We had a great stay! If you don't want to stay in the center of Mendoza and you're with a car, it's the best option! Quiet, sure, everything is as in the photos, we had a great time. The house is located within a private neighborhood being safe. It is located near wineries and several tourist spots. Near the house there is pharmacy, coffee, mini supermarket, everything very quiet and cute, ideal for relaxing. We recommend. Silvia is very kind, she gave us several recommendations. We had a nice long stay here. The host's parents live next door and are lovely people. The space had lots of room and it was great to have access to the rooftop grill as well. It was very cold during our stay, but warm enough inside with multiple space heaters and an AC unit. There were kitchen utensils missing but the hosts replaced them on request. They offered us cleaning (we did our own) and changes for the towels and sheets. The washing machine listed in the space was not working so they took care of that for us as well. The main negative with our stay was with noise. The street is near an intersection with a street that can be quite noisy in the main room. Luckily you can't hear it from the bedroom, but sometimes you can feel it! Also, the AC unit for the space next door (same hosts) can be heard clearly in the main bedroom. We made a point of asking about noise before booking and were told it was non-existent — maybe out of the host's control, but disappointing to not say so.

Amazing stay! Mauricio was always available and very attentive. He supported us in everything. The house is a luxury! Complete, good location and very comfortable. Highly recommended!

The accommodation was in excellent clean condition, in a quiet area and with a well-stocked supermarket one block away. Although it was far from the center, it was easy to get there in a few minutes. The facilities were comfortable and safe, with an ideal space for 7 people or more, and had parking. In addition, the service was very hospitable, always attentive to our needs. Without a doubt, it was a very pleasant experience and recommended for those looking for comfort and tranquility.

The house is nice and comfortable for 6 people with a nice patio, a nice view, in a quiet area and close to several tourist places. The host José was always very attentive and responded to our questions and needs, we enjoyed the complimentary wines and chocolates they left us, thank you :) !!

Beautiful 2 bedroom villa in a very private neighborhood. The security to enter and leave the neighborhood makes the place very safe. There are also security people patrolling the neighborhood. The view from the balcony is also incredible and the location of the house is great. Situated very close to the highway. The host is also very responsive and will reply almost instantly to messages! The only 2 minor negative points are : - no AC in the living room, which can turn very hot during summertime ( the host provided us with a fan as soon as we asked ) - there is no privacy when you are in the pool of the house as there is no fence, so people from outside can see you

What to say about this perfect house and Belen. Every time I go back to mendoza I will not hesitate for a second to choose to stay there again. It is beautiful comfortable safe. And belen is more than attentive and loving. Really from the best experiences. Thank you Belen for everything!

It is a very comfortable accommodation, easy to get to and in a very quiet area. Hugo is a great host and was kind at all times when welcoming us. 100% recommended
