This is my ultimate finding for small stays to bigger gathering and get togethers. This property is very big with a big hall area & dinning area. It's a proper luxury 4 bhk house in very prime vicinity of The golf course road. location is very accessible, great neighborhood and lot of places open throughout the night. Ashish recommend us lot of things to do in local area as well. Very big rooms with neat linens and awesome looking furniture. Recommend for long stays with home like feeling and for someone who wants to chill with friends. Will visit again. Thanks for providing us such a great experience. 👍👍👍

The location of the Villa is really a Plus, the premises are well maintained and clean with ample amount of resources available at disposal such as Cooking utensils/Ingredients , crockery. I recommend this place for all sorts of occasions.

Had a great stay! Nav was really helpful with anything we needed. Location was great and the room was super comfortable and cosy. Really cool addition of the cinema at the back. Was surprisingly peaceful at night too considering we were right in the hustle of HKV. Easy to get to. It is on the 4th floor but we didn’t mind the climb up. The park and lake was right behind the property as well so it was nice to go for an evening stroll. Thanks Nav 😊

Thank you Bougainville farm team. We came with our family and pets (dog and cat). It was amazing place to be with family. Amazing host and the staffs. Food was delicious 😋. Instead of ordering from swiggy and Zomato try from there menu. It is yummy. Thank you so much!! We will definitely come again very soon! The hospitality and communication is number one! It was a great place to hangout, staff is sincere and very cooperative, host is super responsive and friendly. They provide us with a music system and other basic amenities. The property contains a beautiful well maintained vegetable farm, clean pool area, gymnasium, net for cricket lovers, badminton court and a big garden. Rooms are big and well maintained, kitchen was also functional and had all the basic amenities needed. KFC and other restaurants were only 5-10 mins drive from the property. They also gave us fresh vegetables from their farm while we were checking out. Overall a peaceful and enriching experience. 10/10 #superhost #superproperty

We checked in at 2 am at night after a tired long day, the host was continuously in touch and responded to us for the location guidance with supportive response. About the stay, the checkin was smooth and receptionist was well a gentleman. Apartment was clean like it was just built yesterday, no clutter, minimal and soothing interior, pleasant smell, cozy space, clean bathroom, amenities were all there, balcony was nice and spacious, green plants in room. Overall it was a pleasant and peaceful experience, would surely recommend!
