The stay was very good, the house is comfortable and super spacious. The beds were super spacious and comfortable. It has very good heating and the location is super central close to the franca area and supermarkets, I recommend it 100%

Patricia and Hector were extremely kind hosts and their home is beautiful. We loved the generosity of breakfast included and also the chance to have conversations together during breakfast. The house is very close to the waterfront and this was wonderful with incredible sunsets and view.

Very nice stay with incredibly sweet, welcoming people. We will definitely come back! Small detail, the bathroom has been recently renovated (different from the pictures), beautiful and clean!

Everything was excellent. Maria Ximena very attentive was waiting for us when we arrived and explained everything we needed to know about the house. The very cozy and familiar place. Honestly, it's highly recommended. Surely we will come back the next time we visit Punta Arenas.

Carlos’ place was a perfect fit! It allowed me to walk each day to different restaurants and city sights. Carlos was a joyful host, extremely helpful, responsive and respectful. He left out breakfast for guests which started every day just right. The room I stay in (room 6) was so comfortable! Shower was warm and the bed was comfy. Would definitely recommend!! Carlos and his home are both charming :)

Nice and comfortable place, close to downtown

This place is not just any hostel, it is a HOME. The days I spent here, I will remember them as a great retreat from the world, in the current condition, where I was able to rest easy and work peacefully. Lillian and her husband are wonderful, off the beaten track. It was a real pleasure to meet them and be able to share their family environment. Thank you very much. I'll definitely be back. Such a great location steps away from the waterfront, great coffee shops and restaurants. The room matched the photos exactly. Kitchen was great for cooking simple meals, shower water pressure was amazing, bed was comfortable, and wifi was fast & stable. You can walk to the unimarc to get groceries in ~ 15 mins and the bus station in under 30 mins (or uber there for pretty cheap). Such a great value and highly recommend staying here.

Very cozy location, like it!

Top notch accommodation near the water and the best restaurants in town. The apartment is perfect for two, very well equipped kitchen and nice tv. Lili was very accommodating to our needs and gave some excellent tips on where to eat and what to do. Would highly recommend this place.

This a new/like new building. A spectacular city view. It feels like a nice hotel room. There's fastfood restaurants in the same building. Erwing responded quickly to the messages. It is an excellent property. Definitely coming back.

My stay was absolutely perfect! The location is excellent, with easy access to the city center and an amazing view of the surroundings. The space was pristinely clean, well equipped and extremely cozy. Lili was attentive and helpful, ensuring everything was in order and providing us with great recommendations on what to do in the area. This was one of the best AirBnBs I have stayed at, and I have tried AirBnBs all over North America and Latin America. It was so spacious, clean, bright and cozy, it was hard for us to leave the accommodation to explore Punta Arenas. It was so quiet and peaceful it was a great place for us to recharge before embarking on our trek in Torres del Paine.
