Beautifully renovated school with large kitchen where it is nice to sit near the wood stove. Ideal place where whole group can be together. Good location with nice hiking nearby. Maarten is quick to reply to any queries.

I would definitely recommend this listing and its host Philippe. The setting is peaceful and only 25 minutes from Liège. Phillipe is very responsive and friendly, his instructions are accurate and helpful. The only missing reservation would be the bed linen. Other than that, it's a flawless one! Thank you Philippe

We were in the villa with a group of 8 people and loved it. The accommodation is even more beautiful in the photos and offers a lot of space on a total of four floors. The rooms are all lovingly furnished, kitchen utensils are more than sufficiently available. With the pool table, a dart board, a foosball table and a ping pong table, you can spend great time in the house. Other plus points are the infrared sauna (heats up to 65 degrees) as well as the hot tub outside. For families or groups of friends, the house is just perfect!

The villa was even more beautiful than in the pictures. A very cozy place to stay with friends. Communication in advance and in case of questions was great with Bernard. And Jean provided a pleasant welcome. Beautiful area for hiking. Highly recommended! We would love to come back.

We had a great time in this blissful holiday home! Nice contact with likeable hosts and everything super fine and clear. The house is equipped with all the comforts. It is very cozy and stylish and practically furnished. After sporting adventures in the area, we came home to a cozy living room and we had a good sweat in the sauna. 😄 The layer of snow was an extra gift. Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful.... What a weekend. You can also create your own atmosphere, but this house helps you a long way and is recommended in all areas!!!

A fairytale beautiful house that deserves the name "mansion". Located a little higher so you have a nice view. Cozy, luxurious decor with all the necessities. Large jacuzzi that is 37 degrees hot so even at the end of October good to use. Bedrooms with good beds and own bathroom and toilet. There is also a spacious bbq cabin . Not to mention: the area is very beautiful and quiet. Ideal for hikers. A top stay! We'll be back.

A very quiet villa to spend good times with family

This beautiful house is perfect for a stay with several multi-generational families. We were 8 adults, 3 toddlers and 2 dogs. Everyone found their place, the two lounges being particularly advantageous in this configuration. The bedrooms are spacious and the bathrooms spotless. A special mention for the large bathroom with a central bathtub in which our little tips had fun. The kitchen is very well-stocked, nothing is missing and the appliances are in perfect working order. The separate back kitchen is also very convenient with its second fridge freezer and space to store food or other items. We also really enjoyed the welcome basket and the bottle of cool "bubbles". Finally, we would like to thank Kristina for her proactivity and availability. In short, a great stay!

The house is really spacious, we enjoyed with a group of 20 persons. check in/out was really easy and timings were flexible which helped since we were delayed. location was perfect for us just 5 minutes drive from Radhadesh. Definitely recommended for a large group.

Nice stay in a nice location! Great for a weekend away with friends and/or family. The only downside to the stay is that there are no locks on the toilet/bathroom door.

The house was in a great location. Within walking distance of the village. Ideal for a large group. Plenty of beds. 3 kitchens and a large living room and dining room. Large garden ideal for families. The hostess Elodie was excellent! She responds right away and is super friendly and flexible!

We were on site with 11 adults and 4 toddlers and had a great week of vacation. The layout of the bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms was great for us and we never bothered each other. The house was very nice and very well stocked. The sauna was great too! Unfortunately, the basement bar with the pool table was very musty, so we did not use it. Overall, it was great!

The Villa of Olivier is even more beautiful than in the pictures. We stayed with our group of friends of 16, and there were plenty of rooms and beds. All amenities are available and the pool/jacuzzi/sauna are lovely! Olivier herself also stayed in the back corner of the house, but we didn't notice it. Outside it had to be quiet for the neighbors from 10 p.m., but because the house is well insulated, we were able to sit comfortably inside with music until late. Nearby is wonderful, the villa elevator next to the forest. In short, we had a great weekend of friends, for a nice price!

A beautiful home in a wonderful area of Belgium. The host went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Our granddaughter had so much fun playing with all the toys, and the adults enjoyed the games also. Well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, a large couch in the living room, and many small amenities that make for a great stay. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful family stay at the Capucines farm. The place really lends itself to family reunions. The quality of welcome and the little touches of Cynthia and Marc are really up to date! A Christmas tree was set up in the living room and made the place even more family-friendly. Cynthia put energy into finding us a yoga teacher to replace the person who didn't have the opportunity to come. The place has a lot of character and the surrounding nature is refreshing!

It is a beautiful house, with all the comforts. The spacious garden is also well worthwhile. Nice base near Liège!
