Apartment vacation rentals in Madinaty, Second New Cairo

Great modern apartment with everything you need very close to the center of new Cairo. Lots of shopping malls around. The apartment is spacious, and the internet worked well. Gerges was very friendly and always replied very quickly. Will be booking this apartment again if I return to New Cairo.

Mr Ahmed and his team are kind and helpful ! There was some issues but the guys was trying to fix it ! Very friendly hosts !

Mohamed and his brother were both amazing hosts and were very kind. They showed us around the house and made us feel at home. They also got us great breakfast protectively. The place was amazing and very cosy. Perfect to wind down after spending the day exploring Cairo.

We stayed for four nights and are so glad we chose this property! The location is fantastic—quiet, away from the crowds, and set in a newer area with plenty of nearby restaurants. Faten was communicative and easy to reach, making our stay even more comfortable. The only minor issue we encountered was that the main door was a bit hard to open with the key, but everything else was excellent. Highly recommended!

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment! It was impeccably clean and free of clutter, which made it feel very comfortable and inviting. The location is fantastic, with everything you could need just a short walk away. The apartment also had a nice TV with Netflix, TV channels, and much more, which made relaxing in the evenings even better. The mattress was incredibly comfortable, ensuring I got a great night's sleep. Daniel, the host, was incredibly hospitable, friendly, and nice—he made sure I had everything I needed and made the entire experience seamless. The apartment had all the essentials, making my stay stress-free and enjoyable. I highly recommend this place and would love to stay here again in the future.

Fantastic place! Cant fault it at all. Had a slight issue with hit water in the shower but the on site caretaker sorted it out pronto and came to check if it was still working the next day. Great apartment has everything we needed, even has an really good iron and ironing board which came in very handy!! Thank you!

This isn't my first or second stay with Moamen every time I book with him, the experience gets better. He always provides a warm welcome and is incredibly supportive throughout the stay. Mohamed welcomed me like a brother. I spent quite some time at the apartment and I absolutely adored everything about it! The swimming pools are beautiful. It’s always so peaceful you literally have more than one swimming pool just for yourself! Security was super friendly as well. Taxi drivers and food arrives without any problem! I was so so happy to be there!!!! Going around Cairo it’s quite effortless, the highway is not far!! Open air mall is super close and I ended up going there many times! Super recommended to anyone!! The host was amazing! The house as well was absolutely stunning!

Definitely great value for money. Madinaty itself is lovely, calm and peaceful. A little far from central Cairo, but it is a welcome peace and quiet compared to the madness of central cairo and Nasr City. The flat was great and really did feel like home. Being able to order shopping, stock the fridge, make use of the furniture and air conditioning was a blessing for 2 weeks. Habeeba was also always quick to respond, helpful and easy-going.

I had an amazing time staying here! From the start, the check-in was super easy, and Ahmed made sure everything was perfect. He was super friendly, gave great local recommendations, and really went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable. The place itself was great—clean, cozy, and had everything needed for a perfect stay. It was also in a great spot, close to everything but still quiet enough to relax. The apartment had absolutely everything needed—fully stocked kitchen, comfy seating, fast Wi-Fi, and toiletries. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend this place if you’re in the area!

The place is very comfortable and, most importantly, it is calm and I did not feel the presence of the residents. I was very happy to be in my vacation inside this place and we thank Mrs. Ayat for her fine treatment. I think he will be there again.
