Vacation rentals with breakfast in Mae Rim District

It was a truly wonderful stay. The landlord were very considerate, friendly, and warm. The surroundings of the house have excellent greenery, it's particularly quiet, with bird songs heard from time to time, offering both a sense of place and a connection to nature. The interior decoration of this house is in a design style we love, clean, tidy, and full of retro charm, with special touches that show thoughtfulness. Every morning, the female host prepares a delicious breakfast with care, each day different from the last, while the male host’s latte is especially fragrant, starting our day wonderfully. We will remember every day we spent here and look forward to coming back again.

“Welcome to Our Family!” was how I was greeted when this loving Thai family fetched me from the airport. Indeed in this BnB, you’re not just a guest, you’re a family member. This homestay is about scooter rides, home-cooked meals, temple visits, market trips, local immersion and Lanna culture! This jewel is tucked away from the city giving you the peace & quiet you’ve probably booked this trip for. It’s wooden and warm, cozy, comforting and grounding. The grand dining and other common area on the ground floor are perfect for socializing with other guests while the spots on the second floor are amazing for alone times especially during sunrise & sunset. The houses have its fair share of history too. The host, Brite is definitely awesome! From patiently replying to all of your queries online, helping you with your itinerary, to coming to the rescue and saving you from some mishaps while you’re touring around away from them. The entire family is love! This will make your ♥️ happy!

This Airbnb stay was pure joy! From its luxe interiors to its lush gardens, you will know instinctively after your first steps inside this calming retreat that you made an excellent choice. Yes, the surroundings are beautiful, the food is amazing, and the beds are comfortable but it’s the warmth and consistent thoughtfulness of the staff that will make you reconsider checking out on your departure date. I don’t usually gush on reviews but, oh well, that ship has sailed. Craig and his team tended to our every need and struck a hard to find balance of being attentive without hovering, accommodating without imposing and showing genuine concern without being creepy :) We arrived with only a general idea of the kinds of things we wanted to do whilst in Chiang Mai and the 88 Place staff did the rest. Every outing and service they arranged for us was no doubt the best in the city—the spa, the cooking class, the the elephant sanctuary tour, etc. The days we remained on the property were just as satisfying and enjoyable as the days we ventured out. 88 Place has character, a lot of heart, plenty of soul and, alcohol, so do yourself a favor and book already. And if your dates are already booked, change your travel dates! You won’t regret it.

Amazing !! The house is a true work of art the amount of thought and planning into this estate is amazing ! Patty and the entire staff was equally as awesome ! They helped us plan our days as well as arranged car services . Breakfast was also more than we expected adjusting the time in which we were going to be leaving in the morning . I can not say more positive things about our time spent. We all enjoyed it very much . It is like a fairy tale home and property it is a true work of art .

Our two families had a great time staying at Kat’s place. Beautifully designed and decorated place in a very walkable location. Daily cleaning was immaculate and the host Kat and the helper were both great. Would recommend this place to anyone who’s looking to stay in Chiangmai.
