Great stay, house as described and consistent good communication. Very close to public beach and restaurants. It was nice enjoying the pool and rooftop to relax. Clean, had sufficient amenities, and loved Rincon and surrounding areas. Would recommend for a family or group.

Great place and a great area. Really enjoyed the home. If I’m in the area again, I would look to rent it again.

Excellent location and comfort And the facilities in good condition

We had an excellent week in Gabriel’s Airbnb. It is the perfect place for an extended family or group. We enjoyed it so much we ended up canceling some of our plans so we could stay in the back yard, playing basketball and enjoying the pool. Gabriel was extremely responsive and kind, the beds were comfortable and the Airbnb very well stocked. We had everything we needed for a perfect week in PR. We look forward to returning again soon!

The place was family friendly. We liked that you need the keys to lock the doors on the inside because my toddler kept trying to run to the pool. The house was close to everything you could need like,the ocean, a bakery and bars for the adults. We had a great stay.

Amazing place, quiet and peaceful very beautiful patio area. Place is in amazing condition, clean and smells super great! Stayed there for our first year anniversary and we would most definitely be staying again.

I definitely enjoyed my time at Mariely’s! The view was amazing and many good food spots right up the street! I would most definitely recommend coming here if in area! We did get woken up by rooster but not an issue for us as we are early birds lol (:

We loved it here. What a great find! The place with beautiful and cozy. I really like the layout – the open kitchen and living area makes it feel so spacious. They did a beautiful job decorating. It is one of those rare airbnbs that actually feels like a home. The bed was super comfortable and we had no problem working remotely here for a week. And the location! A few minute drive to Maria’s, which is a great surfing beach for beginner/intermediate surfers. The hosts gave me a ton of info on where to go/what to do and had a few surfboards/a roof rack on hand. Every morning before work, I walked up the road to a cute coffee shop and hung out in the backyard. We loved jogging around the area. Honestly, A+++++. Recommended.

We loved our stay at this Airbnb! The location cannot be beat - minutes to crash boat beach, delicious restaurants nearby, and a swimmable beach right in front with great snorkeling. The property was equipped with beach gear - an umbrella, chairs, and towels, which were perfect. The music at Rompeolas was loud into the night, but with earplugs in and the air conditioner on, we were able to sleep just fine. We saw David during our stay while he was tending to the property, and he checked in with us and asked if we needed anything. We appreciated seeing firsthand how dedicated he is to the property and renters. The sounds of the ocean waves were incredible and relaxing, and we can’t wait to plan our next trip back!

The host is very diligent and kind, the accommodation is clean and immaculate, good taste in decoration and an extremely large terrace. Very easy access to everything and close to almost everything. Excellent quiet place. I congratulate Rafael for maintaining a place that makes you feel at home.

We really enjoyed our stay at this clean, comfortable apartment just a short walk from the beach and close to the Econo grocery store and Lala’s Beach. The kitchen was well stocked for simple cooking. Great to have a dishwasher! The beds (both queens) were on the firm side, but we slept fine. The air conditioning worked great. Shower was hot with great water pressure and the tub was new. Everything was well-maintained and seemed pretty new. The lighting inside was great, so even though we didn’t open all the dark drapes or crank all the windows open every morning, it never felt dark inside. The best part of the place for us was the big covered patio in the backyard. We ate our breakfast there every morning and used it as a wonderful refuge during afternoon rainstorms. Hosts really seemed committed to taking good care of the place and seeing to our comfort. Would definitely stay again.

I’m going to start off with a list of regrets I have from booking this place 1) Not booking it for longer than 2 days 2) Not making it my only stay This place is PERFECT!! Awesome for a family of 4 (if 2 people share a bed),… You wake up- you see/hear the ocean. Private balcony. Shower outside to rinse off sand. Volley ball, Chairs, fishing pole, beach towels, cooler, ALL PROVIDED FOR YOU!! They really want to cater to their guests and it’s somewhere I’d definitely book again when I return. Great host and responsive. Never had any issues and felt safe.

We came here as a group of 3 (2 girls and 1 boy) for a post graduation trip and it was amazing. We loved the apartment that we had (#6) it was spacious enough for us to have a lil cooking party. The rooms were clean and cool. We really appreciated the ac units in each of the bedrooms as it got very hot and humid during the spring. Though I had initially thought the kitchen cooking utensils were slightly lacking, it did do the job for what we had planned to cook (pasta, toasts, eggs, etc.). We really loved the beachside restaurant’s view, food options (vegan options), and open roof deck. It was a great place to watch our first sunset at the property. The semi-private beach was our personal highlight of this stay. It was visited by the locals and other guests staying at nearby rentals but never felt overly crowded like the big beaches in San Juan feel at times. The property was located in a particularly safe area in which we could walk alongside the roads at night. Overall great stay.

The place is stunning and peaceful. The view is breathtaking and walking around the grounds you feel transported to a different place. The pool was a great amenity in the hot afternoons. David, the owner was very friendly and nice to chat with and has interesting stories of how the place came to be. What a great place to disconnect, relax and forget the world. Urban Jungle II is hands down one of the best Airbnb stays I’ve had in Puerto Rico! The location is unbeatable—right on the plaza, with amazing restaurants just steps away. Whether you're craving authentic local flavors or a trendy café vibe, everything is right at your fingertips. Beyond the prime location, the place itself has such a cool, laid-back vibe. It’s stylish, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, making it the perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring. And let’s talk about the water pressure—easily the best I’ve experienced on the island, with actual consistently hot water, which is a rarity in Puerto Rico Airbnbs. It was a game-changer! Jobos Beach is just a short drive away, making it easy to enjoy some of the best surfing and beach vibes in the area. Whether you're here for adventure or relaxation, this spot is a winner. Absolutely stunning location, could not be closer to the beach with a real local vibe. Waldo was excellent and extremely helpful to find parking and really made us feel like home. Had a wonderful stay, although the beds could use a major upgrade.

Great place in a quiet neighborhood. Very clean apartment and grounds are well maintained. Parking is convenient right out front and the apartment has everything you need to enjoy your stay.

I have been at Greg’s home prior. As usual, enjoyed our stay very much, so thankful for the details, amenities. We had everything we needed and MANY MANY extras. We Love this place, so close to beaches, great location. Would highly recommend and will surely come back.

The view was amazing and the patio was perfect!

We had an awesome stay. Dolores was very responsive and flexible. We had a great time. The PH was very cleaned, linens, bathrooms, floors, the outdoor area. We really enjoyed the evenings playing games and looking at the ocean. It was very relaxing.

Jen’s place has all you could hope for with a tropical destination while still affordable. We spent time in Aguadilla and Isabela and found we preferred the picturesque Jobos Beach (less than a mile) to Crash Boat. Jen’s place was as described with a lovely balcony with a pool and ocean view. While the beach at Haudimar is modest, the stargazing at night made it a perfect spot, and only steps from the property. We tend to prepare many meals, especially breakfast, so found the kitchen well-equipped. It was ample space for us, a couple, but the extra bath made it feel even more spacious. We enjoyed having the convenience of the food truck park and Gulf station at the entrance for an easy dinner and dessert (local popsicles). This was a great stay!

This is our second time staying at Rochelly’s place, we love it! The place is clean, close to the airport, crash boats, restaurants etc. See you soon :-)

Great place on the beach, walkable to Jobos beach along built walkway. Secure parking and apartment. Easy to get around from this location.
