The place is so peaceful that you can forgot about your phone and your wrong though in your head.

This was our fourth stay here, and it was perfect as always! The apartment was spotless, with fresh towels, clean linens, and a well-equipped kitchen, including spices and essentials. Communication was excellent—Vencho’s sons, Ivan and Anton, speak great English and respond quickly. Vencho himself is very warm and welcoming. The apartment is spacious, cozy, and well-heated, even at -15°C. The beds are very comfortable, and there’s a TV and entertainment system. The location is great—30 minutes from the ski resort and close to hot springs and restaurants (though not within walking distance). One of the best parts is the quiet surroundings and the stunning night sky with no light pollution. Vencho no longer offers breakfast, but with the fully equipped kitchen, we easily cooked for ourselves. Highly recommended—we’ll be back!

The place is breathtaking and Jose is a really sweet guy and has done lot's to the place. I must say it needs a bit of preparation on your end to make your stay a bit more comfortable but all in all it has all the basic needs covered. Few things I want to add - due to the nature of the place it can get a bit dusty so prep yourself with a nose spray. If you go with dogs, beware there are farm dogs lingering. They are super cute towards people but I'd keep my dog inside when they visit. Luckily that's for like a few mins at night. All in all, loved our stay there. It's great to be in nature, connect to the world and disconnect from your phone. There's many things you can do or just chill with a beer under the sun. Get yourself an SPF of like 50, my nose is so red now because of the sun haha. Love it, would def recommended!

We were very happy with the visit. My girlfriend has health problems and we needed a quiet and peaceful place for her to relax. Nuala's place fits this description. It is situated in an unfinished golf resort in the middle between Kostenets and Dolna Banya. There are beautiful views towards the mountain. During the week there was almost no one else in the resort and so we could see all kinds of birds around us by just looking through the windows - including pheasants, hawks and owls. Overall we had a pleasant stay and would be happy to visit again

My stay was a delightful. The tranquility of the location was absolutely perfect, offering a peaceful retreat from the daily grind. The coziness of the villa made the stay even more enjoyable. The warm, inviting interior with comfortable furnishings made me feel right at home. The cleanliness of the place was impeccable. Overall, my time was wonderfully relaxing and refreshing. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, clean, and cozy getaway.

Very good choice I highly recommend it if you want to go skiing it was worth the money. The host is very kind !

We've been at Vencho's house 3-4 times now, only this time we took the other appartament. We love staying there because of the crystal clean air, nice views of the Rila mountain and the hosts who are really hospitable. If you are looking for a quiet breakaway from the city with a working fireplace and a nice terrace, this is the place. It is cosy and clean with all amenities you will need. We absolutely love it.

Brilliant apartment with amazing facilities. Really close to everything in town and an amazingly stunning location. 10/10 stay would highly recommend!!
