My family and I had an amazing time at this villa. Carla…your host definitely pays attention to details. She always responded in a timely manner…Everything you need it there. I found my linens and bathroom to be clean….Mark who is the Chef is an awesome cook and an amazing person. He was very accommodating, prepared us the best meals always very willing to help. He definitely made our trip home a great experience. Collett who is the Cleaning Lady was very pleasant and helpful. The only reason I can’t say more about Collett is because she was not there every day. She is called as needed. But Carla definitely has a great staff working for her. Do not hesitate to book this Villa. The only regret I had was my vacation ended too soon. Gem

Bryan really took care of us. This was our 2nd time staying at one oh his properties and this one was amazing. The community was awesome. There’s a gym, a supermarket, a public pool and a playground for our kids with East Indian Mango trees by the entrance and to top it off, our particular Air B&B was one of 2 with a private pool in the backyard. It was so nice. There were restaurants close by and Ocho Rios was and Runaway Bay were surprisingly close.. I want to spend special shoutout to our housekeeper Jillian who kept the place spotless. Our kids loved her. Every chance our 3 year old got, he was with her playing. Breakfast was on point every morning. Wanna bigup Rochelle too who helped with arranging Christmas dinner…. We will be back for sure. We really love this place. Our pictures look like something out of a magazine. Thank You.

Kia's villa is a perfect location with a beautiful view. Everything was as described. I will definitely stay here again. The property is huge and the Oceanview is breathtaking. Very clean! Jermaine is great and made sure to proprovide prompt service when needed. Thanks and see you guys soon.

We had a great stay in this accommodation. It’s a two minutes walk to a fantastic beach and the large pool. The accommodation offers a great kitchen and all appliances you would need. It is a quiet area. We really enjoyed it. Communication with the host was very easy and efficient

Jacqueline home is a beautiful villa in a gated community with 24/7 security the home is in a great location and beautiful community on a private beach.

Magical!!! Joshua provided many memories for my family. He even introduced my 8 year grandson to a friend. We were welcomed by the entire community. The view of the ocean was amazing. Joshua went above and beyond with the s’mores and we can’t stop talking about the chef’s food. I don’t want to give away all the surprises Joshua gave us but I will say the entertainment was excellent. Special thanks to Niko. I can’t wait to come back again.

What a glorious stay we had. The two pools were fabulous - the kids lived in them the whole time we were there. Nicole was incredibly responsive, making sure we were well-connected & knew exactly how to get there - very helpful when you’re traveling in a new place!Randy was so kind & kept the grounds beautiful & the pools pristine. Nadine & Girly were were lovely & incredibly accommodating, cooking delicious, vegetarian meals for us at our request. (They even made homemade cheesecake one night - some of the best I’ve eaten.) The rooftop patio area provided breathtaking views of the water, not to mention gorgeous sunsets, while the downstairs living area opened right up to the infinity pool providing killer views. The bedrooms were spacious, beautifully decorated & all with their own bathrooms & wonderful views & sounds of the sea. We had a superb time & were thoroughly spoiled. 10/10 would recommend.

I had an unforgettable stay at this villa for my birthday! The property was stunning, it looks WAYYY BETTER in person, and the staff made the experience even better. A big thank you to Winston and Kamala for their exceptional hospitality and attention to detail throughout our stay. They were always ready to assist and ensure everything ran smoothly. A special and heartfelt thank you to Chef Sheree, who truly went above and beyond. Each meal was GREAT. Not only did she prepare an amazing meal for my birthday dinner, but she also generously offered her event decor services to decorate the villa for the occasion. The decor was absolutely beautiful and added such a personal magical touch to the evening. Even though her decorating was last minute SHE DID A BOMB JOB like she planned in advance. I couldn’t have asked for a better birthday celebration, and I’m so grateful for the kindness and dedication of the entire team. Highly recommend this villa for anyone looking for a special getaway!

Best.Vacation.Ever. 5 stars is not enough to describe our experience. Gary is definitely a superhost, answered every question leading up to our trip in a timely manner. He even helped me order a cake for my husband's birthday (it was at the villa upon our arrival). Very personable and friendly. And the villa- breathtaking!!! The pictures cannot truly capture the essence of the property- from the luscious backdrop of tropical plants on a well manicured lawn (cultivated and cared for by Mr. Marlon) to the private pool and view of the ocean (from every angle) in our backyard. If we had stopped there it would have been enough but there was so much more. We were met by Ms. Janet (chef extraordinaire) who had already prepared our first Jamaican meal upon arrival, and Ms. Cassie who made sure our living quarters were always tidy, towels always clean, and everything else in between. Such a blessing to our family- they became part of our family right away! We will definitely be repeat guests!!

