This house was perfect for my family to all come together for a visit. It was spacious and cozy. We really enjoyed the decks and fenced in yard.

Such a wonderful space for our large family to spend the weekend. Fully equipped kitchen and 2 outdoor grills put to use (one gas one charcoal)! Worth every penny for a large, pristine, up market rental with outstanding amenities. Host even proactively sent us info on local events, we would have probably missed the fireworks otherwise. Super friendly, 100% recommend.

extremely clean in all areas- high quality linens and towels generous with supplies such as soaps and shower needs. kitchen was well stocked and surprised to find coffee and filters- nice to come into such a clean and neat place

Carolina was a fantastic host. We really enjoyed our stay at her beach house. The house was very clean and beautiful. The location was perfect and I couldn't believe how quiet the street was. Thank you Carolina for a fantastic stay and we would definitely book again in the future. One of the nicest Airbnb's we ever stayed at.

This cottage/ house was perfect for our family get away. Tracey was very helpful with all our needs, especially since I booked last minute. Beautifully decorated and clean 3 large bedrooms, living room and kitchen. We all loved rocking on the enclosed front porch after a day at the beach. Walking distance to beach, boardwalk, restaurants, etc. Great family vacation was had. Thank you Tracey.

We really enjoyed our stay here! Having the pool was fantastic and the house was bigger than I anticipated when I booked. What a little oasis. Appreciated the parking at the house and the side street parking. Loved the quick access to other shore towns. A great find overall.

Had an amazing time here and didn’t want to leave! Our favorites were the location (across the street from the beach) and hot tub. I was especially impressed with how well stocked the kitchen was - we never needed to buy coffee or spices for cooking.

The place was beautiful, clean and comfy. The beds were very conformable and the location was perfect to the boardwalk and beach. They were very quick to respond for any questins we may have a had.

We enjoyed our stay! We ended up doing more of a staycation given we had young babies and it was perfect. Quick walk to beach but we also had everything we needed for us and our kids. We really appreciated the attention to detail and the host gave GREAT recommendations.

This home was so stunning and so close to the boardwalk!! Sleeps SO MANY and everything was spotless. Michael was amazing and responsive and always sent clear instructions on everything. 10/10 we will stay again if we come back to the area!

Could not ask for a better place to stay in seaside. Clean, beautiful, felt like home. Host is fantastic and communicates well. Beach passes and 2 parking passes are also a huge plus. We got engaged this weekend and staying here will be very memorable. Thank you so much Katie!!

Very close to beach and boardwalk! Quiet neighborhood and very safe.

The place was excellent and in a perfect location near the beach for the Polar Bear Plunge. Plenty of rooms with a good mix of single and double beds, multiple bathrooms and showers, and a kitchen. The rear barbecue area was a bonus. The host was professional, and access was smooth. We’ll book again and highly recommend it.

Max’s place is in a beautiful location! Close to the boardwalk and great views.

Stephan's place was perfect for what I needed, I would stay there again if I find myself in Belmar again!

All in all a great stay, my only recommendation is if you are someone who likes to have a wash cloth pack some for your trip along with dish towels and extra paper towels. Otherwise a great location and Aron was very responsive and helpful!

Gururaj was an excellent host. Communicated quickly and efficiently. We are from the area and had to find somewhere to stay last minute as we were getting work done to our home and it was not safe for us to be there. Gururaj was more than accommodating and super friendly.

I really appreciated their prompt responses and kindness toward our many questions.

Rosemary’s home was perfect for our family of four at the beach. It’s very clean and comfortable. Looking forward to returning next summer.

We loved our stay here. It was clear that this house was much better cared for and updated than the other homes in the area. An easy walk to the beach and boardwalk.

Great house, and Joanne was super flexible and extremely helpful
