Very well located apartment, well arranged. Parking lot in the courtyard of the building. Nearby train station to access Paris. We had a very good family stay.

We had a great time in Chartres with Marie who very kindly welcomed us with small touches. We loved it. Murielle is a super friendly and proactive host. Apartment easy access. The apartment is very nice. I was very happy to be on the ground floor with my two suitcases. The WiFi works perfectly, the TV too. all the necessary amenities too. No facing the bedroom window which is really nice. I really recommend it.

Fabien's apartment is just perfect! It is easy to access thanks to the instructions and recommendations that Fabien gave us, both for the accommodation and the nearby parking spaces, free or for a fee. Very well appointed, comfortable and clean, it is located 2 steps from the historic center. Really ideal, we highly recommend it.

While traveling for work, the location allowed the team to recharge after sometimes complicated days. The volumes of the rooms allowed them to have enough privacy not to be together 24 hours a day. Claire was attentive asking us if everything was okay, if we were missing anything ... In short, a treat. The whole team joins me in recommending this accommodation.

Perfect place for a peaceful weekend with friends! Lots of sleeping and space to make everyone comfortable, the bathtub and hot tub are really the plus things that make the stay even more enjoyable. A well-equipped and very functional kitchen. Home automation management is much appreciated. Finally, hosts are very responsive to requests!

We had a great time. I was there with my mother, my sisters and their children, and we all loved it. The house is charming and well kept. The pool has been a big plus, for young and old. The place offers a lot of privacy and calm, perfect for relaxing. Elise is a super host, responsive and caring. We highly recommend her place for a peaceful and pleasant getaway.

The house is amazing: there is space, in the countryside, very nice. On the other hand, for the reservation, we had to book the trip by "lack of reviews" (so a new entry on the app will not be able to book) and a cleaning note of 4/5 "does not inspire confidence", but a cleaning fee is included in the price of the reservation. The discussion with the owners was harsh, despite our efforts of politeness and in the house, piles of posters tell you what you are not allowed to do, like “wash your hands before touching the board games”. No serious so, but quite infantilizing. Self check-in with a lockbox, but you still have to call the owners upon arrival to get the code. Based on previous reviews and the feedback from the owners, this treatment should only be reserved for people of our age. So if you're over 30, I recommend this reservation!

Lovely flat in calm and good location. It’s actually nicer in real life than in the pictures :) Camille was super friendly and flexible with check-in/out. Would definitely recommend you to stay here!

We came to Chartres to spend a weekend. The accommodation is near the train station, a 10-minute walk from the city center which is very convenient. Hosts are gracious and responsive. Place matches photos and description. We parked our car very close. I recommend it:)
