Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Manchester

We had to find a place last minute due to some unexpected circumstances, and Lori was incredibly accommodating. We only needed it for one night to fit five of us, and the three-bedroom setup was perfect. She went above and beyond by offering early check-in and late check-out, and even brought us muffins and coffee since she knew we had to hit the road early. The space was cozy, clean, and very comfortable. The Wi-Fi was a little spotty at times, but it didn’t cause any major issues. All in all, a great stay — we’ll definitely be back next time we’re in town!

Everything was wonderful! So peaceful, clean, and comfortable! The neighborhood was quiet and safe feeling. I personally loved that it wasn’t over cluttered with decorations! Plenty of room to put your stuff down and get to your vacation. Felt right at home!

This was a great location for our little pups and family to spend Easter weekend, very close and accessible to Mystic Attractions. The fenced in yard was great for our dogs and the closed in porch was a plus!

It's hard to find Airbnbs that can accommodate several people in central CT. Luckily, Caroline's listing came to the rescue! Good location in a quiet Manchester suburb, close to Main Street. Nice Ikea dishware, spacious fridge. Parking (no garage), was ample. The upstairs area has low ceilings, but the beds were fine. The main living room area was cozy and full of CT-related board games and books, and several candles. The dining table gets the job done, though we threw some pillows on the dining chairs to maximize comfort. Also, the listing clearly states this, but keep in mind that there is only one bathroom. Caroline was a great communicator. All questions were promptly answered. She also extended a complementary extended checkout, which came in handy.

Erin was very responsive and approachable. She gave clear instructions on entry and exit to the house. It was cozy and clean and relaxing. He little touches of luxury were everywhere to be found. I would go again in a heartbeat.

Where do we start? Communication leading up to and during our stay was wonderful! Anything you could possibly need was readily available, down to the jerk sauce in the fridge. Lol. We always purchase our own cleaning products anywhere we stay and this was the 1st time we used none of it. Down to cups and even the beverages left for us. The home was so welcoming and comfortable that we slept longer than we intended to and missed an activity we planned for. Lol. This was a spectacular AirBNB experience! We honestly couldn’t have asked for more. A 10/10 experience by far.

We loved our stay at this property! Very close to butternut and was beautiful and clean. Able to sleep a lot of people and great for a big group! It was complete with a great record player and board games for our group, as well as stocked with dishware and silverware, a coffee machine, dishwasher, towels, a working FIREPIT (wow!) and other things we needed for a ski trip. Thanks so much for the stay Lucas! Only note is to beware of getting cars up to the driveway if it snows, but we did not have too much trouble.

Bill’s place was exactly what we were looking for and needed as a brief escape from NYC for both the humans and pups among us! The fully fenced in backyard was the perfect safe space for the dogs to roam and play, and the house was cozy and comfortable in a quiet neighborhood. We couldn’t have asked for more!

I absolutely enjoyed my weekend here. The home is beautiful. Everything you could possibly need was provided In the home. Everything was clean, and neat. House is filled with light. The pool and hot tub were enjoyable. The host were amazing and had great communication, assisted us when needed right away. I would highly recommend staying here, and they are pet friendly which is always a plus for me. The yard is fenced in. Which made it easy to let the dog out, and great for the dog to explore. A++++ Will probably be back sometime In the future.

This was our second time back to the pool house and it was amazing, again. We thinks of everything to make you feel welcome. Milk and eggs in the fridge. Muffins and croissants waiting for you. Pristine home. Fully stocked kitchen. I was even able to host a few family members for Christmas dinner and had everything I needed to make a lovely dinner. We also travel with two dogs and Sue is so accommodating, making our pups feel right at home. Thank you, Sue, for making our holidays away from home so peaceful and enjoyable.

Great house and great host. The place was beautiful -- big kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, great bathrooms (especially in the master bedroom), nice setup outside (jacuzzi and BBQ), etc. Perfect place for a family weekend in Litchfield. Location was perfect -- a 2 minute drive to great coffee, pastries, bread, ice cream, etc. in Bantam. Liz was an excellent host -- very helpful and responsive. We'd love to visit again soon.

