The accommodation was clean, tidy, presentable and very comfortable, it came with all the necessities. Catherine was a lovely host and she welcomed us with her home made scones which were delicious. Catherine is very friendly and helpful. We loved her hospitality. The house is private and comes with a beautiful surroundings with beautiful animals all around. We will definitely revisit. Rossport Cottage was even better than the description and the photos. The cottage was very comfortable and well- equipped, and the views were amazing! Sheila, Kieran, and Teresa were very responsive when there was a minor plumbing issue, and it was quickly resolved. We were very lucky with the weather, which made our week at Rossport all the more enjoyable. Highly recommended.

This house was absolutely perfect for our trip. 4 really well sized bedrooms with en suites and perfect for our group of friends sharing. The house was spotless and the decor very nice. The golf course is amazing and the and we were literally 60 yards from the first tee. The food at the golf club and the hotel next door was really good and good value. Staff extremely friendly. I could not recommend this property enough and if we ever go back to that beautiful part of the world I only hope this house is available. Issue was great with the communication and suggestions of things to do so the host experience matched house.

Extraordinary. This view of the lake... a real haven of peace. Super welcoming hosts, empathy. kindness, hospitality, humility, Irish clean! Late arrival, yet available, attentive, warm and having left some food for the evening. With kids, you couldn't have hoped for better! It was deeply supportive. We strongly recommend!

My friend and I absolutely loved our stay at Helen’s mountain cottage! The setting is breathtaking and so close to nature. Birdsong, pheasant squawks, sheep bleating and an ever-changing sky. The views are amazing. The cottage is charming and welcoming, a perfect place to enjoy peaceful privacy and beautiful walks. Helen was very friendly, helpful and responsive. We didn’t meet Jurgen, but he graciously left us beautiful firewood for the stove. He built the gorgeous sauna, which fits perfectly with the rustic experience. We had some great weather, so we loved having a fire outside as we gazed at the lake, sky and landscape. The cottage is not luxurious, but we loved it and the peaceful surroundings. Heidi the happy dog was a sweet addition to our stay. You will be so glad you booked this magical place! Thank you, Helen and Jurgen!

Absolutely gorgeous house and grounds, like something from a postcard. Everything you could need was in the house. House is bright and spotlessly clean. Great location. Handy adventure centre in the hotel a five minute walk from the house. Margaret is a fantastic host who made sure we had a great trip. Thank you Margaret. The Mancunian girls will come again!

A perfect house for what we needed. We had a wedding at the Diamond coast Hotel- we were closer to the wedding than the people staying at the hotel. Great kitchen, lots of supplies. So many bathrooms, made getting ready for the wedding easier. Would definitely recommend Mary’s house.
