Had a great stay! Giorgio and his assistant is responsive and communicate well to make sure my check-in and my stay is smooth. All the kitchen equipments are functional and so I was able to cook. The place is cozy as well despite the many restos and bars around it. Will come back definitely.

Mitch was very responsive and accomodating. The location of the unit is convenient. Rooms are clean and smells good. Very good for the price especially for big groups. AC units are so good too, all rooms are ice cold heheheh. Will definitely book again if we need a place somewhere on bgc

The entire experience was great. The place was even better than how it looked in the pictures and amenities including kitchen utensils are complete. The host was also very nice and responsive. They even allowed us to stay 30 mins longer to make sure tha everything is settled before we go. It would be better if the staffs would properly introduce themselves before getting inside the premise and taking pictures, medyo nakakagulat kasi pag bigla na lang may papasok na di kilala. We also had issues with caterpillars, although we understand that even the staffs are not sure where they are coming from, it would be best for this to be addressed as soon as possible as our children had rashes after spending time outside and in the pool and the only reason we can think of are the caterpillars(higad) all over the place.

If you’re travelling and need to be near NAIA, this place is recommended. You can just take the runway Manila and you’ll be in the airport for like 5 minutes.

Convenient and cozy space. Denver is responsive to queries on the app. There's a Goto Tendon and a Lawson on the ground floor of the building. Room was clean for the most part, however, the beddings on the bottom bunk of the bed smelled like it was unchanged or amoy kulob. Kitchen was fully stocked and the unit had an iron and hangers in the cabinets. The condo management also keeps the IDs of the guests staying at the unit, so bring an extra ID if you can.

I would come back again to this place next time we visit Philippines. It’s highly recommended. Clean and comfortable place to stay.