Stayed here for 2 nights with a couple friends. Perfect spot for a quick getaway. Backyard and pool area was exactly what we were looking for with lots of space to lounge and relax. Lots of entertainment if you wanted to just hang inside as well. As some of the other reviewers noted, you can definitely hear the hosts move around upstairs. Didn't impact us too much except for Saturday morning. Was a little difficult to sleep in b/c of the noise.

This wonderful antique home is in a Beautiful spot in the heart of Litchfield CT, and a delight early spring when the fields of daffodils awake! This unique 1793 house has a great view & sunset, fireplace, simple spa/gym making it a gem even when the pool is closed. Nearby the town with lots to offer and local farms for food shopping too. What’s not to love 💛 Bonus is a great host offering a home that is in touch with the realities of rentals, pets and people -not picky, precious or punitive. Happy to recommend and return! The location was great and a nice place to walk. Lots of stuff to see and do that’s not far away. We would come again.

We had a great stay at this cottage- it was a perfect size for our family and was extremely clean, warm and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the quick walk to the beach, and proximity to town. Hosts were very friendly and responsive but never intrusive. Would highly recommend.

We had an absolutely fantastic experience renting Heather and Bill’s beautiful home in Mystic, Connecticut. From the moment we arrived, we knew we were in for something special. The house is spacious, impeccably clean, and offers an incredible amount of natural light. The rooms are tastefully decorated and perfectly designed for comfort, making it feel like a true home away from home. The kitchen is fully stocked with essentials; making it easy to prepare meals. The living areas are cozy and inviting, with plenty of space for everyone to gather and relax. Although in April it was cold, we also enjoyed the outdoor patio area and the large backyard offered a great space. Location-wise, you can’t beat it! It’s just a short drive to downtown Mystic, where we explored the charming shops, restaurants, and waterfront. We also loved being close to Mystic Seaport and Mystic Aquarium. The hosts were incredibly responsive and made sure we had everything we needed! We highly recommend this home!

Luke and Grace were excellent hosts. They were very responsive to messages, and took care of things right away. It was the perfect combination of them being there when we needed them, yet they let us have our privacy. The keyless entry was easy to use and reliable. We stayed for almost 2 months as we waited to move into our new home, and it was the perfect fit for us and our 2 cats. We were comfortable and felt at home. It was a bonus we could use their washer and dryer during our extended stay. I would highly recommend their cozy suite to anyone!

Stayed here for about a month and felt right at home with spacious rooms and lots of amenities provided, being 20 degrees in winter the apartment stood very warm and clean and it was a wonderful place to call home for 30 days. Kisha was very helpful and responsive when I needed to communicate and she’s very kind. If I’m ever near the area in the near future I would definitely book here again no hesitation! Thank you!

This was a great place to stay. Jeri was a wonderful host - responsive, kind, warm, and friendly. The place was beautiful, and all the amenities made the stay very pleasant. Fresh eggs and cream in the fridge, along with chickens right outside really set this place apart. Wonderful place, wonderful stay, amazing host.

Nice place located in a beautiful secluded house in a safe neighborhood. Gorgeous property. Our dogs were allowed and they were very comfortable. The amenities were exactly as described. Extremely clean and well maintained. The place was easy to locate and easy to access. It is convenient to many local stores and restaurants. Great, responsive hosts!

Our second year using Mark's home, it has a very private setting off the main road with plenty of yard space and woods to explore. Our large dog loved the property, we went for a long exploration of the property each morning and night. Mark was able to help us on our last day with a special request with no hesitation. His animals on the property are awesome. It was nice to see his two friendly dogs who greet you whenever they are outside! Thanks for the great week, looking forward to our next trip to the area.

The place was well put together the host were very nice people and we got to see the baby goats for a small price. Also they sold homemade products and didn’t try to force you to buy overall a great experience I would definitely stay again.
