Vacation rentals with a patio in Madison Township

James was a great host. The space was clean and comfortable. We loved the walkability to great restaurants and shops. Parking was easy, even on the weekend. We would definitely stay again on any future trips to Dayton.

Lovely place. Kitchen fabulous! and made home cooked meals. Had everything I needed. Bed was comfortable and slept well after a long flight. Felt at home and would definitely recommend and will stay again when I return to Hamilton. Thank you Michael and Patricia!

loved the place it's close to Cincinnati Ohio and Kentucky stores and gyms near by. Cari had a board of things to do and food delivery although I did not order in I do appreciate it and back yard was great had a small fire with the fam will definitely come back

Sids place is amazing. He is a fabulous host. He is very quick to reply and helps any way he can. The couches are like cuddling up on big soft pillows. There's a fireplace as well. It has plenty of space and everything you could ask for. We didn't get to enjoy the rooftop sitting area due to it being so cold. It is definitely an added perk for summer nights.

Great place for a single traveler and Carol was very responsive and easy to work with. My only complaint were the trains. Some nights it seemed like they were non-stop with their horns as they crossed the close-by intersection. The white noise machine and ear plugs by the bed quickly made sense. ^_^

We had a great stay at Stylianos’s apartment. The place is in a nice, quiet neighborhood and was very clean. My husband and I agree that the bed was the absolute most comfortable we have ever slept in. I don’t know what kind of mattress it is, but it was heavenly! Stylianos responded quickly to any questions we had, so no worries there. The weather was extremely cold and snowy, but the apartment was snug and toasty warm. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

They were very responsive and the property was beautiful. It was just what we needed. They also allowed a late check out which was amazing. Would definitely stay there again!

Excellent stay. I’m from Ohio but I live out of the area. This place felt like home. It was on the colder side downstairs but overall it was very comfortable and roomy. I will be back in April if this place is still available. The only thing I would change is having cable to view local channels, sports, etc. vs. streaming only. Maria was very responsive, pleasant, and friendly.

Originally rented out for 3 days but liked it so much I extended it to a week. It’s a great place if you like to read books also. The kitchen was amazing and came with an air fryer along with anything else you need, master bedroom has a tv, other 2 bedrooms don’t. Bathrooms are nice and big and entire layout is very spacious. Really close to downtown. Would definitely stay again.

Johnathan responding timely and was accommodating with all my request. The house is as advertised and perfect for one person or a large group. He is at the top of my list on host in Dayton.

I love love love this home. It is beautiful and spacious and feels like a place to always breath and regroup. I want to tell you how amazing the space and host are but then it may not be available for me each month. Just relax and watch the snow fall in the back yard and you will understand why this is paradise.

Lucia was flexible and responded quickly when messaged. The home was stocked with lots of extra goodies and necessities. It was the perfect place to stay for a long weekend!

Lainy's place was very nice and matched the pictures perfectly. The location was perfect for what we wanted to do and visit around the city. The amount of space was perfect. The only thing was there were a lot steps but outside of that it was a great stay.

Really loved Sid's place! Check in was quick and easy as well as check out. The place was very clean. The couch and bed were very comfy. The bed was just enough combination of firm and softness for us. Communication was always proactive and very helpful. The neighborhood was very quiet even with the street out front. After dark the car traffic calms down. We stayed on a weekend and the morning traffic was very light. No loud dogs or other noises disturbed us from our restful sleep. We loved being very close to a lot of restaurants and the zoo. We always found parking on the street and we left and returned at many different times of day even late at night. To get into the place it is up a couple flights of stairs but nothing too crazy. Even being close to downtown we felt the neighborhood was safe seeing people out and about at all hours. Highly recommend a stay at Sid's place!

Cute and cozy space with lots to do right outside the front door and within walking distance. We enjoyed our weekend and would definitely stay here again.

Great location! Well appointed, super clean, safe, lots of parking, and easy to get in and out of. The furniture is lovely and the fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to feel at home. Daniel is super responsive. It was a wonderful stay.

This place was the perfect cozy spot with a great view overlooking downtown Cincinnati and the river! Very close to everything you’d need, clean, and well organized. Perfect place to get away and enjoy downtown Cincinnati!

This place meet my expectations! And honestly the decor of this place is beautiful! I felt like I was in a fancy Penthouse Suite or something. I don’t have any cons about this place, however, we stayed in apartment 2, which the bathroom is super small and needs a minimum amount of cosmetic work. The ONLY reason I am bringing this up is because the entire place is absolutely perfect. So if the bathroom was maybe twice the size with a little more cosmetic work, mannnn, this place would be untouchable! But again, even the decor in the bathroom was beautiful. The area is quiet and looks like people are buying and fixing up different building. So totally safe and I felt very comfortable. Street parking was not an issue. I stayed for 2 days, coming and going often but had the same parking spot. I found that any place that I wanted to go to was 15 minutes or less. Also, there was no hassle to get to and from The airport. Next time I go back to Cincinnati, I will be staying here. LOVE!!
