Super helpful host, very quiet location five minutes from the old town

The apartment is in a perfect location, close to all the main attractions of Rome. We hardly used public transport since everything was within walking distance. The area is bustling with good restaurants, great bakeries next door and a small supermarket nearby. The apartment is spacious enough, we were 2 adults and 2 children and it was perfect, two toilets and one bathroom. You just have to take into account that there are 3 floors to go up with luggages, however we knew this in advance so it was not an issue for us. One thing I will mention is that the central heating was shut down from April 7th by the municipality and therefore did not work, it bothered us a bit because we were a bit chilly at night so I would recommend adding blankets for the transitional seasons. It was not freezing but not warm enough. Overall, the communication with Filemona was smooth and good, the apartment was clean, with everything needed and we recommend this place.

What can I say about Salvatore's home... A lot! It was an absolute perfect place for the 6 of us. Very roomy, comfy beds, hot water, clean, organized, friendly neighbors, great restaurants everywhere close by to the apartment. It was everything we needed and wanted! This is our second time in Rome, and we will be back as many times as we can, and stay in Salvatore's home! You will be very pleased! Trust me! We had a lovely stay in Bolsena. The house is in a great location with excellent views from the multiple balconies and roof terrace. It was very clean and check-in/check-out experience was very simple. Communication with Oystein was very good and plenty of useful information provided. Would highly recommend staying here!

We had a pleasant stay in Rome, the apartment is super well located close to the train station and metro, close to the city center. Well-equipped apartment, with very special attention, tiramisu on arrival! Thanks Marco, super host and very attentive and responsive. Recommended

We stayed at the property for 8 days at the end of September. Federica, the location, the house, the complex around the house were unique and very nice! We felt very comfortable from the first day. A supermarket and several restaurants can be reached easily by car. Frederica is a great hostess and she and her husband quickly solved problems. We had brief problems with the toilet flush, hot water supply and heating - all issues were resolved promptly. Near the property is the train station Orte, from there a train runs several times to Rome, which I can only recommend. Cheap, on time (not like DB) and Rome is a blast! Accommodation is recommended and we would book again if we find ourselves in the region again.

We had a wonderful 4night stay with our 2 children and their grandparents. Less than 10minutes walk to the Vatican. Lots of small coffee shops for breakfast and authentic restaurants for dinner in nearby street. Apartment was just as described and hosts were super supportive for check-in outside of hours. Airport taxis was easier for our family mix and took about 35minutes. No 63/64 bus stop around the corner was easy transport to main sights if not up to longer walking. Highly recommend this stay.

We had a good stay here. Easy to find and not too far away from the centre at all (about 30min walk from the Colosseum) Lots of local bus services easy to access too. Nice big space in the flat which was great. The flat is a basement flat but does have windows and shutters to let some light in. Great place to say for a exploring city break
