Yvette was a great host, particularly with the flexibility she showed with check in. My bus got in late and she stayed up late to meet me and gave good instructions. Probably the cleanest AirBnB I have stayed in the city. Great restaurants nearby and close to Subway and Central Park. Really worth the value.

Yvette was responsive and helpful. She was accommodating and flexible with the dates. The location in Harlem was convenient for our plans and overall we enjoyed our stay in Harlem.

I love staying in unique Airbnbs when I come to NYC for work and this was definitely a treat. It was very much out of a movie and times gone by and yet so reasonably priced, comfortable and easy to access. Walk or ride to Columbia easily. LOTS of walkable shops and restaurants and easy access to trains. Don’t stay if you’re not keen on sharing a bathroom (I didn’t mind and it was never a problem) but note there’s only one shower (the floor I stayed on had just a bathtub) but it’s easy to get to either bathroom if one is occupied. There is a smell in the air that is perhaps the age of the home showing itself but worth mentioning because it might be off putting if you are sensitive to fragrances or other odors but I want to stress that it was VERY clean and nothing I co couldn’t fix in my own room with essential oils. GREAT communication and flexibility on Rene’s part.

The unit was clean and had everything we needed for a week stay. Host was very friendly and responsive. My wife and I just love the neighborhood.

Comfortable place for one night.

Geralde has created a lovely basement unit: private entrance, tons of natural light, homey, spacious, good feeling layout with comfortable furniture, bed, and no clutter or over-furnishing junking up the place! Big kitchen and closet was an added bonus. She and Pierre were also friendly, helpful hosts quick to respond. Was also reasonably priced! Definitely recommend if in the area. Thank you, Geralde and Pierre! Good luck with everything!

Checking in was a breeze. The place was well furnished but far from being cluttered. The environment was also clean and welcoming. I especially liked that you will find everything for your comfort, such as: a well equipped kitchen. If you’re looking for a place that is inviting, homely and well organized, I would definitely suggest Johanna’s place.

Stayed here multiple time , always have a great comfortable experience, places is always clean and host always accommodating.

Santiago was an excellent host.He was very welcoming and makes you feel at home .This place is ideal for small children. The area for my daughter to play in was perfect. My favorite was having the equipment to work out 😉. Very cozy and peaceful will definitely stay again.

We booked this place last minute and she was able go the place in just an hour. The place was perfect for what we needed. She was very friendly and the space was very clean and cute!

had a wonderful stay at Gleice’s Airbnb! From the start, she was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel right at home. The location was easy to find, and I loved how private the space was. As soon as I walked in, the fresh, pleasant scent made a great first impression. The self-check-in process with a code was super convenient, and everything inside was spotless. As someone who is 5’1”, I had no issues moving around comfortably. The bathroom, while small, was very clean and charming—no complaints at all. Parking was easy to manage—there’s plenty of street parking, but you’ll need to obtain a daily permit through the Montclair Vantage website . It’s good for overnight parking. Another highlight of this stay was the neighborhood—so many great restaurants and boutiques within walking distance! I truly enjoyed my time here and would definitely stay again.

Great location walking distance to delis and there’s a lot in the area. Just beware of the steep staircase to and from the apartment door.

I had a wonderful stay at Ania’s place! The studio was cozy, clean, and had everything I needed. The neighborhood is beautiful and peaceful. Ania is an amazing host—so chill, friendly, and always ready to help. I truly enjoyed my time here and would love to stay again!
