The place have everything you need to make your stay pleasant, a very large terrace with a beautiful view of the city, a kitchen where you can make your own breakfast. I strongly recommend it

We stayed at Fera’s place for 4 nights, and it was just great! The property is a bit out of town, in the green and close to the sea. This means it is quiet and peaceful, a very nice surprise after weeks of noisy nights. Fera and her husband prepared delicious meals for us everyday at a very reasonable price. We rented their scooter, which was nice to go around during the day. We were also working remotely part of the time, and it was very smooth, with good, stable wifi throughout. We loved the time we spent here!

We enjoyed our stay. Very friendly host. The apartment is on the 17th floor and a gorgeous view from the window. Nearby in a 5-minute walk there is a Green Markt with everything you need. The apartment has a mini kitchen with a stove and necessary utensils, fridge, kettle. Of the wishes, 2 towels instead of one (we extended the place again and again), so by the end of the stay, the bed linen and towel were a little dirty. And there was a huge lack of a cozy large blanket. The bathroom was carefully left with soap, tooth brush and paste, as well as toilet paper and 2 bottles of drinking water. I would recommend staying here.

We like this apartment so much we decided to extend our stay. The host is very welcoming, flexible and kind. The view from the apartment is delightful - you can see both mountains and the sea, and from here you can easily walk to the mall where there are many restaurants and places to watch the sunset. I highly recommend this apartment for anyone visiting Manado, especially for longer stays.
