Great location and excellent host . The apartment was a great space . We were able to walk to St Armands Circke and enjoy the restaurants .

This place is great for a quick overnight stay or a short weekend trip. Close/walking distance to beach and restaurants.

Lovely stay in a historic building! The on site Italian restaurant was the highlight of our dining experience! Food was amazing! I was a little nervous with the building being on the edge of a roundabout but parking was easy and if there was traffic noise I slept through it. Easy trek to Publix and the beach, walkable dog friendly park across the street. Bottle of wine and complimentary coffee were really nice extras. Staff was friendly and welcoming.

We stayed 4 nights at Casa Limonada. The place was beautiful and clean. Gur was friendly and very responsive to our needs. It was a quick walk to the beach and trolley stop. The walk to St. Armand’s was about 10-15 minutes for shopping and restaurants. It was very easy to use the bikes available on property. We highly recommend this peaceful location on Lido Beach.

Casa Limonada was a cool, comfortable location which was perfect for our weekend getaway. It was easy walking distance to the beach and just 15 minutes to walk to St Armands circle. The beach chairs, umbrella and wagon were a great perk! Definitely recommend!

Absolutely loved our stay!! It was so hard to leave this beautiful place. Great location…super quick walk to the beach & St. Armand’s Circle. Felt very safe. Gur is an amazing host. He provided us with so much information & lots of recommendations before our stay. He is quick to respond and will even come out to the property to solve any problems. I would recommend this place to anyone!

Perfect location. Very clean. Well organized. Lot of storage for two people. Exactly as advertised, small yet ample room. Cute community of other rooms. Lots of outdoor common space. Community fire pit was fun to meet people.

This place was great! Even better than the pictures! I had to reach out for check in information via phone call but Kathy was quick to respond from that point forward and great to work with. They were even able to accommodate my request for a late check out since our flight out was in the evening. Quick walk to the beach and comfortable beds! Plus, the beach by this villa was so perfect with white sand, clear water, and not overly crowded. Definitely would not hesitate to stay here again!

Mike and Wendy were outstanding hosts, showcasing impressive teamwork and clear communication during our visit. Although we were placed in a different unit than we originally reserved, they explained that this was a standard procedure and assured us that the accommodation we received was an upgrade. The Queen unit was impeccably clean and just a short walk from a lovely pool area. The Palm Villas are ideally situated only 150 yards from the beautiful beaches of Anna Maria. If our stay had been longer than a few days, we might have needed extra kitchen supplies for cooking. Overall, the property was a fantastic choice for my wife and me as we celebrated our 25th anniversary.

this review is for Sable and/ or Coconut condo (same Floorplan I'm told). The condo was very clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen has new appliances and everything we needed to cook meals. The location is quiet and the 2 minute walk to the beach cannot be beat. Because there is not public beach parking there, the beach was less crowded than others. This is great beach for kids, low waves and sandbar to play on, lots of shells. My teen wanted bigger waves 🌊 There are 2 chairs, beach umbrella, and sand toys for use, plus a styro cooler we used to take drinks to the beach. Shower has good pressure and temperature. The outdoor shower on the back porch was helpful to have as well. washer/dryer in the unit was great. Sofa bed was not so comfy, but that is typical for sofa beds. It's fine for kids. Towels and linens very clean and lots of towels, plus separate beach towels. Very good condo in very excellent area. We would stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay (quick weekend trip). Mike and Wendy were awesome hosts and “The Royal” at Palm Tree Villas was exactly as described. Nice quiet place with pool and just steps to the beach. We will be visiting again for sure and will use Mike and Wendy for our reservations in the future. We eat at Freckled Fins Irish Pub (walking distance) and The Waterfront Restaurant. Lastly, check in and out was a breeze.

We were looking for a place close to friends that were staying a few blocks down. This place was great. Easy to get in and out of, very quiet and could walk every where we wanted to go. We brought food to cook breakfast and lunch to take to the beach which was perfect. there are not a lot of villas on the property which made it feel even more peaceful when we returned each evening. Would definitely stay again when in the area if available.

Perfect spot for our family vacation! Extremely comfortable, very quiet in the evenings which made relaxing easy. The pool was awesome. 1 block from the beach. Only a few minutes to drive to restaurants. Ideal. Would happily stay again!

What a hidden treasure! The spot is across the street from the beach and very clean. The pool was gorgeous. What I love most about the Palm Villas is that our host was so sweet and got us right into the room. Each room has a little patio for morning coffee or night time cocktails ❤️

We had to scramble after a reservation with another landlord fell thru at the last moment. Wendy was extremely helpful and patient at our hour of need. Will definitely be back next year.

The resort is beautiful and located very close to the beach and area restaurants. It felt very private. We enjoyed the patio each morning and evening. The room was well equipped. Would definitely stay again.
