Vacation rentals with a patio in Macul

Poliane's apartment was exactly as described in the listing. The location was great with so many hip restaurants and bars, close to the metro and very safe. The apartment itself was in a secure building with 24hr concierge. The apartment was clean and spacious for 3 people. The terrace had beautiful views of the city and mountains. The airport was about a 20 minute drive from the apartment. WiFi was fast and although we didn't use it, the apartment has a washer/dryer. Host was responsive and friendly. I would recommend this apartment for anyone seeking to visit Santiago.

The apartment is well located. It is on a quiet, residential street, but has a large number of options for markets, bars and restaurants with 5 to 10 minutes walk. The view from the balcony is fantastic, look at the Andes. of the suite if you see the Costanera sky. It is well worth it.

Maria Jose was very attentive. I was just asking for something to do with my request . The depto is in a very nice area, in Av Las Conde , which is a very nice area in Santiago , and there is a Lider supermarket 2 blocks away. The depto is very nice and everything worked well

Out of about 50, perhaps the nicest Airbnb that I have stayed in. Everything at the place was fabulous, and Jed was super-responsive to any questions. I would definitely stay again!

The balcony and the view from the bed is amazing here the pictures do not do it justice. You have a 180° view of all the beautiful mountains with the snow capped background and the tallest building in South America, right in front of you and when you wake up in the morning and go to bed at night, you are greeted with the gorgeous view with Florida ceiling windows. I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent stay. The host is very concerned. It has the house fully equipped and the air conditioners in the parts in the summer is very appreciated. The quiet environment and the cozy garden to spend the afternoon . The house is very safe and with all its clear instructions. Very grateful to Jorge. Highly recommended, it is worth the price if they come in a group.

The experience of renting the house was very good, the house is bright, comfortable and has everything you need for your habitability. One of the favorable features that I highlight is that the bedroom area is separated from the meeting area and the kitchen by a door , which allows rest. The kitchen is new , full of places of storage and comfortable in its distribution, we could be several cooks and assistants in it. It has all the users .The bathroom , impeccable and with all the elements. It has air conditioning in all environments which makes it very comfortable. It has cute and varied lamps , which allows to generate pleasant environments. The situation of the house on an internal street with a grille, gives it greater security. The area is safe, it has supermecado , mall, pharmacy and cafe nearby. Very compliant

The house was super good, the host and co-host were very friendly, always attentive to any concerns, they responded quickly. The sector was super quiet and very safe. I recommend it 100%. I would come again

Great place nearby to main attractions on foot and supermarket, cafes etc. comfortable apartment with a fan for summer heat. Lots of wardrobe space. Very comfortable bed. Great to have freezer space too! Building is clean, safe and easy to find.

We had a great stay here! The hosts were very responsive and flexible with check-in and check-out times. We arrived late at night after a delayed flight and the front desk security was waiting for us to check in. There is 24/7 security and a locked gate, so we felt very safe. The apartment is clean and updated with a great AC system. The hosts let us stay an extra 30 minutes after the check-out time so we could get picked up from the airport from the apartment without moving our belongings. Would recommend!

Our accommodation was very good. Nūnoa is a very nice neighborhood with a lot to do. The apartment is comfortable and serves a couple with one or two children. Rodrigo was very kind and helped us with everything we needed.

The room is clean and spacious, surrounded by parks, supermarkets, shopping malls, which is very convenient.

Great place, great host

I recommend Maria's place since in addition to being an excellent host, the location is excellent. The quiet neighborhood with easy access to everything you might need. You can walk to various places and it is close to Parque Araucano. Quiet, safe and peaceful area.
