Clean and comfortable accommodation. The location was good to get around to the city or Batu. Water pressure in the shower was great with water heater. All in all it was good as advertised. Value for money specifically for large group of family.

Nice, comfortable, and recommended

We stayed with our family at Villa Samawa's when on vacation to Malang. The condition of the house is very clean, neat, the surrounding environment is supportive for rest and most importantly the location is very close to tourist attractions. Ibu Siti, the villa staff were very communicative and responded quickly when contacted. My family and I highly recommend Villa Samawa's for those looking for a holiday to Malang. Five stars rating for Villa Samawa's.

I have been in many AirBnB around the world, but this is my first time in AirBnB in Indonesia. Overall the place are ok, clean, have amenities, complete kitchen stuff for cooking. All places we stayed before always provide toilet paper, towels, and kitchen towel to wipe the plates and utensil, but those things we could not find in this AirBnB. It would be great if the host prepare those for guests because its very basic that everyone need it. The host prepare bread and coffee which are very nice and he is very communicative also which its a big help to get easy check in. The villa contact person Mr. Budi also super nice and very helpful.

Fresh & cool. The place is clean,it looks like it's just renovated Next to Jatim Park, it looks like rollercoasters and songs. Fun!!! Highlight: Swimming pool The clearest, fresh and clean I've ever met. Success always yes

quiet place, close to the stone market, easy to find places to eat and near BNS-Jatim Park recreation. If you want to cook you can also have cooking utensils, rice cooker, you can also burn corn.. it's as comfortable as living in your own home.

we booked last minute due to a cancellation and we ate so glad it worked out the way it did. we absolutely loved our stay at this place and stayed for 6 days. Due to the residential location with security at the main gate we felt extremely safe and at home. You are only a short drive from batu and malang making it ideal to explore alot of the area, and also the many hike options available. The karaoke and pool were a fantast8c addition, offering fun and rest after a hot day exploring. the host was extremely attentive and answered any questions we had, including advice on local hikes. we would definitely stay again and miss this place already!

nice villa with beautiful surroundings and scenery. homey and family vibes villa. the family room are big with sofa and carpets provided, so you can gather with 10+ people there to chit chat or playing games. kitchen utensils are quite complete you can cook by yourself. there is no TV here so you can't do karaoke or watching movies, but you can bring your own laptop and speaker. there is wifi connection provided here, but sometimes the internet speed is not stable. in the midnight the electricity power for the bedrooms is disconnected, no problem because we were going to sleep anyway. the villa staff (pak Sukar) is also helpful and kind to us. overall good experience, but some detail needs to be improved : 1. the bathroom door lock is stucked 2. the carpet and sofa quite dusty, need to be vacuumed. 3. the gas-powered water heater worked once, but then it didn't work for the whole day until check out. maybe upgrading into an electric water heater might be a solution

I would give Sama house a six star if I could to Hanif’s beautiful villa. There were lots of seating areas inside the house and live plants with big openable windows. I was not surprised when Hanif mentioned that he is an interior designer as most corners of the home were aesthetic. There were wall plugs and small tables next to the chairs in front of the bedrooms making it a cozy spot when you want to spend some guiltless browsing on your phone. Being such a passionate host, every little detail was thought of including the lemongrass scent inside the home which makes you feel like you have entered a spa resort. The bathtub in my bedroom and the bedroom upstairs was so indulgent. I had a nice soak with frangipani bubble bath and salt. There were multiple clothes hangers inside the bathrooms which usually gets amiss in some airbnb homes I have been to. The rooftop made enjoying Batu’s cool fresh air and good conversations at an easy reach. Remarkable and thank you Hanif for ur effort!

good according to the picture, the strategic place is easy to go anywhere,there is a mushola n mukenah,so it's hard to bring it from rmh..next time insyaallah ksini again
