Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Manistee County

The place was a perfect stay for our day of golf at Arcadia. Hosts were great and responded quickly with anything we need. Including checking on things we potentially left behind. They could not have been more spot on referring us to Grille 44 for drinks and dinner, walkable if you’re up for it. 10/10 would stay here again!

This home was such a fun stay for our group of 4. Everything was extremely clean - literally spotless! We were able to cook meals in the kitchen, enjoyed the comfortable beds, & loved exploring the town. Highly recommend !!

We had a wonderful stay at David’s house. It was beautifully and tastefully decorated. The bathroom was very well-stocked with plenty of towels and toiletries (if needed). The beds were very comfortable and we all slept well. The living room had very comfortable seating for at least 8 people. The kitchen had everything you need, just like your kitchen at home. We would definitely stay at David’s welcoming home again!

We had a great stay here! It was a little different to stay at someone’s home where they usually live. It felt a little intrusive to see their coats, purses, and groceries. But on the other hand, it was very homey to enjoy their extensive library and fancy coffee makers. Thanks for a comfortable and easy overnight, we had a great time!

The place is beautiful! It is easy to find and easy to enter/exit. Patrick was very responsive. The place has a good location and was only 3 minutes from our family gathering so it worked out great. We will definitely be back!

Karen’s place was great. She was such a responsive and kind host, and even gave us recommendations of things to check out in the area. The home was lovely and very comfortable. Would definitely recommend this place to others looking for a place to stay in the area!

My husband and I had the best time! This place was beautiful and clean and had everything we needed for a mini getaway for the weekend! We look forward to staying here again in the future!

Was a great stay with the family

We loved Marianda’s place! It felt like home and very fresh. We found everything we needed from kitchen supplies to cleaning supplies. We really enjoyed the space and loved it so much! We drove an hour north to have a day trip at the surrounding towns with beaches (like Glen Arbor, Sleeping Bear dunes, etc.) and it was perfect! Nothing to complain about :))

Quiet, easy to find! We stayed for 2 nights. There is a dollar general very close. Bring your own coffee and groceries. There was no delivery or doordash nearby. Cute little apartment over a garage. It was perfect for our needs.

The place looked exactly like the pictures. The views and proximity of the lake were excellent. The home was clean and inviting. We can't wait to book again with David.

The place was quiet and peaceful. The lake wasn’t too far and there was a beach for our dogs that was recommended. We are thankful for our host for giving us the ability to have a relaxing weekend!

We've stayed a few times with Dave and always love our time here. He is very responsive to questions, makes excellent suggestions, and even provides a holiday touch. We love staying here with access to the kayaks on Portage Lake in the summer and the beautiful views year-round.

This is my second time staying at this place It is very convenient for the reason I visit Manistee It’s a very quiet safe area so I highly recommend it

House is stunning I don’t think the pictures do it justice. It’s the perfect stay, quiet and private. Good for any function. Host Rebecca was super polite and responsive to all of my questions! 5 stars every day of the week!

The little cabin was a wonderful peaceful retreat. Sonny was very clear and helpful.

A peaceful and relaxing cabin setting right on the water. A nice outdoor area with porches, chairs, fireplace and dock. The place was cozy and well appointed with modern amenities and supplies. We enjoyed the location as a base to relax and do day trips around the area.

Great accommodations! The place was very cabin cozy and clean. We didn’t bring our fur friends but would have been very accommodating for that if we needed to. The host was very quick to reach out in the morning with the check in code. Instructions were clear. There were even welcome cookies and wine in the fridge upon arrival. Very welcoming. It was a great location if you’re attending a wedding at Iron Fish Distillery as we were, it’s a 5 min drive on the same road.

Steven's cabin offered the perfect place to unwind after our hikes on the North Country Trail.
