Everything was great. Easy to find and to access, very comfortable apartment, and very warm for these winter days. Thank you Pablo, we will book again.

We had an excellent stay. Mayling’s apartment is in a very nice location, it was very clean and had the things listed. Mayling also went out of her way to get us a cot, even when we had to book very last minute. The apartment is a bit small for having a baby and stroller with you. It is located in a beautiful walkable neighborhood, which is great. Price wise it is on the high end - possibly due to our last minute booking.

Cozy place, well connected and friendly host!

We recently stayed in Madrid for four nights and had an amazing experience on our Airbnb. The property was exactly as described, clean and well equipped for all our needs. The location was perfect as our son lives a few meters from the apartment and our host was incredibly welcoming and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this property to anyone planning a trip to Madrid. Thanks again for the hospitality!

Nice place easy to get to Sol which is about 30 minute walk away

Wonderful abode, the perfect apartment and felt very secluded and quiet. Extremely comfortable and with everything I needed for a long stay. The location was ideal, close to everything and train and bus access. Highly recommend and will definitely be returning.

The place is so nice and cozy. The location is near by a lot of attractions, restaurants and shopping stores. The communication with the host was pleasant , they greeted us and make sure that we have our needs . I highly recommend the place and definitely will be my destination for future visits to Madrid!

We loved staying here. very spacious, updated a d nice inside. The Chueca neoghborhood was also incredibly convenient and so much fun. The only thing to consider is that this is an interior unit which does not really have and daylight or street exposure from the windows. If you can get past that (,and we did easily based on all else being great) then I totally recommend staying here

Otima experience! The sponsorships for the house are very attentive and super available to help. The house is in great condition, fully equipped and remodeled. The locaclizao is perfect for those who want to be near the center and be able to go on foot anywhere with very good restaurants nearby I recommend it!!

I cannot say enough about our stay here! It was FABULOUS! We stayed in another neighborhood that was listed as “safe and quiet”, and I got mugged and robbed with my 3 year old, and the host never even replied! We left that rental and came to Marta’s, and the area was polar opposite. Beautiful, safe, clean, friendly, amazing architecture. Walkable to literally everything, even with 3 little kids. The apartment is large, open, and airy, with a large kitchen and living room (rare!) and really great hot water pressure… for those who enjoy long shower, it’s a huge plus. The beds were comfortable, and there was lots of sitting/lounging area with the 2 comfy couches in the living room. They had a pack and play with a nice mattress set up for us when we arrived, and there were plenty of towels, bedding, extra blankets, etc. Well-equipped kitchen, we cooked multiple times there. Everything was super clean, communication was on-point, and we will 100% be back when we return to Madrid.

This gem is a great place in the historic center part of Madrid with great neighborhood and full furniture inside. Ammar was a great host with a lot of patience for us. It was our first time in Madrid and we arrived on Dec 30th. So, Ammar went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed. We also tried some of Ammar’s local recommendations and they turned out great. We wish we had more time to embrace all his recommendations and explore the beautiful Madrid. We highly recommend this place and looking forward to staying there again soon.

Andre's place was just perfect for us, a family of 9 with 2 children. the apartment was spotless clean and had everything, felt just at home. Comfy and clean beds. A kitchen fitted with everything we needed to cook meals but we also were spoilt for choices in this neighbourhood which included many restaurants and cafes, suitable for us. Central location and walkable to all places of interest in the city centre. Andre was responsive, check in with Heidy was super easy. She was prompt and gave clear instructions for the apartment and parking. Wifi was good, important for the teenagers. Overall a great stay! Would definitely recommend for families. Thank you Andre and Heidy for making our stay so comfy.

The apartment is all that is needed. It is extremely quiet, the photos don't do it justice as it is much bigger. Comfortable bed, full bathroom and the location is perfect. Many restaurants around, two metro stations nearby and is a walking distance from downtown Madrid. We look forward to staying here in the future. Felix a 10 out of 10 host. Totally recommended.

Wonderful duplex away from the madness of downtown ideal for enjoying with friends, I definitely recommend it.

This is a lovely apartment with a great balcony in one of the most interesting areas of Madrid. Many steps up, so make sure you don’t mind! (I don’t.) Maria y Ana and Pito were very welcoming. Great place!

Raquel & Noelia's place was absolutely wonderful and perfect for the 2 of us. The flat was very easy to find and Raquel was in constant communication to make our visit to Madrid a memorable one. We received detailed and exact instructions for finding he flat, getting they keys and accessing the amenities. During our stay, both Raquel and Noelia stayed in touch to make sure everything was good with the flat and if we needed any help or information about exploring Madrid. The flat is on a very quiet walking street but very close to bars, restaurants, grocery stores and tourist sights and activities. The location is walkable to everything but also very close to 4 Metro stations that get you around the city quickly if you choose not to walk. It is very easy to access the Metro t the 3 big train stations. The flat was exactly as described and pictured. Great shower with plenty of hot water, a nice and serviceable kitchen and a comfortable sitting area. Raquel and Noelia are 5 STAR!!

Got 24hr bus from airport to Atocha station, (5 euros per person) then a 10minute walk to apartment. The apartment was spacious and clean. 10min walk to El Retiro park and close to Plaza de Mayor and all the shops. Metro outside which is easy to use. Marta was very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend.
