Vacation rentals with a patio in Mameyes II

What a special place! The Villa has been completely remodeled with great taste and wonderful amenities. From the moment you arrive it is a sensory experience as you encounter a bright space with wonderful views, surrounded by windows, airy and nature comes inside. Smells amazing, towels and linens are premium quality, the cluster common facilities are the best in the whole resort, pool, ice for the coolers, trimmed grounds, quiet and peaceful. It is ground level, very accessible. Parking not an issue, recommend you hire owner's golf cart to move around and enjoy the beach clubhouse for residents with a nice beach, pool and grill, careful with undertow. Highly recommended, definitely coming back.

The original apartment was espectacular but the condominium need extra care since a lot of units are abandoned or never completed contruction. Amahira is a great host! We had a power situation out of her control and she offered an alternative to move to another location in a near condo without any modification to the stay.

Awesome place. Wonderful nature setting. And you save money on not having to buy cooking supplies since they are all there already. Christopher was very kind and helpful. Would highly recommend.

David's place is beautiful. Close to the beach, but you will need a car or golf cart to get there. Also close to very good restaurants. I will not hesitate to stay there again.

I loved the place, the neighbors were super nice and all the cute cats in the cluster. The place is very peaceful. Can’t wait to be back!

Hector was very responsive. When I had trouble finding the place he responded quickly and was very attentive. Would recommend the place if you are spending time in the east side of PR. Really close to the beach and the rainforest.

Ashley's place is exactly as pictured on the photos, and our stay was wonderful. Ashley responded to our calls immediately, and this will not be the last time our family does business with her. Property is located near many attractions and not far from Luquillo and Fajardo, where there are additional attractions. Home does sleep up to 14 people, however, I would like to point out that bedroom #4 has three beds, however, there is no privacy. Room #4 would be appropriate for a family with children. Home is absolutely beautiful and in a safe gated community.

My husband, daughter and I stayed at Ricardo’s place for 5 days and had a great time. Easy to find, easy to get in, the place matched the photos. We enjoyed all the neighborhood dogs, cats and chickens running around. The house was spotless and the beach chairs and umbrella were great! We loved quick access to cafes and beach. I already sent the link to some friends who wanted to where we were staying.

We booked this place to spend time with my extended family and had a great stay! Host was responsive, the house is beautiful and had everything we needed for our stay.

We were in PR for my twin boys’ 21st birthday. This place was awesome! The pool is amazing and we spent a lot of time in the outdoor space. It was quiet and the view is beautiful! The location was close to shops and restaurants, but not without a car. If you are looking for a lovely home off the beaten path, this is your place! Muchas gracias, Natalia!

This is a good find if you want to be close to the action near El Yunque and Luquillo (beaches, Los Kioskos) in particular. Even with a party of eight, the unit felt very spacious. The backyard as well is a very comfortable set-up thanks to the pool and outdoor patio furniture under the roof so you get can get shade if things get a little too hot. Supermarkets (Family Co-op) and good restaurants are also not much more than an 8-10 minute ride away, and the drive to Old San Juan is only 40 minutes provided you can avoid traffic. Michelle and Nicole were always very responsive and quick to answer any questions. As other reviewers have noted, when night falls you will hear quite a chorus from Mother Nature given the proximity to El Yunque. If you're a sound sleeper, it shouldn't be a problem, but you may want to bring ear plugs just in case. Ultimately, given the spacious interior and the pool outside, you can lounge here all day and get that vacation vibe. Highly recommended.

We booked The Olive House for the last few days of our vacation in Puerto Rico. The home itself was exactly as described. It was clean, had basic necessities for cooking and we were provided with toiletries. The air conditioners worked well and kept the space nice and cool. We didn’t do much swimming in the pool as we spent our time at Luquillo Beach, which was super close to the home. About 15 minutes drive. There’s a grocery store close by, a nice bakery for breakfast, and many restaurants. Initially we had requested an early check in since we were in the area very early. However we were told that if the housecleaning team finished early, they’d text us and let us know. But they ended up messaging me to let me know that the team needed more time to clean. We didn’t actually get to check in until around 4:30. Which was fine. It didn’t ruin our trip. I’d book this space again. It was nice and the hosts were responsive. Thank you again!

Excellent, Highly recommend, Beautiful. Very comfortable, with all the supplies. All equipment worked (master bedroom air was not cool right) all the supplies for fun & beach were perfect. Restaurants, Bars & Activities at minutes from the property. The distance gives you perfect privacy. Food choices, Beaches, Rivers, Lots of Adventure options.

We had a great time staying in this condo. It was right on the beach. The whole area was beautiful and relaxing. Just as pictured. We also enjoyed that there was a hotel next door that we could go to for restaurants and such.

I loved my stay here. The location is peaceful and quiet with the sounds of the rain forest and the ocean to just listen to. David was very responsive as helpful during the entirety of my stay. I would definitely be back.

Just returned from our annual family vacation. Had a great time visiting with family and friends. Sherry’s home was just as pictured. We were a group of six and enjoyed the beach supplies. Sherry was quick to respond to questions or concerns. Would definitely recommend her place!
