Beautiful very large apartment. It was quiet, I finally found an apartment with no street noise. No early morning car horns etc!. There are multiple a.c. Units that are very strong. Multiple balconies if you enjoy sitting outside. They are on different sides of the building if you wish to escape the sun. Fantastic location for gyms, restaurants, or shopping. I highly recommend this apartment.

Excellent place to stay in Barranquilla, very safe area with everything you need around like markets, pharmacy, restaurants, a large mall… the appartment has everything I needed for my stay! I’ll be back!

Francisco and Sebastian were very attentive and the communication is quick, easy and smooth. The washing machine did not work, but they very kindly helped us by washing our clothes and leaving it in the building lobby. The apartment is centrally located 5 minutes from Viva Centro Comercial. The only downside is that some kitchenware is missing like cups, some extra frying pan, and deep dishes. The bed is spacious and very comfortable and views are very nice. The building has a 24-hour doorman and a pool.

Very cozy and recommended. A good location, central to all things touristy in the city. The general services and porteria people were very friendly and the host too.

Great host to deal with, sadly I could not stay

beautiful home with a large patio, beds are all very comfortable, A/C works great, washer and dryer work great, plenty of fans throughout the home. rooms are spacious with plenty of seating in the common areas. The house is located 1 block from Olympica, a couple tiendas, and drug stores which is really convenient, the address is easy for ubers and delivery to find. surrounding neighborhood is really nice. check-in and check-out was easy and smooth, and the host was really nice and had some great advice on the local area. I would stay here again or recommend to family and friends.

It was very spot on and just like the pictures, the place was tidy and nice, very safe and felt like home. Would definetly recommend to anyone looking to stay on this side of Barranquilla.

This is a hidden gem! Peaceful paradise overlooking the ocean. Great place to connect with nature, family and friends.

The whole house is very nice , everything is very organized and a very good location

The place is perfect, the house has an unparalleled view, the tranquility, the security it transmits, it is wonderful, the area is very nice, there are no vendors On the beach, there are not many people, there is not much noise, the only one we wanted to hear... the sound of the sea... Definitely a place to return, Nancy and Rafael, they are very attentive, ready to help in whatever is needed. Super recommended.

The room although small was very comfortable and cooled fast when using the air conditioning which is greatly appreciated. The mattress of the bed too soft for my taste. Diana's kindness and disposition 100 of 100.

Nice location! We enjoyed our stay there. Mario and his father are great hosts who gave us good recommendations for the area, and responded always very quickly and friendly. The place is calm and only a few meters to walk to the beach. The beach is clean and comparably quiet. You can eat at small restaurants at the beach or take a InDrive to the town center where you can find some restaurants and a supermarket. Only downside is that the beach restaurants close at about 6pm, but you can ask Mario for contacts of local restaurants who deleliver food. The apartment had a kitchen with minimal equipment and some spices, which was totally fine for our needs. It's also nice that you can smoke everywhere. The rest of the equipment was as described. The bad review about the aggressive dogs can't be confimed, but if you are afraid of dogs i think Mario will keep them away while your there. The surfaces in bath and kitchen could be cleaner but totally within range. We will visit again sometime!

The apartment is cozy and the hosts even more. Thank you to Marta u Francisco for your hospitality and for making me feel right at home. The environment is very quiet and the room has a great view of the city, it is fresh, spacious and very well cared for.
