I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place is nice, peaceful, and very clean, making it a perfect spot for relaxation. probably my best Air bnb experience ever! The hoses Jhen and Kai was amazing , super friendly and Kai even lent me his moped scooter.. the place is immaculate, beautiful building to high luxurious western standers and there is a feeling of a little community there. peaceful and just one 10 minuet ride to the city. love it! cant recommend highly enough!!

We had a great stay at sir Fernando's place! It had a very homey vibe, so cozy that you'd just want to stay there and sleep all day. The furniture and utensils in his home were obviously of great quality and that's when you know that the owner of the house wants the best for his guests. The host was very responsive and always kindly adhered to our requests. He was very clear in giving instructions so communication wouldn't really be a problem. Also, he even went above and beyond to even cook for us. Kudos to him because all of our needs were met during our stay. Strike a conversation with him and you'll learn a lot of interesting things. He never made us feel out of place. You'll seldom encounter a host and a place like this. Truly grateful to sir Fernando for making our stay worthwhile!

Place is secured, Clean place, Rhea also provided all the necessity. Walking distance to festive walk mall. Also located at not so busy area.

We had a wonderful and comfortable stay. The convenient location near SM and the highway was a plus. The room was spacious, clean, and had strong AC and free Wi-Fi, just as described. Our host was very responsive and accommodating, and we loved meeting friendly Nisha, the adorable husky!

Nice place to stay at. Have a lot of amenities. complete package feels like home. I really appreaciate the free milo and the coffee since we already tired to buy some stuff since we keep walking around especially it's dinagyang festival we didn't have time to buy some drinks or food. We even try ordering at grab but since its dinagyang there's no driver available for food deliveries. So the milo and coffee are lifesaver😂😂 It is also walking distance to Sm Iloilo city. I really recommend Jasmine place she is also responsive! You should come and check it out.♥️

Lett is so friendly and helpful. Cris is a superstar and helped us tremendously, very kind and organized. The condo is close to esplanade, festive walk, SM, everything. These guys make sure everything is available inside the unit. it's clean, lots of kitchen equipment, even food and snacks. The bed is comfortable, the aircon works perfectly, access to the roof deck to dry clothes, or you can even use the laundry service in the condos. 7/11 convenience store just a very short walk across the parking lot. everything, I mean everything is here. Big jug of filtered water ready for your use inside. Cris does a fantastic job keeping the unit maintained and working well. these guys are superstars. don't hesitate to book with them. This is the place folks. book it if you find it available!! You will not be disappointed 😉
