Vacation rentals with breakfast in Mae Rim District

The host family is so nice and friendly. They cook breakfast for me everyday, and sometimes even invite me to eat dinner together. And the host prepares a bike for me to discover around, and call me cars to pick me up and drop me off both at check in time and check out time. Meanwhile they speak fluent English, which easy to communicate.

Beautiful Villa with great view. Rommanee is a great host and extremely helpful!! We enjoyed our stay very much and wouldn’t hesitate to come back.

Nice clean place to stay even for longer. The pool was clean and also the grounds tidy. Covered parking spaces on the property and Grab deliver the food until then. All in all a very nice, quiet and somewhat secluded stay. Rental car highly recommended.

The bathroom is beautiful.

For me this was an amazing experience! As a traveler seeking an escape in Chiang Mai it was the perfect choice. Driving from the airport was easy and almost entirely on the main roads. I got clear instructions from the host and was surprised that they check your potential allergies and food intolerances for the complimentary breakfast! Overall, the communication was good with essential messages and instructions about the house. This is actually not a house, is a big villa, with jacuzzi pool, ample garden, huge parking and plenty of relaxing areas around the property. Inside also, it has an impressive living room from where you can view the pool and the rice fields. Compared with other villas I was checking this one doesn’t have walls separating from the neighbors so you’re really private. And you have an amazing view for the rice fields! Observed even birds while sitting on the porch. Wi-Fi had a high speed and had no issue when watching online streams! Connected myself on the smart TV

We really enjoyed our stay at Ae and Tony’s. For all future guests: really read the description and look at the photos carefully. This place looks and feels very rustic and one with the surroundings. We wanted a more laid back, relaxed accommodation and that’s exactly what we got. The hosts were incredibly accommodating and the homecooked breakfast was probably the best meal I had everyday in Chiangmai. Rooms were pretty comfortable and spacious as well with the AC but the walls were pretty thin so you can hear almost everything.

Lucy's place is very close to Chiang Mai University, it is also quiet, there is a big garden and the flowers and trees inside are all dense, and there is a clever cat, Coco!My English wasn't good, but Lucy would do her best to understand my expression, even though I still had to use the translation software.I hope to come back to Chiang Mai next time and come back to Lucy's house, hopefully during the rainy season!

Clean and cozy, the area around is beautiful

This Airbnb stay was pure joy! From its luxe interiors to its lush gardens, you will know instinctively after your first steps inside this calming retreat that you made an excellent choice. Yes, the surroundings are beautiful, the food is amazing, and the beds are comfortable but it’s the warmth and consistent thoughtfulness of the staff that will make you reconsider checking out on your departure date. I don’t usually gush on reviews but, oh well, that ship has sailed. Craig and his team tended to our every need and struck a hard to find balance of being attentive without hovering, accommodating without imposing and showing genuine concern without being creepy :) We arrived with only a general idea of the kinds of things we wanted to do whilst in Chiang Mai and the 88 Place staff did the rest. Every outing and service they arranged for us was no doubt the best in the city—the spa, the cooking class, the the elephant sanctuary tour, etc. The days we remained on the property were just as satisfying and enjoyable as the days we ventured out. 88 Place has character, a lot of heart, plenty of soul and, alcohol, so do yourself a favor and book already. And if your dates are already booked, change your travel dates! You won’t regret it.

We are extremely happy for this accommodation, all the staff are very friendly, they working so hard to keep the place clean and tidy; the foods are great although no many choice; breakfast is amazing, lots of foods, fresh and delicious; swimming poor and garden also are well maintained, beautiful and relaxing- my sons enjoyed feeding the fishes every morning after breakfast; for us parents we love the laundry service so we don’t need to carry all the sticky dirty clothes if we stay few days, we also love the in room massage so we can both have massage while kids around. The only downside is the place is about 15 mins drive away from city but it’s very easy to sort with Grab (Thailand’s Uber) you also can order meal via Grab so no matter how late we can enjoy Thai food (as the accommodation restaurant closes at 1800). Overall we very love the place and highly recommend it.

It's a great place to feel traditional woodwork. There weren't as many inconveniences as I thought. Most importantly, the breakfast was so, so delicious. I think it was more delicious than any other place. I think it's a little more suitable for coming and staying alone, and the host speaks English well, but I'm sorry and it's a shame that I couldn't have a lot of conversations because I don't speak English well. It was so nice to see you trying to make me comfortable. Thank you. :)

An extraordinary experience at a very local community. The host has recommended some local sight seeing sites and restaurants and prepared breakfast for us every morning. She also has 2 bikes and 1 motorcycle free to be used. I really enjoy our stay there.

Amazing !! The house is a true work of art the amount of thought and planning into this estate is amazing ! Patty and the entire staff was equally as awesome ! They helped us plan our days as well as arranged car services . Breakfast was also more than we expected adjusting the time in which we were going to be leaving in the morning . I can not say more positive things about our time spent. We all enjoyed it very much . It is like a fairy tale home and property it is a true work of art .
