Perfect weekend getaway! We felt at home instantly. The hosts are so lovely and proactive with their communication. The location is great, incredible views and only a short stroll to the beach. Great yard and location for our dogs. Not too much foot traffic around the yard which helped them feel right at home. Great relaxing holiday, you can do as much or as little as you want in this area. 10/10, would recommend!

Beautiful house perched in the tree tops with sounds of birds and cicadas. Well appointed with all required amenities and dog friendly. Had a wonderful time.

Wildwood is in a beautiful bush setting. So peaceful with just the sounds of nature and all the window have screens so you get a lovely flow of air through the house. A very comfortable stay.

This accomodation was absolutely amazing.All bedrooms had super views. Kitchen was well equipped with good oven and hot plate.Plenty of great decked areas to have quiet time. We had a wonderful time using the tinnie and kayaks,the waterways were magnificent. Great restaurant and cafe nearby.Easy access to the Great North walk. We will be back 😊

Jess and Jonas’s home was perfect for our stay. It is literally a 5 min (or maybe even less) walk to the beach and the home is surrounded by trees and is very private. There is a fireplace we used one night when it was a little cold, which gave the home a lovely cosy feeling. The beach is great if you have a dog, as they are allowed off leash at all times. We loved our stay there and would definitely recommend it and would rebook it ourselves.

We had an unforgettable stay at this charming holiday house in Caves Beach. The house was exactly as described, with plenty of space for our family. We loved the modern decor, comfortable furniture, and well-equipped kitchen. Great sized backyard for our dog. The house is in a prime location, just a short walk to the beach and close to local shops and cafes. Our host, Sue, was incredibly welcoming and gave us clear instructions to get into the house. We highly recommend this house for anyone looking to enjoy a peaceful getaway with all the comforts of home!"

We had a wonderful family holiday at Greg’s place. House looks and feels great. The house had plenty of space for our 4 different family’s to play, chat, relax and overall have a great time without being on top of each other. The house is also in a great location, within walking distance of coffee shops, a park and the lake.

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at the Villa Pandanus. The terrace was a wonderful area to relax and enjoy meals, the view was wonderful and we were amongst the tree canopies. We also appreciated the range of condiments etc., that were available for use. The bedrooms were private and lovely and quiet with a very comfortable living area upstairs. Would definitely recommend to friends as a very enjoyable stay.

The property itself is stunning, with carefully curated amenities that made our stay incredibly comfortable. And the view? Absolutely breathtaking! The location is perfect, with plenty of free parking and just a short walk to cafes, shops, and the beach. We were traveling with our 18-month-old, and everything was set up to accommodate us—a cot was ready on arrival, along with a high chair and baby gate. The thoughtfulness was truly appreciated. We’ve found our new go-to holiday spot and will definitely be back. In fact, we were already planning our next stay before we even left because we didn’t want to leave! This airbnb was spacious, had good views, was clean and was close to shops. Would recommend this house to anyone looking for a place in the area with about 5-8 people to make the most out of the beds. Thank you for your accommodation, Royal!

We absolutely loved our stay at this incredible penthouse apartment! It had everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday. Located on a quiet street opposite a beautiful park, it was also just a short stroll to fantastic cafés and, the best pies around! Access was simple and secure, with a convenient code entry system leading to off-street, secure parking. The elevator took us to the second floor, where we entered through a small, private courtyard into the apartment itself. We used two of the three bedrooms, both of which were well-stocked with plenty of fresh linens and towels. The two full bathrooms were modern and spotless, and the kitchen and lounge area provided the perfect space to cook, relax, and unwind. The apartment was wonderfully quiet, offering far more space and value than what you might find in Manly for the same price. The management team was excellent—helpful, responsive, and welcoming. We can’t wait to stay here again. Highly recommended!

Lovely hosts greet and explain how things work. Then total privacy. The place is clean and breezy up in the tree tops with the great Australian birds , kookaburra, Cockatoos, & Lorikeets. There is even a beautiful blue tongue lizard at the back. Great washer and drier, Iron ,blow drier . The balcony and gardens are relaxing. Very peaceful sleeping and a great place to study or read a book. I highly recommend ...

We booked here only a few days out from our wedding, having had our previous accom cancel on us last minute! From the moment we booked Liz was so helpful and communicative, and made sure our stay went so smoothly, with thoughtful touches which made our wedding weekend even more special. The home itself is absolutely stunning! Gorgeous view, beautifully renovated and spotlessly clean, with detailed instructions on everything in the home which made our stay so easy. Lovely stay, beautifully clean and tidy. Very close to local beaches and a great cafe down stairs! Communication with the host was impeccable. Anna is very helpful and offered an early check in and late check out which I was very grateful for.

The house is absolutely wonderful. It's stacked to the brim with activities so there's never a moment of downtime. Alexander is also an amazing host who was extremely helpful throughout. I would highly recommend :)

It was such a pleasure to stay at Bryan’s villa, we get to enjoy the sunbath each day at the private beach, the water is extremely clear and beautiful. Water taxi just one call away very convenient if we need groceries. The villa is clean with all basic supplies we needed. We had an amazing chillax stay to cleanse our year end stress. Bryan is very responsive and had kindly provided very detailed information to help our check in and stay much smoother, a lot less stressful!

Beautiful big home, a lot of fun for my big family, and all the kids loved it! Pool and pool table were a big hit. Nice big communal kitchen and dining were very ideal. The place was close to shops, and beach. We had everything we needed for a beautiful weekend away and lily’s communication was flawless. Thanks for having us

This place is magical. We returned a second year in a row and this time was even better. If you want to get off the grid and forget Covid, masks and all the stresses of life, the Villa doesn’t disappoint!

My friends and I loved our weekend and Carla’s place. Right near the beach and yet it feels like a little oasis. It’s so peaceful and full of beautiful touches. We especially loved our visit from the kookaburras in the morning!

We had lovely weekend in the Calabash Bay Lodge. We love everything about the house, the beautiful view, the fishing time, the wonderful interior and so much more. We will come back for sure !

Stayed with a group of friends for the weekend. The house is amazing and creates the perfect space for entertaining both inside and outside - the view from the deck is amazing. The rooms were all comfortable and plenty of space. Location was amazing too right by the beach and walking tracks nearby. Two dishwashers was a massive plus too! Overall we loved it and 5 stars! Strongly recommend.

Ariel was a great host and the house was amazing. The house was very clean and had all the necessary appliances with a bonus ice machine. The game room was spacious.
