I am giving 5 stars for this Airbnb, it’s beautiful, host is very responsive, surroundings are breathtaking and location is also great. There are couple of issues which I hope host address before next arrival: water in all bathrooms was dirty, like dark yellow. I understand it’s a new property and these issues can happen but host should have verified whether bathrooms are in a state to be used or not. Second issue is there are lot of stairs to use to access the property . Listing description doesn’t say that. Host should edit the listing description to mention it so that people who cannot use stairs doesn’t chooses this Airbnb

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this property in bhimtal, and it was a truly amazing experience. The property is perfectly located, offering breathtaking views of the lake and surroundings, which added great value to our trip. The staff was extremely courteous, especially Mr Gaurav Negi, and he was attentive to our needs all the time even at 11 pm, we felt comfortable throughout our stay. The rooms were well-maintained, spacious, and equipped with all amenities, making it a perfect blend. Food quality was great too. Overall, Gaurav provided us with a memorable stay in Nainital. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for all in one.

Brilliant space to stay near Nainital. Located right in the centre with a lot of touristic attractions just a little drive away. Come in for good views & wonderful hospitality. Was wonderful staying there. Nature around is perfect balance for travellers of all age groups. One of the best homestays near Nainital. What a beautiful property, it is surrounded by hills. The valley view from terrace is just breathtaking. Thanks for the wonderful time!

This property is worth visiting again and again because of its splendid situation, captivating panoramic views, spic and span property, kitchen fully equipped, rooms tallied cent percent what was shown in the pictures. Host was proactive and evinced the feeling as if I was his own guest. Visiting this property is like visiting a place of your choice. Serene and tranquil surroundings, salubrious with unfathomable presence of Mother Nature.

I along with office colleagues recently stayed at this villa, and it was nothing short of incredible! The homestay itself is a perfect blend of comfort and charm. The rooms were tastefully decorated, and equipped with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. I particularly loved Outdoor dining area and it's ceiling decoration with lights, also the backside lawn has a great view of hills. What truly sets this homestay apart are the experiences they offer. The hosts went out of their way to ensure each activity was well-organized and enjoyable. The food was another highlight of my stay. Each meal was a feast of local flavors, prepared with fresh, organic ingredients. I especially loved Butter Chicken all thanks chef Kundan and support Satpal. The location is ideal for anyone looking to disconnect from the hustle of city life. Surrounded by hills, it provides a serene and rejuvenating environment.

Waking up to breathtaking mountain views was one of the highlights of my stay. The hospitality was top-notch, with the hosts being incredibly warm, accommodating, and always ready to assist with anything needed. The home-cooked meals were delicious and made with fresh, local ingredients, giving us a real taste of the region’s cuisine. Whether you’re looking for a quiet escape from the city or a base to explore the beauty of Nainital, this BnB is an excellent choice.

This place is kid friendly, with lot of games and story books available. Food was great, whatever we asked to our caretaker ganesh to prepare, he would start preparing well in advance. There are two caretakers ganesh and the other one, a big shout out to both of them. If you are photogenic, then this place is for you. Overall a lovely experience and I have already recommended this stay to my relatives as well. Thankyou Sundays Forever for the lovely experience.

The Place is well located at a place is away from city hustle/crowded place. Perfect place for leisure and family getaway. The host Siddharth is absolutely an amazing person to interact during the stay and telling endless stories. The house is so beautifully made where you spend lots of time instead of going out and explore other things. Place is easy to reach/locate and worth of staying for 2-3 Nights. Best Wishes...!

We were looking for a place away from crowd, and this property was a perfect place. The views were breathtaking. Every bedroom had a balcony and a separate closet space. The living room was beautiful with ample space to chill. Outside of the living room, there was a huge balcony which again was beautiful with lots of plants, and space to sit and enjoy the view. Parking was available right outside the property. Yogesh, the caretaker, was really nice and helpful to us. He was just a call away whenever needed, and made sure that we felt comfortable. Madalsa, the owner, was really sweet and kept in touch to ensure that we have everything that we needed.

The property was exactly as described on the website, matching the images perfectly. It was spotlessly clean and well-maintained. Host Ravi was incredibly welcoming, and caretaker Naveen was very responsive and helpful. This place offers a peaceful and serene environment, making it a perfect recommendation for friends and family. Thank you for the excellent hospitality."

From the moment I arrived, Sushil's warm and welcoming nature made me feel right at home. His hospitality and attention to detail truly set the tone for an exceptional stay. Sushil was always available to answer questions, offer helpful suggestions, and ensure that my comfort and enjoyment were prioritized throughout my visit. The property's location was nothing short of breathtaking, surrounded by trees, property provided a serene view from the balcony. The amenities provided were as per the listing. From the comfortable beds to the well-equipped kitchen, every aspect of the accommodation was thoughtfully arranged. Thanks for making my vacation memorable!

This was a much awaited postpartum getaway that absolutely met our wishes. Thank you so much Mr. Pande for we got it touch and experienced the stay at your humble bnb! Mr. Pande has been proactive and always responsive for all the queries and resolved the issues at most. We are neighbours living in the same sector in Noida but Airbnb got us to acquaintance each other to exchange a few laughs on how small the world is. Spotless cleaning and always there to help Chandan also took really good care of us. The surroundings are amazing, we all work up to the sound of birds and people working on their feel, it was such a delight to be back and connect with nature again. The drive to this place is smooth however there are few sharp bends to reach the location, but once you are here you have all that you need. Once again, thank you much Mr. Pande for everything. ☺️

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful Airbnb in Khurpatal and it was an unforgettable experience for me and my parents . This place is perfect for those who want peace and calm. Property is amazing, with every possible amenities. Kitchen was well-equipped. Cozy living space. Lovely outdoor area, with beautiful flowers. View is breathtaking, area is secure, you can walk outside the condo and enjoy the serene landscape. Overall it’s perfect spot for relaxation and rejuvenation. Hosts were amazing, gave me all the necessary information and were available for any requests. Wifi is not available, however mobile network works fine. Not many restaurants around, however it’s just 20 mins drive to Nainital. It was a memorable stay, would love to return soon. Highly recommended.
