!

Our third time staying at Jan's place and absolutely loved it again. Great peaceful location, short walk to the dog-friendly beach, everything clean and tidy. Will definitely be back.

This beautiful, picturesque cottage was the perfect place to end our family holiday. Linda and Len have a beautiful property with lots to explore. The beaches are close, the small towns surrounding were only a short drive and we had plenty of room for the kids to roam. The property had everything we needed and more! If you’re after a tranquil, private getaway with your family or a couple of friends then this is the place for you. I will definitely be booking again. Thanks again Linda and Len!

Carrie's cottage was immaculately tidy and extremely well supplied with everything you need. The location is peaceful and quiet off the beaten track but close to beaches. I would highly recommend the cottage.

This is a fabulous AirBnB. great location, walking distance to the lake and the beach and in a quiet area. The whole property was super clean, with a very comfortable bed and spacious lounge, dining, kitchen area. We loved our stay and would highly recommend it for anyone wanting a charming cottage in a beautiful location.
