Our stay at Cozy Villa ЯR was absolutely perfect! The property was even better than the photos—spacious, warm, and beautifully designed with large windows offering breathtaking mountain views. The fireplace was a cozy touch after a long day of skiing. The villa was ideally located, just a short drive to the ski lifts. The kitchen was fully equipped, so we enjoyed making meals and spending quality time together as a group. Fitim was an exceptional host, providing clear check-in instructions and plenty of local tips . I highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for relaxing winter escape. Daniela and Endri’s cabin was exactly the kind of retreat spot we needed! A quiet, clean, private home with a great kitchen situation and lots of room for good discussion around the dining table and wood burning stove. We found it to be an ample amount of space for the 5 of us to move around freely and have some privacy when needed! This is one of my top Airbnb experiences and I’ll for sure be returning.

The apartment is very cozy. You have everything you need. It’s very close to the Skicenter so it is perfect for a winter skiing holiday! Since the apartment building is on a slope, during a heavy snowfall the parking close to the house is not accessible without a winter ready car. Definitely recommended

Simon was a great host! His house was fully stocked and heated when we arrived in the evening. The fireplace is great at heating the entire house, but there are also individual heaters for every room. The house is not at all far from the ski resort and even if you don't want to ski there are lots of beautiful and scenic walks in the area. I highly recommend renting out this house if you and a family or friends want to have a great place to rest while enjoying the natural beauty of Mavrovo.

The house was nice. You can find everything in the house. Like a some basic thing soap, salt, coffee. And dragen is so friendly he helped us about everything. The only thing I wasn’t satisfied with was the location of the house. There aren’t many options nearby for spending time. Also, if you’re visiting during snowy weather, make sure to snow chains because you’ll need to drive up a steep hill to reach the house. If you don’t have a car, staying in a place like this might be challenging.but the rest was perfect.

The highlight for us was definitely the jacuzzi—it was the best way to relax after a day on the slopes, surrounded by nature and stunning scenery. The host was incredibly helpful and responsive, ensuring everything went smoothly.
