Very good host. Good communication and coordination, directed us well to reach the property easily, easy check-in, hygienic and well maintained property.

This apartment was good, clean and every shops were in walkable distance and this is located in residential apartments so don't worry for safety . Family and couples can feel safe here

I had stayed at this property with my family. Everything listed in the description was available in the House. The house is located in the inner road away from the main road but there is no need to worry about that because there is call in Auto Service for the Area. Swiggy deliverys were also possible here. The Security Service offered my the Society is excellent. Only with an authorised Card can one enter the Block and the Security on duty was also friendly and helpful. Cleanliness of the house was well maintained and the WiFi offered was fast enough to stream videos and movies. Overall the Stay was very comfortable and worth very penny. I am thankful to Sash for his wonderful hospitality.

The place was really nice with a gorgeous view. Loved all the amenities at the place with really friendly hosts. One suggestion I have is that since the place is extremely humid, the host can plan to add another Ac in the living room so that it gets more comfortable to sit there. Overall the place is really amazing. Highly recommend the place for its view.

Property is located in a really nice place. Beach is just back door. Delta beach point is just 2 kms away. This place is apt for people who are willing to pay a little extra premium for a private setup. Host is very friendly and accommodative. Property is fairly new, clean and spacious. There is a caretaker family living next to the property who can cook home meals for you. Their food was excellent and healthy. Food can be ordered through swiggy as well, but takes about 70 mins to reach. All popular sight seeing places around udupi, kundapura are in close proximity from this place. Will recommend!

The stay was amazing. Very well maintained property, just like the description and photos shared. Fully functional kitchen so you can cook too. The place even has a swimming pool. worth the money .

Gintara Homestay is the perfect location for my vacation. It has the arabian sea in the front and beatiful river backwater in the back. It was nice and cozy and perfect for relaxation. perfect for me to run on the beach too. The house was incredibly clean. properly maintained, the caretakers and the owner does the cleaning very well. The view was amazing and oh the breeze from the ocean at night was fantastic. In the heat and humidity the AC was working very well in the night too. There is a lot to do nearby and i enjoyed kayaking and running on the beach. Best part of this place was that the Beach was right across from the house, i just had to cross the road. This was the most impressive thing about this property. I very much enjoyed this stay and i will definitely come again. 5 Stars!

this is a gem.. quiet..elegant and green.. enjoyed the little places and nooks..be it sitting in the garden ..in plunge pool .. perched on the bar table in the balcony.. sprawled on the couches .. or sitting quietly at the verandah.. is a place to relax ..rest ..and walk around and it's all green..and a short walk in one direction is a great place for typical Udupi breakfast..and a short walk the other way is Kaput and small eateries and bakeries and supermarkets.. thoroughly enjoyed our stay.. and Mallika always ready to help..and Manju( is a character) keeping everything working, clean and going..and if course Pratiksha always available and everready to help.

Host was proactive and gave very helpful instructions before my arrival, making the check-in process smooth and stress-free. The place looked exactly like the photos, and all the listed amenities and services were available and in great condition. The space felt like home - peaceful, private, and cozy. I highly recommend this Airbnb for anyone looking for a comfortable and quiet retreat.

The house is very homely and good and it itself is in good community even though the house is in parking area and had a nice experience of this community. It was our 1st time experience to see such a kind of building. Even the host is very much clear in communication and responsive also.

Pros: - value for money - spacious - peaceful - If you have your own vehicle, it is easy to travel to and from the highway otherwise it might get a bit difficult to manage. - the host along with the property manager very communicative. Helped in a very smooth check in process. Cons: - could be cleaner, after first day found a lot of cockroaches roaming. Please get pest control regularly. - location to reach can be a bit inconvenient as the roads are very narrow and steep. The instructions were very clear on how to reach though kudos to mariam and sash on that. Overall the property can be a really good place to stay at, if pest control is taken care of at regular intervals. Thanks sash for an otherwise awesome experience. My family really enjoyed the stay. Note: It will be good to mention that the property is not available to unmarried couples upfront. (Maybe I missed in the property detail)
