Loved the house. The pool and decking area especially. Great location. Quite cul de sac and 2 mins to shops, bakery etc. 5 mins on a bike to the beach. Would definitely stay here again

Philippe‘s house had everything you need for a peaceful and cozy vacation. The properties is beautiful and private. The house is well equipped with everything you need. We could have stayed a month. Philippe is very responsive although there wasn’t much that we needed. The amenities, the vibe, location, the energy of the house is just awesome! We will be back!

We are delighted with our stay at Julien's! In addition to being functional, the house allows everyone to have their privacy, with rooms sufficiently far from each other arranged around the living room, very pleasant, bright and nicely furnished / decorated. The place is very quiet, the only "noise" heard was that of the ocean, behind the pine forest that borders the back of the property, a real happiness! Julien is responsive and available for any necessary information. We wish we could have stayed longer!

We had a lovely two days at Sandie and Pascal's. The space was spotless and matched the photos. We arrived a little late, but this was not a problem for the hosts who received us pleasantly. The accommodation is in a quiet and peaceful environment. A little extra for the pool which is heated and allowed us to swim even in the rain. We look forward to coming back next summer, but this time for a longer period. Thank you very much for your pleasant stay.

It's a different house to the ones we've been but it's very nice and it's a quiet area. The pool is very clean, we had access to the barbecue and the house had everything you need. The owner is very attentive and responds very quickly. We really liked it and it is highly recommended if you are going to spend a few days.

Cecile and her brother Patrice are very welcoming, friendly and available The house is a haven of peace, quiet surrounded by greenery... We were also able to enjoy the seasonal fruits (grapes, figs and kiwi) from the garden . We are saving this address for a future visit to the Béarn! And we highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to discover or rediscover this beautiful area .

Great stay with family. The house is spacious, welcoming, original and tastefully furnished. Everything was perfect. The weather was on the way out and we were able to enjoy the terrace and garden for lunch. Really a special place that I recommend.

Clean and well-equipped accommodation. Shops and train station within walking distance. It's only a 10-minute bike ride to the beach.

Location is very quiet, the house is very nicely renovated except for a bathroom. Plenty of space. Separate toilets. Electrical installation not professional. Attention for young children. But it didn't bother us. Bed linen and towels are quite expensive compared to other houses. It's best to bring your own. Final cleaning is also required separately. Unfortunately, we had missed it and had to clean completely to leave. Also, we had to hand it over cleaner than we had taken over. The discussions can be saved by booking the final cleaning. Basically, we felt very comfortable in the house.

Rental for the weekend of November 11: 7 adults and 2 children. House very functional and very well-equipped. It's lovely. We feel very nice there. The 7 and 5 year old girls loved playing with the games at home. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms including 1 with a 140 bed and a heater, 1 bathroom with bath and a huge closet, a separate toilet and a mezzanine area that makes room for games and could have accommodated 2 more guests. On the ground floor: 2 bedrooms with shower room and toilet. Perfect. For the stairs, there is a gate for young children. That's great. Anyway, great stay

Excellent stay with girlfriends in Seignosse's beautiful house, ideally located in this very beautiful region! The house is very well arranged and the garden very nice. Bruno and Sylvie are super friendly and were very available to help us if needed. We will come back and recommend 100%.

We spent 2 nights in the house for 4 adults + 2 year old, everything was fine. Great location for biking and hiking. Quiet accommodation, lulled by the noise of the sea, clean and perfectly functional accommodation. We would definitely recommend this listing for a stay in Vieux-Boucau!

We had a fantastic holiday at Karyn’s house, the house and garden were perfect for us, clean, modern and simple inside the. The air con was welcome for a few days as was the nice terrace for the rest. Great location for cycling to local towns and beaches, which are amazing surf locations. Karyn was the perfect host, extremely welcoming, informative and friendly. We had a few challenges with our car/bikes during our holiday and she was so supportive and caring with this which made it all so much easier for us. Would love to return and would highly recommend!! House as described, very nice and well located. Quentin and Angélique are responsive and extremely accommodating hosts regarding check-in and check-out times. A perfect stay, I recommend it without hesitation!

The house is very nice and cozy has everything you need and you feel at home. It is glued to the shopping area and soorts restaurants but in a very quiet neighborhood 10 min drive from the beach. We really enjoyed it.
