The location is good. walkable distance to 7/11, Spa, money exchange.. everything nearby. The apartment is clean and well maintained. Ifunanya is a gem of a person. She replies promptly to your messages/queries. shall definitely recommend for a stay with your family and friends.

Had an absolute blast at this cool spot! The vibe was just perfect, and the place itself was top-notch. Already counting down the days until my next visit. No doubt, I'll be shouting about this awesome find to all my friends and fellow travelers – it totally rocked every expectation!

The place looks just like the pictures. While it's a bit far from the main beach road, calling a taxi or renting a motorbike makes it worth the price. Although the host responds a bit slowly to messages, overall, it was a good experience.

The apartment is in a good location and there are many food options nearby. Although there were some cleaning issues when I arrived at the apartment, Saowanee was proactive in solving the problem. A landlord who proactively solves the problem is very important.

Thank you for a wonderful stay. This villa has great amenities such as a private pool, bath tub, showers, washing machine. The place was very clean and very nice bathroom ensuites very spacious accommodation and the hosts were very welcoming quick responses certainly recommend. ideal for a family

This villa is surrounded by beautiful surroundings, greenery everywhere, large swimming pool nearby. Leam Mae Phim beach which is the most happening place is just a 5 min walk away with lots of restaurants. The house has all the modern amenities. One bedroom with a big Bathroom with bath tub. Apart from this there are 2 other bathrooms. The villa is actually even more beautiful than the photos. The host is very helpful and quick to respond. Would definitely come again. We stayed here with our family for 8-9 days.

This is my second time booking John and Rick's place and it was perfect. The house looks exactly like the picture, well located and private.

Everything was great. And Rafael always fixing problems on that day so yeah it was great and he/she ( Rafael ) was so active and responses quickly.

The room is very clean, the internet speed is also good. The living area at the door is still quite convenient. The host often contacted us by the car. It was very convenient.

Great stay here at Karisma Villa. The villa was perfect for 2 people and the private pool not overlooked was everything we needed, well exposed to the sun almost all day. Plus, the water is hot both day and night. The location is a little far from the center but it's exactly what we were looking for, calm and serenity once you leave the center of pattaya. By Bolt or scooter you are 15 minutes from Jomtien and the beach. Finally, the manager is discreet but always available and flexible. In short, we loved this place!

We really enjoyed the place. Absolutely stunning views from the kitchen, super decor, and great style. We felt at home in this little gem of a holiday apartment right away. The quality was really high, the bed good, everything was playing. Would definitely recommend others to stay at The Edge 👌

This is one of the best apartments I have ever lived in. The brand new room is clean, hygienic and bright. The view is great. It feels like living in my own home. The huge swimming pool makes me feel relaxed and happy.

The complex was great, with one of the biggest pools we’ve ever seen and a lovely pavilion with hot baths. The water slides were fun for both kids and adults. You can access the beach through the second part of the complex, which has cafés and places to rent water sports equipment. It’s a family-friendly spot, and buying water on the ground floor saves you from carrying it from 7-Eleven. The apartment was in excellent condition—super clean, beautifully decorated, with lovely furniture. The windows overlooked a quiet road and empty fields with stray dogs, so you might hear some noise from them in the evenings, but it wasn’t too bothersome. The only downside was the lack of a map of the complex, so you’ll need to explore to find the beach, pool, gym, game room, and coworking spaces. The area around the condo is quiet, but a taxi to Jomtien Beach costs 100-150 THB and takes 20-30 minutes. Overall, we had a really enjoyable stay.

Amazing stay during my time in Pattaya and Jomtien. Adepto and her team are amazing to work with the detail that has been put into the space and communication is amazing. Great stay please do not hesitate to book great people, great location and great views.

It’s a really amazing place!!! 100% recommend!!! Perfect washing machine and drying machine! That was really convenient because I’m running daily. Nice table to work with amazing view. HDMI cable for my laptop for watch movies on the big tv. Really helpful condo stuff! Almost every time they opened doors! It’s nice cozy restaurant-bar on the beach with pleasant music every weekend and really tasty Thai restaurant near the lake (only 5min walk) Comfortable bad (not too hard, not too soft)

We really enjoyed our stay, what really stood out was the incredible view! It was in a very central location with an AMAZING rooftop pool. The beach was minutes away. It was very clean and tidy, and was overall a great experience
