Great place if you want to stay on the Asian side of Istanbul. Couch turns into a sofa bed and is quite big and comfortable. Place is well insulated making it good for a winter stay. Also a really nice Turkish restaurant around 3 minute walk from the apartment. Close walk to the beach as well which I’d imagine would be an ideal walking spot in the summer and springs. Overall would recommend this place. Plus there are so many cute cats in the neighbourhood!

Fethi's place is perfect! The neighbourhood is nice and quiet, a lot of shops are very close. The flat is spacious, clean and cosy, it is as described. I liked the huge bed a lot) There were everything we needed, including a great number of clean towels. The flat is well-equipped, with good kitchen and bathroom. Fithi is a great host, very helpful and relyable. He helped with transfer, provided a lot of tips, and even get a crib for our toddler without me asking! I recommend Fethi's place, and I would like to come back one day)

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this Airbnb, and I can honestly say it exceeded all my expectations. The property itself is stunning—spotlessly clean, well-decorated, and equipped with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. The rooms are spacious, the beds are incredibly comfortable, and the attention to detail in the decor made it feel like a home away from home. The location is fantastic, close to local attractions, shops, and restaurants, yet it still felt peaceful and private. I particularly loved spending time on the balcony which was the perfect spot to relax with an amazing view after a day of exploring. The host was absolutely wonderful! From the very beginning, communication was smooth and friendly. They provided detailed instructions for check-in, offered great local tips, and were always quick to respond to any questions. It’s clear that they genuinely care about their quests experience! I highly recommend this Airbnb!!

The room was very clean, we did not have any problems with the check-in and the welcome. There was no heating problem, it was an ideal temperature. They responded to every question very quickly and were friendly people. The fact that the delivery people were not taken inside and the orders were taken from the building door felt good in terms of safety.

Excellent place to stay. It’s peaceful compared to the other areas I stayed in. Mehmet is very helpful and fast to reply. The views are awesome. Majority of what you need is within walking distance. The main mall/plaza is less than 2 minutes away in a taxi, driving back is like 8-10 mins due to the route. I stayed for 2 weeks, overall I am pleased with everything. I would recommend it and stay here again. The views are unbelievable.

It was very nice, I recommend that you go, the location is incorrectly you may need to call and find out. Everything was so beautiful we never wanted to return with my fiancé. The noise is never present, it was very clean as far as the sheets, sink, lounge and towels put in to use. When we called the front desk, they were very interested in us, we were able to do it until our laundry. There was also a sports area, but we were very tired because we went by motorcycle, it was a rainy day, we couldn't go, I will definitely go for my next stay.

The apartment was very neat and , with nice touches, It is very well designed and maintained.. the location is near to market where you can have all the groceries and food. all kind of transportation pass by polite & friendly host, and he's available anytime , definitely gonna visit again