We had a totally wonderful experience at itti Barry Villa!! I searched and scrolled the AirBNB listings to find THE Perfect place for my family - itti Barry was THE ONLY villa that met ALL the criteria. It was wheelchair accessible for my 104-year old Dad; located right across the street from the Caribbean Sea; beautiful easy walk to the private pristine beach with a coral reef with pretty fish; the property is gorgeous from every angle; lots of cozy places to sit and relax; delightful outdoor dining; excellent communication; a total oasis - your private 5 star resort! Last but definitely not least was the caring and professional service received from Arlene, Rexton, and Dahlia - they are top notch providing a home away from home experience with that authentic Jamaican flair - superb💯 Karleen the owner has exquisite taste and has created a Caribbean retreat that makes you feel fully at home! I LOVE this place and will gladly return again and again. I recommend it wholeheartedly. 💚🇯

Staying at Archer's Rock was the perfect, well-needed vacation for our family of 4 adults. The Chukka Cove compound is private, quiet, and secure. The villa is pristine, beautifully decorated, and cozy with stunning ocean views. The sounds of the waves on the rocks soothe the soul. Miss Carleen is a gem whose yummy cooking and care made our 3-night stay even more special. Thanks also to the really nice, unobstrusive and professional grounds and security staff. Communication with Reservations Manager Trish was superior. Not strong swimmers, we did not jump into the crystal clear, inviting Caribbean Sea which was steps away (other guests had a great time doing so!), choosing instead to relax on the patio and lawn and dip in the pool. We were pampered in a chill, refined, delightful space, and left rejuvenated. Will definitely return.

Amazing stay! Best part of our stay was Miss P. She was amazing and friendly. Her cooking was great! I was feeling under the weather and she took such good care of me. Her hospitality and warmth was incredible. I would book again! The location is a plus too!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at the villa. It was very relaxing and peaceful there. We felt so at home, we didn’t want to leave. We look forward to visiting again soon.

Rufina's place was everything that we hoped it would have been. The place and property was very clean. From booking to check out Rufina was an absolutely fantastiic host. She was very responsive in our communication and ensured that we were comfortable. I would recommend this property without hesitation. If you like it, book it, you will not regret it. It was home away from home. The fact that there was a private pool on property made it even better. We enjoyed our stay and would most certainly return. Hats off to you Rufina, blessings.

From checking in to Rochelle responding quickly to any questions I had. We arrived after midnight and she remained available for any questions. Rochelle was a great host. In the description (not sure if it’s updated) it said one room didn’t have AC, it did. Which was a lovely surprise. And I believe it said there was no dryer unit which there is. It was better than expected. Pool was one minute walk away the park maybe 3. Check in was easy, never got locked out like with a hotel room. The housekeeper came by weekly and she did an amazing job. There were no surprises. Everything was as it should be. Can’t recommend it enough. If I am staying in ocho ever again, I will definitely be staying here. Excellent stay and all my family agree.

This listing is an excellent choice if you’re looking for a home away from home and opportunity to relax. Sandra was EXTREMELY responsive, and we felt really supported and taken care of during our time here. The amenities available on site include a pool, gym, tennis court, sculpture garden and more, and they were excellent additions to our stay. The location is clean, safe and secure with 24 hour security. Something to note is that not having access to a car will make getting around difficult, as the grocery store and restaurant are close, but not in an easily walkable distance. We went down to Jamaica for personal reasons, and we can honestly say that as soon as we stepped into Sandra’s location, we felt at ease. It definitely was a great home base for us during our time here and we are so so grateful for Sandra’s support. If you’re looking for a place to stay, this is an excellent option!

It’s a great place and a great location just that some things were broken or not working

Great place to stay, close to the local shop for any items that you might need. The host was very polite and welcoming and was very quick to respond to any questions that were asked. The property was tidy on arrival and clean towels and bed linens were provided. We were pleasantly surprised at some of the items provided that were not listed on the advert, eg a games console which provided entertainment for our children and televisions with cable for the days when we wanted to just chill and watch a movie. A great experience and we would definitely stay at this property again.

We booked Take Five for an intimate family getaway to celebrate my husband’s 60th. We could not have asked for anything more. Jacky the housekeeper took great care of us and was super friendly. Joanne was responsive to questions. The grounds were great, the villa was clean and homely, the views were awesome and the beds were super comfy. I would highly recommend this villa.

Loved everything about Anja and their beautiful home most definitely made my family and I feel right at home couldn’t ask for a better host for our trip thank you guys so much !!!!!!!
