Great location, ton to do within walking distance. Huge space considering the price. Hosts were very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend and I will definitely stay here again when I visit Dallas.

Quiet neighborhood, TV in every bedroom, very easy access (love the combo lock), would definitely return on my next trip to Dallas area.

This was a great place for the couple days we stayed! The area/home was peaceful and relaxing - had no troubles getting there or checking in, perfect for what we needed. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend! Checkin was easy, the host was responsive- Anna & John work together. We had good communication with both. We had trouble figuring out how to switch to a different HDMI jack on the TV (for the kids XBOX)- I sent a message to John- He answered in less than 2 minutes with the info we needed! Nice! Our party of 8 was VERY comfortable the whole time. The beds are comfy, the home spacious & cozy, & clean. The kitchen & dining area & table are nice. The kids LOVED the billiards table. There were sufficient essential supplies, (Laundry soap, Dish Soap, Toilet Tissue, Towels, Blankets, Etc, even several bottles of drinking water). They do monitor the outside with a camera- they knew before I told them that we had checked out & left- But we were okay with that. It was too cold for the pool, but it was clean & ready had we wanted to use it. The garage was great for staging the supplies we came to Ft. Worth to retrieve. All in all we loved it & highly recommend it!

I had a group staying with me at the house and it was perfect! Everyone had a bed to sleep in and the kitchen was so spacious we had plenty of room to cook for everyone! If you have a large family, this house is perfect for your stay. 10/10 would stay again!

I stayed here for over 30 days and I would happily stay here again. Jimmy and Isabel were fantastic hosts and super responsive. I mentioned I was going to be working from home most of the time and Jimmy went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed before I arrived. I really appreciated that. You are a 5-minute drive to Trinity Groves which I spent far too much time at, with some great recommendations posted on the refrigerator. I think I might have checked them all off. you are also a 15 minute drive from downtown, and the Deep Ellum area. so many great places to see and different foods to try. Always something going on. 10/10 would stay here again!

Cannot say enough amazing things about this place and mainly the staff and Host!!! Hands down one of the best experiences for me!! Kindness and compassion and love were all shown to me from the start of arriving until leaving. Beautiful and extremely clean! You can definitely tell these are good humans ♥️♥️♥️

Great place. Loved our stay. We couldn’t get the gate key provided to work properly, but there was another entrance that was always open. When we got there it was a little tricky to find the building we were staying at because the numbers were hard to read from the car and it was dark. Other than those little things everything else was fantastic!

Nice place. The sofa is more of a loveseat/a little short. Space was clean. Parking on 7th floor with unit on 1st floor was a bit of a hile, but David described what to do very clearly. The elevator smelled bad. Television was a bit confusing.

We use Carpediem's listings frequently. always a great stay.

Mallory's place was great! Had everything we needed and was super close by to many restaurants.

Leslie was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The apartment is well-decorated and comfortable. It was nice having a pool so close and the complex felt secure.

Great place to stay for a night in Dallas! We enjoyed getting to walk to Greenville for dinner, brunch and shopping. Very clear instructions, communication, and clean, well appointed place! Would stay again. We forgot something after we left and communication was prompt so we got to pick it up later! Thank you Christina!

I just returned home after a 3 week stay at Nathan’s AirBNB and it was perfect! It was centrally located to where I needed to be, and had everything I could want and need close by. The place looks exactly like the pictures, and was pristine when I arrived. The host reached out to me before arrival to provide restaurant suggestions, which was much appreciated. Next summer I will be retuning to Dallas, and plan on returning to this AirBNB.

Great area/location, a reserved parking space, and easy to find. Close to restaurants and other areas of interest. The condo itself is a great and one that I would book again if I'm back in the area and is available.

Place was really clean and it was a nice stay! Check in was easy and we had an assigned parking spot. Seemed to be the best deal in Dallas that we could find!

I got this place because the other one I previously booked with Braden's wasn't going to be empty by the time I had my check-in. Braden called me and arranged this apartment. It is in an adorable neighborhood, plenty of pretty houses to look while talking a walk. I did have some leaking in the middle of my lease, but Braden took care of it. I didn't like the lack of storage in the kitchen for pantry items, but that was really the only thing I didn't like about the place. Also didn't have available salt, oil or anything like that. Pans are really nice. Well equipped kitchen! Pool and common area are nice, it feels like we're inside of a forest. At the end of the day, you can hear a lot of cicadas, but that was actually relaxing to me. Close to coffee/tea shops and other restaurants, and Whole Foods. It was a great experience overall! I'd stay there again!
