We had a great stay at Pablo's place in Rio Grande. You can walk to the beach and there are restaurants close by as well as grocery stores. The neighborhood was very safe and the pool was right across from the property

This location was absolutely perfect for our Christmas family vacation! The apartment exceeded our expectations—clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. It felt like a home away from home. We spent our days exploring the northeastern areas of Puerto Rico, and this spot was the ideal base for our adventures. However, my absolute favorite part of the stay was the back porch. The views were breathtaking, providing the perfect setting for relaxation and quality family time. Thank you for an unforgettable experience! We can’t wait to return. Highly recommend!

Joana is an amazing host. She made sure that I was taken care of with whatever I needed. Some days I would come home to little gifts whether it was fresh fruit or a gift basket. If you are someone simple this is the place you want. It is in the most beautiful location and is well worth the price.

Excellent location! We were minutes away from Balneario La Monserrate and the Luquillo kiosks. The place was spotless and very well stocked with towels. The host was responsive and friendly. My family and I enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back!

We stayed there while at a big event next door at the Wyndham Grand Rio Mar Resort. Great location, very comfortable, clean, peaceful, convenient and provided excellent value. 3 Bedrooms a plus. Very spacious inside and very peaceful outside. Excellent Restaurants at the Resort and literally right next door to the Villa ( Richie’s) and right up the hill (Montemar). Both are definitely going to. Definitely recommend this Villa to others!

David's place is beautiful. Close to the beach, but you will need a car or golf cart to get there. Also close to very good restaurants. I will not hesitate to stay there again.

The house was quite spacious and everything was clean. The pool was perfect for a family day. Quite equipped kitchen with everything you need and had several board games to share. The atmosphere around it was quiet and private. I recommend it for families and resting.

My family and I spent two nights here and thought that the house was extremely comfortable and safe. Multiple AC units allows for total control of the temperature in each room, all amenities as listed and Hector was very responsive. Thank you!

Our family of 12, ranging in age from 8 to 73, had a blast in Puerto Rico - with Ashley's beautiful home as our anchor. She was very responsive to our questions both before and during our stay, and dealt with a couple of issues immediately and to our complete satisfaction. Her tips for local restaurants and activities were great, and she often went above and beyond to ensure we had a good experience. I highly recommend Ashley's property to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway, while stile being very close to some great beach experiences!

The house was fantastic! The location was wonderful. Very close to restaurants, the National Forest, and easy access to the highway. The entire property was very clean and aesthetically pleasing. We appreciated the snacks that were waiting for us since our flight got in late and we never got to eat dinner. Pool was clean and the grounds were beautifully landscaped. It would have been helpful to know about the cats at the property as one of our group is allergic.

Ricardo's place was great. Our kids had a great time watching the chickens and befriending some of the cats in the area. House is conveniently located near El Yunque, the kiosks and some of the better beaches on the north side of the island. would absolutely return!

Clean and spacious place to stay in Luquillo with a comfortable bed and everything we needed. Laundry machines worked well, smart TV was fun, wifi was sufficient, and the location can’t be beat for access to the local beaches, El Yunque, and Fajardo. The view is also beautiful from the Airbnb. The host was clear and communicative. Happy to have stayed here for our relaxing vacation.

We loved our mountain view and this very cool, modern home! The sounds of the rainforest at night were amazing! Very clean and great communication. Very comfortable all around. Highly recommend for a restful and beautiful stay.

This is a good find if you want to be close to the action near El Yunque and Luquillo (beaches, Los Kioskos) in particular. Even with a party of eight, the unit felt very spacious. The backyard as well is a very comfortable set-up thanks to the pool and outdoor patio furniture under the roof so you get can get shade if things get a little too hot. Supermarkets (Family Co-op) and good restaurants are also not much more than an 8-10 minute ride away, and the drive to Old San Juan is only 40 minutes provided you can avoid traffic. Michelle and Nicole were always very responsive and quick to answer any questions. As other reviewers have noted, when night falls you will hear quite a chorus from Mother Nature given the proximity to El Yunque. If you're a sound sleeper, it shouldn't be a problem, but you may want to bring ear plugs just in case. Ultimately, given the spacious interior and the pool outside, you can lounge here all day and get that vacation vibe. Highly recommended.

Once we found it, the condo was great for our family of five! Very spacious living room, comfortable beds, and lovely balcony. Luis was a very fast communicator, which was very helpful as we were navigating towards the condo.

We had a great time staying in this condo. It was right on the beach. The whole area was beautiful and relaxing. Just as pictured. We also enjoyed that there was a hotel next door that we could go to for restaurants and such.
