Vacation home rentals in Majorca

The 2nd floor apartment of the house is one of four apartments, all rented by Muriel. Typical of narrow houses in downtown hardly any direct sunlight falls in, which is certainly very convenient for heat regulation in high summer. For my/our needs, the apartment was perfect with everything you need. The location & coziness have made up for a few small things that can be called requirements/standard wishes. Yes, it is loud & eavesdropping, but you are in the middle of the city. Yes, there is this skylight above the bed, but with Ohropax & sleeping mask absolutely problem. Yes, there is no big closet, but it would take up space as well. We arranged differently & simply adapted the apartment for us. It was all absolutely clean & I really prefer that a thousand times better than a fully equipped kitchen as I have at home. I am visiting & going on vacation & this succeeded in the apartment. I'll be back again!

We felt super comfortable, in the beginning we did not get into the apartment because there was a mistake but even at night a solution was found in minutes! We will be happy to come back :)

Perfect apartment in the center, 10 minutes from the cathedral and the bus station. Be careful, the stairs to get to the 4th are difficult.

We had a great time at Jaume's house. It is very quiet and you can relax very well. The accommodation is clean and offers everything you need, the kitchen is also very well equipped. We walked 13 minutes to the coast from where we had a very good view. Jaume was very easy to reach and he came directly when we had a problem. All in all it was a very nice stay.😊👍🏽

I can recommend the accommodation 100%. It was totally spotless and everything was perfect. The whole time I felt like home and i was really sad to leave this wonderful place.

We were even able to enter the apartment before the specified check-in time. In advance, there was helpful information from Muriel about the apartment and on request additional kitchen utensils were provided to us. The apartment is central and easily accessible, ideal for a Malta City trip.

Very well arranged old house on the outskirts of the village. Gori was very attentive to us and made everything very easy.

Fantastic, very quiet and spacious finca! Very high-quality and well-maintained amenities - the highlight is the private, large and very clean swimming pool as well as the outdoor kitchen with barbecue and pizza oven. In the pool area there are many lounging options and quiet, shaded and lovingly decorated seating areas. The daily sports program thanks to its own tennis and football field was also not neglected! Iris and Guido were very warm and friendly hosts - we had really great days at the finca and would highly recommend the accommodation at any time! ☀️

We stayed in the apartment for a week and everything worked out wonderfully. From communication before check-in, check-in itself, to check-out. The exchange with Monica was very warm and there are many, well selected and useful info in advance. Our expectations were exceeded and we are always happy to come back to "el nido" 😊

Very nice, spacious and clean house with room for 8+ guests. Top equipment with good modern furniture, air conditioning in all bedrooms. The pool was clean and large. Spacious terraces with outdoor grill. A bit disruptive is the low-traffic road that runs along the back of the house. The host Raquel is very friendly and always helpful and responds to requests immediately.

Nice place to stay in quiet and relaxed location. The pool was a dream and our point of contact was very helpful and gave us great tips for shopping/ bathing and restaurants.

We cannot praise this lovely apartment enough and have had a fantastic holiday here. The beds are extremely comfortable, the apartment spacious with all amenities required including an excellently stocked kitchen. The outside kitchen space is private and great for dining. The location cannot be beaten, just a few steps from the beach and extremely handy for nearby restaurants and cafes (huge recommendation for the Torre Playa restaurant). What an amazing find and we hope to return in the future. Thanks to Tom for his communication and recommendations.

Great location to the beach. Quiet side street. Great contact, quick and helpful. Ideal for cycling vacationers. Plenty of space on the sun terrace. Restaurant Tips: Dos Pins 😋 and Croason Lidl and Eroski are close by

Laura has great response times and was super friendly and also very flexible with check-in. Angeline, the lady on site who hands over the house was great! In advance, we received an email with tips for the area, the location and directions and felt well informed. The handover was very personal and extremely professional. The house is very cozy and we felt totally comfortable. Glad to come back!

The Villa was perfect for our needs (7 adults) with all the amenties you would expect including a great pool at the rear, which is actually bigger than the pictures would suggest. The location was excellent, peaceful and quiet but within 15 minutes walk of Pollenca town centre where there are numerous good restaurants to suit all tastes. The buses at the end of the road (2 minute walk) took you Soller, Puerto Pollenca and Palma and are resonably priced should you not wish to drive. Defintely recommend the bus to Soller over the mountains - great views. Overall, great Villa, great pool, great location and Josefa was very responsive to our questions - would highly recommend.
